Das Hotel ist sehr aufmerksam bei Details, vom Empfang über das Restaurant bis zum Zimmer. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen. Der Service ist ausserordentlich aufmerksam.

Einzig die Umgebung hat uns nicht besonders gefallen. Wir waren mit Hund dort, und haben keinen Ortt in der Nähe gefunden, der uns gefällt. Dafür ist die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum angenehm.

Mention spéciale pour la douche sensorielle du Spa. Véritable havre de paix d’une quiétude absolue idéale pour ressourcer.🙏

Staff and service were exceptional. They couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating to my daughter and I during our stay.

Tout est parfait ! Calme, luxe, tranquillité, amabilité du personnel, excellent petit-déjeuner, beaucoup d’attentions et petits gestes qui font la différence, la piscine est magique, le restaurant gastronomique très original. Le tout à 6 minutes à pied du centre-ville, l’un des plus beaux de France.

Everything was perfect. Roses are everywhere. The service is 100 out of 10. We would love to shout out to all the staffs especially Michel. He is an amazing man and made our days. Heated pool and spa were very nice. Hope to be back again one day.

Serenity of the whole place, tastefully decorated rooms, friendly attitude of staff. Well functioning heated pool, small but nice spa.

Camera splendida, grande con ogni comfort, parcheggio comodo, spa eccezionale, non per grandezza ma per riservatezza, al massimo eravamo in 4. Poi la piscina scoperta riscaldata è un plus eccezionale. Infine il personale è non solo estremamente professionale, ma anche molto cortese e cerca in ogni modo di soddisfare l’ospite. Un soggiorno da 10.

Beautifully opulent both indoors and out. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed. The gardens & pool area are beautifully laid out and maintained. Best of all are the staff, charming, friendly and helpful. We will be back.

It is a most unique property indeed, and it is to highest standards throughout. The interior decoration is stunning, the restaurant is top-notch, and there is a care of the tiniest details everywhere, very impressive.

Nothing. Not everything is top-2026: the hôtel has 30 years,so don’t expect it to have all the plugs you’ll need for your social media devices right at the bedside (for example) but here we talk about style& tradition which is done extremely well.

Beautiful and exquisite this hotel is very special with staff to match our Etsy was only short so we didn't have time to fully experience the facilities fully so we will be certain to return to appreciate the restaurant and swimming pool & Spa ! And exceptional experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff are kind but some are not.

I think the concierge could do a better job. Also the communication was really bad from the beginning.

This spectacular property with elegant gardens fashionable pool and excellent restaurants lives up to its pictures on the Expedia site. It is one of the most elegant and beautifully decorated hotels that I have stayed in amongst the and Relais and Chateaox network, which never disappoints.

Many simple items are overpriced.

This was a very unique experience, exceptionally designed for a true Villa Provençal setting . Based on dining, amenities and staff service I would highly recommend anyone with discerning taste stay at Villa Gallici Hotel . The dining is Five Star experience, be sure to book ahead . There suites differ, so be sure to book for a larger suite , it’s worth the cost. Overall an above average hotel , that provides a memory to cherish . Thank you staff & Chef for a beautiful stay .

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and attentive yet without being obtrusive and one staff member Michel remembered us from years ago and greeted us like old friends which was lovely. It is a very beautiful hotel and the attention to detail is second to none. The cuisine is outstanding and they have an excellent and extensive wine list. Rose petals are left on your pillows at night by the evening service and there are always little treats in store. The concierge is most helpful and can provide any information or service you require, for example airport transfers, chauffeured driven tours with wine tastings and picnics. There is a spa and swimming pool and beautiful grounds.

It is quite a formal hotel in a way - but it is what you make of it. The only thing is if you do not hire a car and walk the 10 minutes into the centre of town it is a very steep little entrance to the hotel and their is a gradual hill to get to there. ( We took advantage of the small shuttle service for under a couple of euros to get back.) It might not be to everyone’s style.

Live like royalty! I have never felt so pampered in a hotel before. Roses, pastries, marble, crystal, quilted satin, tassels, appliqués- such extravagance!!

Amazing property, staff and experience!

Everything was superb!

I came back to Villa Gallici after I went with my fiancée last year, we planned to celebrate our two year anniversary at the Hotel. The Hotel itself is absolutely stunning, very relaxing and overall I would recommend the hotel for a short stay and I would likely return in the future. However there was a couple of points this year that just really let down my entire experience. Firstly; last year the staff were phenomenal. Exactly what you expect from a 5* hotel and the very reason that we went back. This year was a truly average experience, the reception staff overall were fine. But the wait staff over the rest of the hotel were sharp, unwilling to go the extra mile, no one once asked me in 6 days how my experience was. The restaurant & pool staff were clearly inexperienced, overworked and their hearts just were not it in. The whole experience overall was - meh. I didn’t feel looked after, I also didn’t have any huge complaints except point number two - the food. This was my absolute nightmare overall, the food menu is nutritionally unbalanced. The hotel just does not cater for a stay longer than a night or two. You can’t even get a decent salad at the pool. The Gallici salad has no protein, I ate the Burrata salad four times and had to ask for them to add ham just for some nutritional balance. The gastronomic experience is 150e a head and it was - ok. Nothing special. Very small portions and underwhelming. I did raise the issue one day with the server and she quite literally said ‘go into town then’ which I did. For the very first time in my life staying at a hotel, I ordered Deliveroo 3 times during my stay. I did speak with a few guests casually during the course of my stay and every, single, person said the same thing. The only pool option is quite literally greasy pizza or a burrata salad. The restaurants are often empty and I can see why. Overall as I said the Hotel itself is really quite beautiful, but the service & food really lets it down.

I had a dress taken up a few inches, which they very kindly offered to organise however I was charged 70e which is three times what I would pay in London.

I have been lucky to stay in some pretty great places, but this one by far is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was perfect. The staff was beyond friendly. It truly is a treat.

the air conditioning is not proficient for summer months in the Provence. The room was hot at night and there was no way to cool further.

Third visit to this lovely hotel. We use it as a stop off when travelling further south. Highly recommend .
