Parking "semi-privé" (non réservable) proche de l'hôtel mais petit avec des places étroites. Semi-privé car n'importe qui peut s'y garer sauf en journée où c'est théoriquement réservé aux clients de l'hôtel mais il semble qu'aucun contrôle en soit effectué. Baignoire avec une marche assez haute (peu accessible).

Beim Check out gab es ein Durcheinander mit meiner Kaution, da hatten die Mitarbeiter wohl etwas falsch zugeordnet. Es ließ sich aber klären. Uns wurde vom Hotel über den Booking.com Nachrichten-Briefkasten eine Werbung für einen Transfer zum Bahnhof geschickt. Dieser hätte doppelt so viel gekostet wie ein normales Taxi.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Un séjour toujours aussi agréable dans cet hôtel vraiment bien dit à Aix , c’est à dire au calme et pourtant très proche du centre ville . La piscine est vraiment très agréable, le personnel vraiment chaleureux , le petit déjeuner en buffet est un des meilleurs que j’ai rencontré.
Le parking est pratique mais vraiment cher .

La pire piscine d'hotel que j'ai experimentée - la moitiée de la longueur est en fait un patageoire en dénivelé de 15-40 cm. idée vraiment pas bonne et qui empeche de nager libremenet. Ce n'est pas la faute du management actuel mais l'architecture post moderniste de l'hotel n'est vraiment pas jolie, dommage dans une ville aussi riche et sophistiquée qu'Aix. la déco elle aussi est vraiment d'un autre temps.

Het buitenbad, zo onhygiënisch om voortdurend duiven in het water te zien badderen en drinken ! Ook de ontlasting op tegels en bedjes hierdoor. De kamer was niet goed genoeg gestofzuigd mijn man liep op zwarte sokjes en waren geheel voorzien van andermans haren. Ontbijtzaal , ondanks ruim aanbod zag het niet optimaal uit. Verzorging kon beter voor een 4 sterren hotel

I think room service menu very limited as if u cannot eat cold meat and cheese there is not other choice . It would be nice if fb would give a better menu options as not much choice for international guest . The spa area was not very clean and massages very disappointing and waste of money . Maybe this should be addressed by the hotel . Bar area had not choice much for an afternoon snack either drinks except salad eg Caesar which is not suitable for all ppl .

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Over het algemeen was ons verblijf aangenaam. De faciliteiten waren in orde en het ontbijt was goed, met voldoende keuze. Ook de ligging van het hotel was een pluspunt. De kamer en de omgeving waren verzorgd en vormden een mooi kader voor ons verblijf.
Wat ons vooral tegenviel, was de houding van sommige personeelsleden. Op de ochtend van ons vertrek naar België vroegen wij aan een medewerkster tijdens het ontbijt op een vriendelijke manier of het mogelijk was om enkele kleine zaken mee te nemen voor onderweg. Hierop kregen wij vrij kort en onvriendelijk het antwoord: “No, absolutely not.” Wij begrijpen uiteraard dat het hotel hiervoor bepaalde regels kan hanteren. Toch had dit op een vriendelijkere en meer gastvrije manier gecommuniceerd kunnen worden. Deze houding heeft onze algemene ervaring helaas enigszins negatief beïnvloed.

- There is no secured internet. This means I cannot access my company's network. I think a secure internet line is an absolute must for any hotel that wish to host foreign business guests. - The staff in the lobby -counter is not very attentive. I would expect that staff behind the counter always greats when you walk in /out. In Aquabella they dont.

Parking : accès peu commode et non climatisé. Aucune aide proposée pour les valises ! Robinet lavabo chambre 337 grippé. Sèche cheveux hors d’usage. Entrecôte demandée saignante livrée plus qu’à point obligeant à son renvoi en cuisine : c’est bien désagréable pour le client !!!

El SPA es fantástico. La ubicación también nos gustó mucho porque estás a 5 minutos de la zona de restaurantes y bares más popular de la ciudad,
Aunque el hotel lo especifica al momento de la reserva, no es muy cómodo tener que llevar el coche a un parking que está a 50 m de la entrada y pagar 22 euros de tarifa. También es molesto que si llegas en auto, las aplicaciones como google maps y el GPS del auto no estén actualizadas y te dirijan por calles cerradas. Reviewed Jun 27, 2026The lounge areas: indoor as well as outdoor, plenty of choices so there is opportunity for privacy as well as relaxation. The restaurant offered a Sunday brunch that I missed out on. It looked exceptional.
4th floor, room 437 — sound similar to security door alarm cycles with the floor’s ventilation. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Avoid rooms in this vicinity.

Il parcheggio è vicino ma stretto. Non abbiamo avuto un aiuto per il trasporto dei bagagli.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026We had an excellent stay in this hotel. We enjoyed one of the Belvedere suites which are huge! Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices an a great coffee machine. The highlight however is the stunning pool. A beautiful long pool with a long featured old wall on one side made it a perfect place to chill out. Plenty of sun lounges. Poolside bar. We love it! Staff are excellent. We enjoyed a great Caesar salad one lunch time! Close to the old town and great recommendations for restaurants. we would stay here again!

Everything was great but on our trip we’ve stayed in other hotels and they’ve offered a slightly more personalised service with commentary benefits which we missed here.

Het blijft toch wel heel jammer dat het zwembad pas om 10.00u. opengaat om te zwemmen. Zou fijn zijn om ‘s morgens voor het ontbijt even te kunnen zwemmen!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Nice infrastructure but a feisty French attitude from the 1970s. As an example, you can be out all day (9 to 3) and your room still won't be cleaned. Separate staff clean the room and separate staff re-stock the coffee and water. After our room was finally cleaned , we found no coffee or water had been re-stocked. Making a special trip to the front desk, I explained this to the desk clerk and he said : no, coffee is always re-stocked first. Did he think I was lying about a couple of Nespresso pods? After explaining again, we did not receive coffee, rather than apology, he retrieved some pods and trickled them into my hands like 30 pieces of silver. At $300 a night, I expect the customer to be right every time about coffee pods.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026L'hôtel a une grande et merveilleuse terrasse, où il fait bon manger. Très beau jardin et piscine splendide. Personnel très courtois et accueillant. On peut tout visiter à pied à partir de l'hôtel. J'ai adoré mon séjour.
