Le Chamois by Whistler Premier

Unit 304 was great. Very clean, updated, two bathrooms and great location in upper village so close to everything but quiet.

Location,TV channels, mountain views, hot tube in room

Not so clean,parking fees,no coffee

Très grand. Bonne situation. La douche super grande.

Il y avait des travaux en bas de l’immeuble. Puis dans la nuit on entend des bruits de tuyaux ou quelque chose comme ça.

L'espai, molt net i endreçat.

La comoditat dels coixins i del llit.

Perfect location to the gondola, quieter than the downtown area, but easy walking distance to. Parking was easy. Nice, big space, comfy bed, big bathroom, full kitchen.

Something was left in the fridge from a previous guest that was missed by the cleaners. Could hear a lot of sounds from noisy/partying neighbors one night.

Spacious and modern apartments, massive and comfortable bed, clean bathroom, all the equipment required.

Parking is super expensive, even off peak season, toilet paper is ultra thin, no liquid detergent in the laundry room, but nothing crazier.

Parking payant. Zéro service

Property is in a great location with exceptional amenities inside the condo..it has a dishwasher and has a double headed shower..the fans could need replacing in my opinion but bed was very comfortable and stereo system looked good but I didn’t try it out

Fans that were portable were aging

Great location....lots of room

All appliances were beyond replacement stage....Skimpy on towels and bath supplies Unit was a bit dated...but not bad.

The sofa bed mattress was terribly uncomfortable and one dining chair was busted

Apartment LC301 on third floor overlooking the Upper Village and the gondola. Great size, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space, clean with great view. Restaurants and cafes nearby.

Early checkout. 10am seemed quite early when check in isn't until 4pm.

Kitchen. Grea6 location close to gondel. Spacious.

No breakfast

Front desk Maigan was very nice and accomodating towards me and friends

Spacious, very nice apartment (for 2), great location.

The listing showed it has a washing machine - which it didn’t. Suspect that was locked in the bathroom cupboard but not accessible even when I asked about it.

Great location, very clean, well equipped.

Having to pay for parking as a guest.

The whole set up was fantastic. Great layout and set up. Kitchen worked well for us. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure and water heated to a nice temperature quickly. The location in Blackcomb was nice. Great view of the mountain and a short walk to Whistler village but not as busy as the village It is great to hangout in and although a studio it felt spacious. We would definitely recommend.

The sliding bathroom door squeaked and perhaps needs new roller. But that’s so minor I would say overall no complaints.

While the room itself was nicely palatial, it is quite dated. The overall property needs a good cleaning and scrubbing. The hotel corridors smelled bad :( Better maintenance would be good. Or a renovation.

Lokalizacja, dwie łazienki, wygodne łóżko, czystość

Location and facilities

Nothing

Great location, super to have kitchen facilities and a comfy bed

Location, price, newly remodeled, quiet

Having to go 4 floors down to sort our trash at the end of our stay.

Great location in a quieter part of Whistler with quick access to the Blackcomb Mountain gondola. The apartment is very well appointed with quality appliances. Great TV with a sports channel subscription allowing us to watch live World Cup Football matches.

The property was advertised as having a sofa bed but this was broken and has been for some time from previous reviews. The fridge was inadequate in size and the air con didn’t work.

Very good location

Very squeaky door to bathroom. Important when making a middle of the night trip. Stark atmosphere

Great location

Nothing fancy. A bit run down.

Beautiful apartment with good facilities. Easy walk into the village and opposite the main cable car. Very comfortable with a brilliant view of the mountains.

Not ideal that parking is an additional charge plus getting in and out of the lifts from the car park when loaded with luggage is a bit difficult.

Location and room size

All equipped, comfortable apartment in excellent location.

There seemed there was no hot water in the shower. In the other bathroom the tub seemed clogged. I mentioned this at the reception on my check out time. Chech out time at 10 am is early, considering check in is at 4pm. A few years back check out was 12 or 11 am.

Bathroom towels were old and felt not washed enough.

Location

Common area was out dated. Difficulty access the property after hours with the access code.

Location Location, nice appointed room in one of the best locations

Nothing really. It was a great stay

The coffee machine is a joke. It's tiny, not at all adequate for 4 people. Also, it doesn't allow for guests to use their own coffee and the unit was not stocked with enough coffee for the duration.

Great location steps from the Blackcomb gondola. Comfortable beds, clean sheets, plenty of towels. Hot tub outside with a nice view of the mountain. There's a rental shop in the same building if you need to rent any equipment. The unit has 2 full baths - great if traveling with kids.

2 out of 4 drawers in the bedroom are locked. While I understand need to store stuff in the unit, taking 1/2 of the drawer space is too much. No hair conditioner provided, shampoo and soap only. There was someone's clothes left in the unit when we checked in.

Loved the access to other Blackcomb gondola, free ski storage, close walk to the village and to Nordic skiing at Lost Lake as well!

