City Plus Rhodes Hotel

Sehr einfaches Hotel mit neu renovierten Zimmern und sehr freundlichem, hilsbereitem Personal. Ruhige Lage.

Ausstattung des Zimmers äußerst einfach: Wenig Bügel, keine Haken in der Wand, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Stühle und Tisch nur auf dem Balkon. Lage des Hotel nur für Autofährennutzung günstig. Rhodos hat drei Fährhäfen!!! Wir brauchten ein Taxi.

The hotel was in a great location and the lady on reception went above and beyond expectations. I was very poorly when I arrived much earlier then check in. I was unable to leave the hotel and she ensured that my room was ready much earlier than the normal check in as she could see I was distressed. She also arranged with no problem an additional room, as due to my illness,I could not share with my companion as arranged. She was brilliant. The breakfast was exceptional (according to my companion) and far better than has been available in more expensive hotels The location was perfect for exploring the city.

The only thing was that the room insulation could have been a little better. The outside noise was kept out, but the interior walls meant that every person walking along the corridor could be heard.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Bien situé, proche des ferry et de la vieille ville. Propre. Ménage fait tous les jours.

Ubicación perfecta. Muy cómoda. Cerca del puerto y del casco antiguo. Zona tranquila con poco tráfico.

Limpieza muy floja. Suciedad que se mantenía debajo de las camas. Arena que vas trayendo de la playa se mantenía por el suelo.

The check in receptionist was friendly.

Everything about the room. The hotel is being upgraded but one would assume that they would give us a completed upgraded room. They didn’t. There were bare wires hanging out of the wall, one pair of wires hanging out of the bathroom wall which could have been dangerous. The standard of tiling and finishing were poor. Glass bathroom door had a huge crack across it. The balcony was tiny with a view of a very close building and an ugly rooftop. The room was very small, just two chipboard bedside cabinets. There was renovation dust and plaster all the way down the hallway. Breakfast was included compulsorily with booking.com and was very basic. I will not be returning.

Only stayed one night as was in transit but the hotel is ideally placed in my mind and i would certainly revisit. Staff exceedingly friendly and welcoming.

It has become my go-to stop-over on the way to Kastellorizo, and it will stay like this also for my next trip. The location is extremely convenient, right next to the commercial port, and despite that the area is surprisingly quiet, making for a relaxing sleep. The staff are consistently helpful and polite. It's also within walking distance of the old city, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel has been recently renovated and it shows.

The newly renovated bathroom, while well equipped, had a few loose cables coming out of the wall and some issues with water overflow. Small details that could use a bit more attention.

The location and value for money are very good. We were ale to store our bags for the day for 2 euro as we had a late night flight. The check in and check out process was fast and efficient, the receptionist called us a cab to the airport which we appreciated a lot.

The room felt a bit stuffy and the AC unit was old. It felt like they hadn't finished renovations as there were at least two places in the room/bathroom with uncovered, exposed hoses and wires. We requested that they turn on the AC before we got there (it was 30+ degrees those days) and they said it wasn't possible, so the room was very warm when we arrived.

Everything was amazing! The staff is friendly, polite, professional, helpful and caring. Thank you so much ☺️ The location is fabulous, you can walk to any where, to Elli beach and the old town. Taxi to airport comes so fast and it takes less than 30 min. It is fabulous! I totally recommend.

De 2 stjerner må være MEGET store. Rent og pænt,bar præg af renovering for nylig. Meget behageligt og imødekommende personale.Ligger lidt afsides hvis man går efter den centrale del af IRhodos by,men her er stille og fredeligt og man behøver ingen ørepropper. Skal man med en af de store både til de andre øer (Blue Star,Dodekanisos mm) er beliggenheden perfekt — 5 min til fods. Minder meget om Hermès,men er billigere og bedre.

Muy buena localización y magnífico servicio. Recomendable coger el desayuno buffet. Fueron muy amables dándome la oportunidad de dejar la maleta antes del check-in y después del check-out sin coste alguno.

He echado en falta alguna silla para poder dejar las cosas.

Kiralik araç konusunda yardımcı oldular. Çalışanlar guler yüzlü yardimsever. Odalar biraz küçük ama 3 kişi icin yeterliydi.

