This is a modern and clean hotel. Reception staff are very good. Close to the main Frankfurt central train station.

The Housekeeping staff left the sink drain clogged from Friday to Sunday, leaving us struggling to use the sink. They also left the hand wash lotion dispenser pump dysfunctional for 2 complete days. Very discouraging.

Lage, Service und Frühstück!!!!!

Lage zwar sehr zentral und interessant aber für allein reisende Frauen nicht so gut.

Tolle Lage, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig mit großer Auswahl, super freundliches Personal! Wir hatten ein kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade erhalten und waren total begeistert. Auch die Möglichkeit direkt in der Tiefgarage zu wirklich moderaten Gebühr zu parken, vereinfacht den Aufenthalt.

Отличное расположение: рядом центр, ж/д вокзал, масса бюджетных кафе. Хорошие завтраки. По соседству - улица красных фонарей, квартал с наркоманами и бездомными - но они живут своей жизнью.

В номере был запах канализации. Слишком рано, уже в 23.00 закрывался вход в отель, нужно было использовать карту.

Vriendelijk personeel. We kregen een gratis upgrade naar een ruimere kamer op de bovenste etage. Het ontbijt is goed en enorm uitgebreid.

De initiële schoonmaak had iets beter gekund in onze kamer, maar na vermelding van een aantal punten werd het direct aangepakt, of we kregen de mogelijkheid om naar een andere kamer te gaan. De tweede kamer was wel helemaal spic en span. Zoals meermaals benoemd zijn er veel zwervers en junks buiten op straat, maar het blijft een grote stad met bijkomende problematiek zoals deze. Wij hebben er niet teveel aandacht aan besteed en hebben ons geen moment onveilig gevoeld

We kwamen laat aan, personeel was erg vriendelijk en fijn dat er een parkeerplaats onder het hotel is. We moesten volgende ochtend ook weer vroeg weg, daarom was het ook extra fijn dat het ontbijt al vanaf 6:00 uur is en onwijs goed was.

De locatie. Omringd door de junkies en veel ook! Ik voelde mij heel onveilig. We kwamen ook laat aan dus dit was geen fijne weg ernaar toe.

Da es sich im Bahnhofsviertel befindet wusste ich ja. Aber vor der Tür war es furchtbar dreckig,alles voller Glasscherben und das andere will ich hier nicht beschreiben was ich gesehen habe.

Total verdrecktes Zimmer:( Wurde nie richtig gereinigt, eir haben uns ständig beschwert , Fotos habe ich gemacht, die Garage wurde uns zwar als Entschuldigung erlassen, aber es wurde weiterhin nicht richtig gereinigt, dreckig und sehr verstaubt:(( es wurde nichts aufgefüllt weder Kaffeezubehör oder Toilettenartikel Überall Brösel, Handabdrücke, dicker Staub, Schimmel an den Fenstern usw. Im Treppenhaus sind wir ausgerutscht weil hier klatschnass ohne Warnschilder geputzt wurde, da habe ich ein Video aufgenommen, interessiert das Hotel nicht. Das hat keine 4 Sterne verdient!!!!! Wir haben uns an booking com gewandt, die sich sehr für uns einsetzten aber keine Einigung mit dem Hotel erzielen konnte. Während unsrer Reisezeit war kein Geschäftsführer oder Stellvertreter zu sprechen:((( es gab abgelaufene Milch beim Kaffeezubehör:( das ist armselig:( keiner kontrolliert hier, Bettwäsche war dreckig, fleckig, wurde nicht frisch bezogen:((( 4 Sterne????

Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of hot and cold options and many healthy selections too. 10/10 for food, atmosphere and service.

The location is around the corner of a street full of drugs etc. I walked right along this street after exiting the train station. Nothing happened but wow it’s an eye opener about the drug epidemic. Someone mentioned it was hard core and I am glad I knew ahead of time.

