It was a comfortable stay in a good location. 5 minutes walk to MRT station, plenty of convenience stores nearby.

Disappointed with front desk and bad cleanliness in the room, at the end I checked out in just 2hrs

Good location

Good price and location. Electronics are old and no convenient outlet. Nice room, mostly clean, 1 spider. Only complaint is the cleaning staff does their work from 12-2am. While chatting.

The bath tub need to change due the the tub already broken. Need to be careful when standing for bathing. Toilet bowl need to cleaned due to stain. Bed sheet also smell of urine and the housekeeping staff was no doing the cleaning properly.

Checking in was easy and the front desk was very kind. Other than that, the room was filthy and the location is along the red light district (didn't know this until the driver mentioned it). We were exhausted after traveling so thankfully the bed was clean and we could over look the rest. When we walked into the room, there was a dirty wet towel on the floor, the carpet looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in a month, and there is mold in the bathroom. Overall, I'd avoid anything along Geylang road unless you want to take a chance at cleanliness.

The location is ideal as it is very near to the MRT station and there are many shops nearby.

給我房的是個菲律賓男人，想不到給了我一間小又不通風廁所有些髒的房！洗手檯上竟有不明凝結物（咖啡色），真的要改進！

安さ重視で探しましたが、駅から歩いてスーツケースを持っても10分の距離。便利でした。駅にはモールもあり２つの線が通ってるので出かけるには便利なところでした。 ホテルは建物自体が古いのか部屋はすごくキレイとは言えません。お風呂場はなぜかいつもどこからか水漏れしてました。でも、毎日、掃除とタオルは交換してくれました。パンを机の上に置いておいたら次の朝、アリがきてました。 シンガポールはカードが使えるところが多いとありましたが、ホテルの周りはカードが使えるレストラン、食堂はほとんどなかったのでホテルの近くでご飯を食べようと思ったら現金を持っておく必要ありです。

各方面（包括服務態度，房間清潔，房間環境等等）都很差，不建議其他人入住，星加坡政府旅遊部門應該定期檢查，以提出改善意見。

今回は長期の出張の為に使用しました。利用が5回目なので慣れていることもあり、場所も迷うことなく到着することができました。バスたぶが割れていたので利用できなかったので、修理してもらいたいです。

No window and impolite receptionist. No blanket and poor sound proof.

very simple room -- more like a closet with a shower -- more like a single dorm rather than a hotel. no shower curtain, super minimalist room.

Dirty hotel. It’s cheap for a reason. I rather pay extra $50 than live here again. I woke up and the next morning and pillow was from the 60’s and ask the made to chain it and she gave another dirty pillow in front of me. Attached is the picture

以個人遊來說，這是一個不錯的選擇。它鄰近鐵路站，去不同景點也十分方便。 但另一方面，洗手間的整潔度可以改善。它冲涼（淋花灑）的地方沒有浴簾隔著，水漬四淺。若洗澡後再用洗手間，會十分不便。 還有一點要留意，它沒有早餐供應。但附近的提供早餐的食肆不多。如想吃早餐後再出發，便要預備一下。

check in was fas, but as i arrived very late*after midnight* there was night receptionist and during my check in, ine couple arrived, older man and litle bit younger "lady" they pay per hour and went up outside on street you can see similar ladys. if i remeber in info is option of free shuttle. but reception told they don't do that.room was ok, not clean, but not dirty. something what i will not choose agaim.

隔音勉強可以，飯店有部份在整修要注意 房間沒有看到提供洗髮精沐浴乳，只看到浴室牆壁上一瓶，未標示其用途 櫃檯服務不錯，可借用行李秤 飯店附近不少可用餐的地方 地理位置優越靠近地鐵站 以價格來說算便宜

충격적이였다 천장은 곰팡이가 대부분 자리를 차지했고 에어컨은 썩는 곰팡이 냄새가 나며 변기 물은 내려가지도 않고 병 걸리는줄 ㅠㅠ 여긴 그냥 차이나 타운이였다 ㅠㅠ 택시 기사가 찾지도 못하는 동네 ㅠㅠ더러움의 그 자체였다 나는 아무것도 하지않고 뜬눈으로 밤새다가 해 뜨자마자 다른 호텔 예약해서 나가버렸다 이불도 없는 아주 더러운 ㅠㅠ

The room lighting was dim. Need a brighter lighting for the room. Tv channel limited.