Oda temiz,tuvalet yeniydi ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcuttu,konumu da gayet güzeldi,merkeze ne çok yakın ne çok uzak,genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık,tekrar burayı tercih ederim(bu arada check in saatinden önce gitmiştik,valizimizi 2 euro atarak kilitleyebileceğimiz dolaplarının olması çok iyidi,valizi kilitleyip çıktık,check out’tan sonra da kullandık bence önemli bir detay)

Yalnızca kaldığımız odanın kapısının önünde katlarda kullanılan malzemeler vardı çalışan arkadaşlar her sabah orada çok gürültü yapıyorlardı,bir de balkonda ıslak çamaşırları asmak için bir yer yoktu.

Все очень сильно понравилось! Номер чистый аккуратный удобный, есть холодильник, два полотенца, при необходимости можно попросить фен. Также понравилось то что в холле есть удобные диваны и столики, можно заказать чай кофе, посидеть отдохнуть. Очень понравилось ещё то что до выезда можно спокойно сесть посидеть в холле, или при выезде. Это очень удобно для тех у кого большой разрыв во времени перед вылетом. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Все наши запросы и пожелания были выполнены! Мы получили приятные эмоции от перебывания здесь. Рекомендую!

The Hotel is within walking distance of the Old Town and Ferry terminal

Η τοποθεσία εξυπηρετούσε κάθε ειδους εξόρμηση, για βόλτα, για φαγητό, για μπάνιο.

Οι κοινοχρηστοι χώροι να είναι πιο τακτοποιημενοι. Το δωμάτιο να είναι λίγο πιο φιλικο: μια καρέκλα, ένας πίνακας στον τοίχο, ένα διακοσμητικό.

The breakfast is reasonable. It would be great if they include salade.

Okey hotel for 2 days staying .clean .

I was hoping to have breakfast with feta cheese cause in Rodos. And there was no domatoes in breakfast. Shower curtain it would be good in hotel room, and hair dryer. These things minus for the hotel.

The breakfast was perfectly prepared on time in core of the hotel, everything was fresh and delicious. Tasos was a great guy making us happy with our requests for preparing the eggs the way we wanted. All staff was really helpful and with smile all the time.

Esperienza da dimenticare...

Alcuni suggerimenti: tappetino di gomma in doccia ( pavimento molto sdrucciolevole ), qualche gancio per appendere gli asciugamani , qualche mensola nel bagno.

(TR) Otel sanırım yakın zamanda yenilenmiş eski bir binaydı. Odamız genişti ve eşyalarımızı koymak için yeterince depolama alanı vardı. Banyosu da büyük ve temizdi. Ayrıca balkonunun olması hoşumuza gitti. Genel olarak temizlik iyiydi, ancak ilk gün yatakta birkaç ekmek kırıntısı ve bir kadın saçı fark ettik. Bunlar temizlendikten sonra başka bir temizlik sorunu yaşamadık. Konumu merkezin biraz dışında olsa da yürüyüş yolu boyunca gölge alanlar olduğu için ulaşım rahattı. Kendine ait bir otoparkı yoktu, ancak bulunduğu sokakta genellikle boş park yeri bulabildik. Bavul emanet dolapları ücretliydi. Resepsiyon ekibi yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar gelirsem, fiyat/performans açısından yine tercih edebilirim. (ENG) The hotel seemed to be an older building that had been recently renovated. Our room was spacious, with plenty of storage space for our belongings. The bathroom was also large and clean, and we liked having a balcony. Overall, the hotel was clean, although we noticed a few bread crumbs and a woman’s hair on the bed when we first arrived. After those were taken care of, we had no other cleanliness issues. The location was a little outside the city center, but the walk was comfortable thanks to the shaded streets. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot, but we usually found free parking on the street nearby. The luggage lockers were paid. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. If I visit again, I would consider staying here again because it offers good value for the price.

Le personnel était sympathique, la chambre était petite mais confortable.

Le fait de ne pas pouvoir manger sur place autre qu'un hamburger au micro-ondes. Et un membre du personnel qui fumait à l'intérieur.

Posizione ottima per la parte antica di Rodi, ci si arriva a piedi in 10 minuti. La camera era piccolina ma pulita e accogliente. Staff molto gentile.