I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but I have rarely experienced such unfriendly and unhelpful service at a front desk. One female staff member in particular would not even return a greeting, consistently appeared annoyed, and showed little willingness to help when we asked questions or needed clarification. What made this especially striking was that she seemed perfectly cheerful when chatting with her colleagues. The contrast between her attitude toward guests and toward her coworkers was very noticeable. This did not feel like a single bad moment, but rather a basic problem with her approach to customer service. I expect the hotel may respond with a standard apology saying that they are sorry for the inconvenience and will improve staff training. However, the issue was not simply a matter of wording or a minor misunderstanding. It was the overall attitude toward guests. I am writing this mainly so that future travelers can take it into account when deciding whether to stay here. The surrounding area was also unpleasant. We saw people who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, there were individuals whose behavior made us feel uneasy, and in some places there was a strong unpleasant smell. The hotel is conveniently located near the central station, but considering the atmosphere of the neighborhood, especially in the evening, I cannot recommend it with confidence. I personally would not stay at this hotel again.

El hotel está bien ubicado y permite ir caminando a los principales atractivos turísticos de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son confortables y el baño está bien equipado. Los productos de higiene buenos y muy completos. El desayuno es variado y muy bueno, incluso puedes hacerte un gofre al momento.

No tengo nada que decir. Es cierto que siempre se puede mejorar, pero todo estuvo bien.

Sauberes, ruhiges Zimmer zum begrünten Innenhof gelegen, sehr bequeme Betten, gemütlicher Sessel, gutes Leselicht. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels befindet sich ein hervorragendes vietnamesisches Restaurant. In die Altstadt von Frankfurt kommt man schnell zu Fuß.

Das Personal wirkte teilweise etwas desorientiert, es machte nicht den Eindruck, als ob ausgebildete Hotelfachkräfte vor Ort sind. Das Zimmer war eher klein. Das Frühstück war zwar relativ reichhaltig, letztlich wurde aber eher Durchschnittsware angeboten (insbesondere was die Qualität und Auswahl des Aufschnitts betrifft). Die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels ist eher abschreckend, insbesondere alles, war Richtung Bahnhof ausgerichtet ist. In die andere Richtung (Innenstadt) dann wieder ok.

Vor Beginn der Reise hatten wir Bedenken, da die Lage in einem entsprechenden Viertel liegt. Allerdings macht das gerade das gesamt Paket aus. Perfekt um alles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Nicht einmal hatte man (Trotz Viertel) ein schlechtes Gefühl. Das Hotel selber ist top. Ein besonderes Lob an das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und bei gutem Wetter kann man im Innenhof sitzen.

Prima hotel prima personeel. Als geregeld hotelbezoeker had ik iets hogere verwachtingen bij de ontbijtservice. Beleg is roemloos op schaaltjes en lijkt zo uit de verpakking neer gelegd te zijn. Iets meer aankleding met garnituur zou het begin van de dag op kunnen fleuren.

Helaas heeft het hotel waar het staat niet de beste buren. Veel drugsoverlast door groepen verslaafden die het trottoir als hun bed gebruiken. Er wordt openlijk gebruikt en gedronken. Eveneens veel geschreeuw en ruzie helaas. Het hotel kan hier uiteraard niets aan doen, doch in de avonduren geeft al deze overlast je niet het maximale comfort wat je graag op straat hebt. Hier ligt m n een duidelijke taak voor de Stad Frankfurt.

Good location in the financial district, but .. We've seen many drug addicts, drunk people and night ladies in the neighborhood. Many homeless people too. But, the street where the hotel is seems quiet.

La ubicación es buena. Junto al distrito financiero y a menos de 15 minutos de la estación central. Aunque la calle de al lado está llena de locales para adultos, se puede evitar pasar por esta calle sin problema.

Esperábamos más de un Hilton. La tapa del desagüe de la ducha se movía y tenías que ir con cuidado de no hacerte daño. El personal de recepción lento y desagradable.

I was paid to the property before i checked in while the time of check out they want me to pay it again in between they tried to charge several times from my card though i had already paid, something totally I don’t understand and this is not acceptable.

Frühstück war gut. Normales Standard Frühstück. Lage sehr zentral am Bahnhof.

Das Interieur ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer war nicht frei von Gebrauchspuren (Teppich und Sitzpolster mit Flecken, ausserdem waren die Tische alle verkratzt).