The hotel was simple, but the room was very comfortable and a good value for the low price. The building itself was kind of old and a little run-down but that didn't bother me much. My only complaint is that sound really carries through the hallways of this hotel, so it was easy to hear people talking, and the housekeeping carts going by, in the evening and at night so it wasn't as quiet as I would have liked. But the staff was friendly and helpful and overall my stay there was a pleasant one.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Though the room was small it was cosy and perfect for my needs. The front desk staff were excellent. From I arrived earlier than planned they accommodated me and helped me find my way around Singapore without hesitation. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the MRT which made traveling daily quite fun and efficient. I would recommend this hotel every day. Great choice 👍🙏👏

Just horrible!!!!! Smelly, dirty and loud. We couldn’t sleep there. Check out right after we saw our room!!!

The hotel is very nice and the hotel front desk is friendly and helpful. The was big and clean we had a big size bed. If ever we r in Singapore we will stay the hotel. ☺️

reception person was fantastic.on finding out i left my reading glasses in australia he produced a basket of glasses.i was able to find a pair to suit me.he was also helpful in other ways.good area for restaurants.

Don't expect any fancy treatment. You get what you pay for. I stayed 3rd floor, but I have to get off the 2nd floor in the elevator and use stairs to get to the 3rd floor. What's up with that? The bathroom wasn't cleaned had someone's hair everywhere. Will not stay there again even they pay me.

Dirty with spider nests in the room, dirty carpet, food leftovers, a lot of dirty spots in the walls

Practical, have a relative nearby. One tiny point - The bathroom exhaust-fan MUST be working to rid it of smell of feaces, sucked into the bedroom by the aircon if the bathroom door is not closed after deafecation.

Great location for eating out, particularly in the evening. Excellent connections to other places in Singapore. Staff were great, easy to communicate with and very helpful. Asked for a quiet room and got it, noise was never a problem during my 3-day stay. All the usual facilities were provided and worked well. Aircon was clean, water pressure was good. Wi-Fi coverage and speed were excellent.

I stayed about 12 hours, between flights. There was NO HOT WATER. I didn't have the energy to complain: I had a wash instead of a shower - after a 12 hour flight. The bedsheets were clean, but the mattress protector had blood stains that were visible through the thin bottom sheet. Again I didn't have the energy to complain: I just lay on the top sheet on the other side of the bed. The bathroom was superficially clean only, and needed a good scrub. The water and pipes in the adjacent rooms made a LOT of noise, which was very disturbing at 2am and 3am. So, while the staff were helpful at check-in and check-out, the room was disappointing and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. There are plenty of alternatives!

After 3 days stay I had no complaint with the facilities and enjoyed a comfortable stay. I also found the staff friendly and very helpful

Ok experience for afew hours stay, not recommended for overnight stay.

It's not the Four Seasons, but if you need to put a night after work, it's not too bad. Clean, plenty of food for your hungry tummy. Free parking after 530. All in all, not too bad at all.

Great location friendly staff very helpful. Spent little time in room perfect location for transportation around city. Close to major park 'sports hub' for running and exercise.

Dirty old carpet, the smell slaps you in the face As soon as you enter the room Everytime. The pillows are yellow with human sweat and old. The smoking smell of others enter your room. I am really disappointed that I paid so much to stay in a dirty place. You will be dreaming of the day you will check out. Please be careful.

needed a hotel after countdown and it was just okay

Staff were very courteous and attentive. The hotel is a bit far from downtown area but very easy to go to downtown and other places because public transportation system (buses and metro) is right there. We enjoyed staying there and will definitely come back.

The hotel is cheap, and I got what I paid for I guess. Not so satisfactory, the bed is not so clean.