L’aria condizionata della camera non funzionava bene e la camera era molto calda rispetto a fuori. Noi abbiamo pernottato a inizio giugno quindi le temperature erano sopportabili ma penso che a luglio o agosto avremmo sofferto il caldo. La colazione da migliorare, nessun prodotto da forno e non c’era un rinnovamento giornaliero.

Ζητήματα με την καθαριότητα. Πρέπει να αλλάζουμε πετσέτες και σεντόνια όταν μένει κάποιος 4+ ημέρες. Δεν υπήρχε κρεμάστρα στο μπάνιο για να ακουμπήσεις μια πετσέτα. Έντονη δυσοσμία από τις σωληνώσεις. Άφησα πετσέτα κάτω στη ντουζιέρα τη 2η ημέρα και η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας απλά μου τη δίπλωσε και μου την ξανατοποθέτησε στην άκρη του κρεβατιού. Σεντόνια, δυστυχώς, δεν αλλάχθηκαν καθ’ όλη τη διαμονή μου. Στο μπάνιο υπήρξαν και σημεία που δεν ήταν επαρκώς καθαρισμένα. Η τιμή του και το πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό σώζουν αυτό το ξενοδοχείο. Δυστυχώς, όμως, η καθαριότητα είναι σοβαρό πρόβλημα. Πρέπει να βελτιωθούν.

Petit déjeuner très limité… Peu de choix, fruits pourris, pas de pain frais, jus coupé à l’eau… Très peu de choix et pas très bon, c’est vraiment le point faible du séjour… Ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel, mais il y a énormément de moustiques qui rentrent dans la chambre…

Location was good. 10 min.walk to Old town and ferry. Staff was helpful. Specially Myrsini helped us a lot. She was really helpful. She made our stay easier. Thank you so much.

The cables at the room. I didn't understand why they were hanging from the wall. I also didn't like bathroom. It was new but steam stayed there for a long time.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the ferry terminal, Rhodes Old Town, and the city center. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and offered good value for money. It was a convenient and comfortable base for exploring Rhodes.

The facilities are quite basic, so it may not be the best choice for travelers expecting a luxury hotel experience. Some areas could benefit from modernization, but everything was functional and adequate for a short stay.

Great location with easy walking to the port and old town and other iconic attractions. The staff are the most friendly in all of Rhodes. Will definitely stay here again

My second stay in this hotel. Very enjoyable again. Lovely people, very comfortable room and a fine location on a quiet street. The hotel is not in the old town, but was within walking distance of everything. Breakfast was not included in the price.

Our room was clean, looking good and our beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is wonderful. The hotel fee was cheaper than the other hotels in the center of the city. We were satisfied with our experience.

The hotel is newly renovated, outside and inside. The room and furniture were new, as well as the bathroom. The room was quite nice, even though a bit small, but more than enough for one person. The hotel in a relatively quiet location, not many cars passing by on the streets in front of the hotel (this was in April though, I can't tell if it's the same in high season). The old town is accessible on foot within 7-8 minutes, which makes the location of this hotel very good. It was easy to find a parking space near the hotel. The reception staff were polite and the breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was good for the price.

Pity that in such a nice new hotel they allow smoking and noise at night in the lobby. As soon as you enter the hotel, you smell the cigarettes. Every evening there was a noisy group of people (including staff) in the lobby until late, talking loud, watching TV loud, and smoking. As I was on the first floor, the noise and smoke from the lobby came to my room (the door bottom had a gap). I complained 3 times - once I even went down to the lobby in my pyjama around midnight to ask them to stop the noise. Then they stopped, but after a night or two continued. I asked a couple of times to change my room for an upper floor, but they said they were fully booked. I would've expected that for a long-staying guest they would have organised a better room from the start. My room seemed unfinished. The bathroom didn't have the glass (my friend's room did) and the workers left buckets with paint on my balcony and some long pieces of aluminium. The space for clothes in my room was minimal, so I had to keep most of my clothes in my bag. My friend booked the same type of room and had a bit bigger room than mine, with more shelves for clothes and a better balcony. I suppose it's a matter of luck, but some rooms should not be in the equal category.