It was within walking distance of the train station. The staff were friendly and we were able to check in early. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was very efficient. The fridge was cold and there was a kettle and good sized cups. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and hot offerings and a toaster.

The room was small and so was the bed. It was barely a queen. The windows only opened a small amount so difficult to get fresh air in the room. There were a lot of homeless people around due to vicinity of train station.

Even being the hotel well connected with city center and attractions, the location is close to the red lights neighbour and in an area with a lot of homeless and drug-addicted people. Sorry to say that, but it is important to know and to pay attention, even if it does not depend on the hotel.

My overall experience with the hotel is great. The room was comfortable and quiet. Lobby area, the hallways and the room were all very clean. Breakfast had a good and large selection.

While the location was really convenient - close to the Frankfurt Hbf and main attractions (7 min walk to Main Tower), I didn't realize Taunusstraße right by the hotel is the hotspot of drug addicts and casinos. The stretch between Hbf and Weserstr. was really sketchy. Do avoid walking on that street.

Spontan gebucht und positiv überrascht von allem: freundlicher Empfang, Zimmerwunsch war machbar, Frühstück war top, Kühlschrank funktionierte einwandfrei genau wie die Klimaanlage und TV. Die Ruhe im Zimmer in der 5. Etage im "Bahnhofsviertel" war traumhaft und sicher dazu!

Het ontbijt was een voltreffer. Met leuke Bulgaarse medewerkers met wie wij op een fijne manier konden communiceren.

De locatie is echt een drugshol . Wij kregen een kamer aan de straatkant en hadden er tot 23 uur inzage in het reilen en zeilen van de lokale junkies. Toen we hierover klaagden aan de receptie kregen we een drankje van de bar aangeboden, oordopjes en het advies om onze jaloezie naar beneden te doen. Eigenlijk moet je zo een kamer niet eens meer verhuren met een deposit van 50 euro bovenop en een tarief van 50 euro extra voor een hond (Pekinees) per dag. Hier plaats je poetsgerief of dergelijke maar balanceer je niet op het gevoel van klanten . Doe verdorie iets aan je omgeving om dit netjes te houden ipv de gasten voor een voldongen feit te plaatsen.

Θα εστιάσω μόνο στο προσωπικό και ιδιαίτερα στην ευγενέστατη Ιόλη.

Καμιά σχέση με Hilton του παρελθόντος. Μοκέτα λερωμένη στο δωμάτιο, δαχτυλιές ορατές στην πόρτα του μπάνιου, πολύ βρώμικη είσοδος ξενοδοχείου. Η περιοχή δε, είναι μάλλον προς αποφυγή, κάτι το οποίο αγνοούσαμε.

Das upgedatete Zimmer hatte eine hervorragende Lage - 5. Stock und war sehr komfortabel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Schnell von der Autobahn erreichbar Tiefgarage vorhanden, Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber, unter den Betten wurde nicht gesaugt. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer, in einem fanden wir Oropax und viele Brösel und ein kleines Necessaire unter dem Bett, im anderen eine Uhr unter dem Bett. Die Lage im Bahnhofsviertel hat Vor und Nachteile, man ist rasch im Zentrum, aber die Gegend ist schon sehr heruntergekommen.

La comodidad de las instalaciones, la habitación y su buen buffet de desayuno. La atención del personal fue estupenda. Está cerca de la estación de tren, se puede ir caminando sin problema. Es un buen hotel calidad-precio.

El ambiente de fuera del hotel no es el mejor, sobre todo por la noche. Muchas personas en situación de drogadicción, no es agradable cruzarte con ellos.

位置方便离火车站步行很近，乘车去机场都很方便。早餐很不错，品种多样，味道可口，法式吐司、pancake都是现制。 唯一缺点右边隔壁街区好像是红灯区，有点脏乱。但左边街区以及向前走是金融办公区，整洁卫生。

Wir habe uns wohl gefühlt. Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück war gut. Am Wochenende und am Abend kann man kostenfrei in der Umgebung parken und sich die teure Parkgarage sparen.