Despite telling them toilet is leaking, nobody came to fix it. Room has a musty smell. It's very sad that such hotels are allowed even to operate.

If you want a basic and reasonably priced budget hotel, location rather central and near to same MRT line to airport, this is OK.

They recommended me to go to laundry store even if they do laundry service.

The room was ok but a little worn, the Wife was excellent very fast, I was able to load new Apps onto a phone I bought very quickly. The hotel is for the budget minded ,clean and close to the Metro station Paya Lebar which is good if you are going out every day. Good value for the money I paid for the Superior deluxe, but not flash.

As for short stay is fine. The furniture is too old and the shower is not so good and the aircon is not working fine not that cold. The shower should change to cable hose type so that it is flexible. Thanks

The only pros are close to an MTR station and the staff courteous. The room was dusty, ant infested, not certain the blanket stashed away in that cupboard was clean, bathroom not the cleanest, the furniture in the room and the bathroom door need changing.

While I do understand that it's a cheap, budget hotel, it still feels like it belongs 30 years ago. The rooms and the furniture in it were so old I felt uncomfortable the whole time, feeling like I made a mistake coming here. I even found a bed bug I squashed, and couldn't sleep well the whole night worrying about them. Definitely won't be coming here ever again.

Drinking water is not provided, old furniture and it's not worth to pay at RM367 plus for this hotel conditions.

I had booked this hotel for one of our guest and his wordings forced me to send this review. An Excellent place to stay and worth for the money you pay.

I stayed there for 5 nights and the staff was excellent and genuinely helpful. I would come back again.

The hotel is a bit worn out but basically OK, in unexciting area. I would recommend it to economy-minded people who have to spend night in SIN to make next day air connection. It is about the cheapest true hotel on the Expedia list, 300 meters from the MRT train station Paya Lebar (ask somebody to show you the right exit to Geylang Road; the hotel is in Lorong 39). The train ticket is SIN$ 2.30 one way from Changi Airport. There are a number of ethnic eateries in the area that looks slightly sleazy, but generally safe.

Not bad for a 60+ hotel basicly

good for solo traveller, small room but clean and comfort. can't expect too much for a old building.

Not too bad for the price below $100. Will stay again if there is a discount. Better than expected just got the irritating traffic light below hotel. Overall not too bad for a night.

Well overall our stay went only when we wanted to extend one more day the inconvenience was the reception told us to check out at noon and be back at 2pm which i think its so inconvenience for me and my friend who are their hotel guest last night

I required a room for both myself and my partner and four chain served it's purpose well. A decent accommodation for the price and being close to the MRT really was a big plus.

Strong smoke odors in rooms and common areas. Shower curtain is with multiple dirt stains. Hotel is used for short time couples' meetings. Planes overflying the hotel at very low altitude. Noisy.

Even in a non-smoking room there was a very strong smoking smell in every part of this hotel including the elevator, hallways, and guest room. The windows in the rooms do not open. Ants in some parts of the room. For some reason the bathroom had no toilet paper, but there was toilet paper on the desk in the room? Location is less than 5 minutes away from the Paya Lebar MRT station which is on the Circle line and East-West line so it offers easy access to the airport and many popular destinations.

Smell bad of cigarettes and found a rat eating my food on day 5 of my stay at Four Chain Hotel. Window doesn't open and with bars on them. what happen if there is a fire?? the toilet don't flush properly.

We needed a cheap hotel for one night (+somewhere to leave our luggage for the next day) and with an easy access to the airport & train. This hotel was perfect for this kind of stay... I wouldn't stay here for more than a couple of days, and the room was smelly etc. but we didn't need luxury -just a bed for a few hours, shower and a place to leave our luggage for the day.

Hotel was fine. I booked it because it is close to the airport. There is a shopping mall and market just down the street.

The smell inside the room is really really bad.

Old but clean. Although strong persistent odors of cigarette smokes. Ashtrays everywhere so it seems it's still an accepted custom. Anyway, I can't get used to it again anymore. Staff is nice and helpful. 10mn walk from subway.