Lage im Bahnhofsviertel und somit entsprechendes Straßenbild , aber uns hat das nicht gestört.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage von Baden-Baden man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen

Je n'avais pas apprécié que sur le menu du restaurant j'avais commandé de la viande angus on m'a ramené du burger à la place et je leur ai précisé que c'est trompeur et ce n'est pas bien pour l'image de l'hôtel parce que je suis comme même membre honors. 3n plus a ma sortie de l'hôtel sachant que je m'en vais a l'aéroport les réceptionnistes ne m'ont même pas fait une proposition si j'avais besoin d'un taxi pour l'aéroport ou autre rien du tout

Das Zimmer war bereits recht abgewohnt: Löcher und Russe auf der Tischoberflaeche sowie Bettrueckwand, sich abloesende und zerrissene Tapete wie auch Flecken auf dem Boden.:-/

Un bon petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Près des transports en commun. Accueil convenable mais cela dépend des personnes.

La caution de 50 € / nuit pratiquée par l'hôtel (habituel chez Hilton) mais pas expliquée par celui qui m'a accueillie. Cependant, cette caution est restituée à la fin du séjour.

Frankfurt offers no end of hotel options near the main train station, but after my five-day stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, I feel that I lucked into the best possible choice and would heartily recommend this property to anyone planning a sojourn in Germany’s most cosmopolitan city. The rooms are pristine clean, supremely comfortable (thanks to being outfitted with wall-to-wall carpeting rather than cold tile or institutional parquet flooring), and reasonably sized, featuring a splendid expanse of desk space on which to lay out one's travel maps and schedules, with power receptacles aplenty right at the desk, making it possible to charge all of one’s electronic devices at once, plus a mini-bar fridge and tea-making facilities right in the room. Breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn deserves special praise, surpassing even the gourmet quality that one would expect of a top-flight, star-worthy restaurant, comprising not only the staples, such as scrambled eggs, sausages, and the finest bacon that I have ever had at any hotel in Germany, but every other option that one could ever want, including delicious steamed vegetables. Better still, this peerless breakfast is available form 6 AM, a full half-hour earlier than Frühstück at most German hotels, and that extra half hour gives a traveller the freedom to catch early trains for day trips while still partaking of the breakfast banquet. The hotel’s exceptionally fine laundry service processes guest clothing on the same day that it is turned in, and the results are flawless, leaving one’s wardrobe pristine clean and smelling wonderful. I might add, as a point of particular praise, that I was granted an early check in by the Hilton Garden Inn, which is an amenity that distinguishes the very best hotels and is a definitive demonstration of superlative customer service. It was a pleasure to stay here for my five-day Frankfurt sojourn, and it is now my top accommodation choice for a future visit to the metropolis on the Main.

Ironically, the specific feature that decided me to opt for this hotel — a unique room configuration with an inward-canted window wall, as depicted in the images that accompanied the specific room category that I selected during the booking process — is the very one that I was unable to experience, as I was given a regular rectangular room instead. While the staff later explained to me that what I received was in fact an upgrade and had many advantages, the fact that I was confronted, upon arrival, by a room that didn’t match the pictures that I had reviewed when making my booking caused me considerable stress and distraction, and I debated for far too long whether I should request a move. In the end, the hotel’s many positive qualities entirely eclipsed my initial disappointment; however, I remain of the conviction that a guest should always be lodged in a unit that closely matches the images and description with which he is presented when he books his room selection, as his choice is made on the basis of that information. I have no other caveats, though, and consider this to be a well-nigh perfect Frankfurt hotel: even the ten-minute walk from the main train station to the hotel is a feature, not a bug, as this short stroll is in the “right” direction, i.e., toward Frankfurt’s historic city centre — the hotel’s location thus placing a visitor closer to the city’s core sights while still in proximity to the Hauptbahnhof.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal und ein Frühstücksbuffet dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Het hotel is spik en span. Goede faciliteiten zoals een barretje, goed ontbijt en goede kamers.

Helaas is de buurt om het hotel heen verschrikkelijk. Erg onveilig door een straat vol met crack junks. Het was niet om aan te zien.. Hier heeft het hotel zelf niks mee te maken, die is namelijk top.