Everything was super nice.. bed too but a little firm.

Fabulous location and great to have places close by to eat 5 mins walking distance We could literally check the Blackcombe Gondola line from the living room. The apartments are large & well designed . Great strong showers. Hot tub upstairs is fab after a days skiing. We have stayed here once before and that's why we came

The bathroom wasnt very clean. I choose this apartment as it had 2 bathrooms. The main one really needed a good clean. The showers were fab!. Also, we used the sofa bed as well as the main bedroom. It was really uncomfortable & I could feel the metal thru the mattress & I am not large. There would be no way 2 people or a male could sleep in it. The lounge looked very tired. Our apartment had a small kitchenette which was fine for us.

location superb; condo was very beautifully renovated; could have been cleaned better (found dust balls on the floor around floor lamps); also night tables were dusty. bed and pillows was very comfortable. lots of storage.

could have been cleaned better. coffee that was provided was not very good.

Good size. Lots of room

Get the mountain side of the hotel next time

Full-size wall bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms, sound-proof doors separating 2 halves of the apartment, spa, luggage storage service., upper village location

Great location and unit was a great size

The heat/ac fan in the room was very loud.

Location- right at the base of the gondola!

Carpeting and hallways are outdated- needs renovations. A lot of great renovations in the suite… however- they need the appropriate cookware for the induction range… smaller frying pas and pots were not suitable/heavy enough for the range to work

It was spacious and clean.

We weren’t notified about the pool being under maintenance. Would have appreciated the heads up.

Close to lift , restaurants , spacious washroom, quiet at night

Nothing

Great location, 2 minutes from the Blackcomb lift to the top of the mountain. Close to everything: bars, restaurants and shop.

The place was a bit dated.

No keys, just codes to the door and other areas. Location cannot be beat. 100m walk to the Blackcomb Gondola. 30m across from the Fairmont at half the cost.

Location; rooms were spacious & clean.

Issue with the tv in this one unit …so couldn’t order the Xmas movie via prime or Netflix

Die Lage top, direkt am Lift, an den Bars, Restaurant, Skiverleih und Centre von Upper City. Sehr ruhig und Appartement hat alles was man braucht.

Sauberkeit, etwas in die Jahre gekommen alles, fast nostalgisch.

Check in was very smooth, able to access the facilities and the room early. Amazing location, close to the mountain, perfect for skiing

Could have used another set of sheets for the pullout bed

Location. Excellent staff. Great facility !

Nothing

Location and kitchen, bed was great

There was no private hot tub in the unit as advertised

Gorgeous studio, spacious, clean, great facilities and appliances. Even loved the art! The location at the bottom of the gondola was perfect, and lots of places to eat nearby.

Nothing!

Literally everything

I wish it was noted before that there was a discounted parking price if you use the parking meter instead of the app online… also breakfast option would be nice

Great location. Clean and quiet

Wasn’t cleaned properly, staff were not helpful, said it was not a hotel No staff after a certain time

Parfait.

Very big with more than one could need

The very expensive cleaning fee.

Our room was lovely and spacious and nice location.

Very tired common areas that could do with a revamp.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good room size and layout. Close to the action but not in the heart of the Village

Toilet plumbing in the 2nd bathroom was leaking and water had to be shut off after each use. Shower head in bedroom bathroom needs repair

the amount of room in the room was amazing felt like being in a luxury Appartment deffinetly will stay again

What I did not like was nothing

Super easy to check in at reception and get all the details from the front desk. Such a great location, even being right next to some restaurants it wasn't super noisy at night. Such a great size for 3 people - even 4! We didn't use the kitchen facilities but great if you don't want to eat out for every meal.

We had issues with the air con in the lounge area, it was on but just didn't cool down the room which made it uncomfortable for the person who was sleeping in that area (the bedroom however, was very cold with the air con on) We told the front desk and they said they would send someone from maintenance but no changes unfortunately

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, easy access and quick walk to Whistler village, along with great dining options close by with a less busy vibe. Would come again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was so close to everything and quieter than the lower village.

Construction noise, smells, and pool being closed. They did not tell us about the pool until after we booked. It would have been better to pre-warn. The smell of the construction was bad, like a nail salon.

Professional staff and amazing room

Plenty of room. Had a good size living room with a kitchenette. So handy for breakfast. Apartment could have slept four with the sofa bed. Two bathrooms also there.

A tiny bit away from the village at the upper end of everything but whistler is all about activity anyway. We enjoyed the few minutes walk into the bars and restaurants.

Excellent experience and a convenient parking downstairs.

well furnished and cozy appartment with beautiful view to upper village of Whistler

Location was great, easy check-in and out, and the cheap secure parking was a nice plus.

Both showers took around 5 minutes to warm up, even set at maximum temperature. The TV in the room didn't work, and the TV in the lounge was far smaller than pictured and there wasn't many channels (not a huge deal as we were out most of the time.) Most of the curtains were stuck so we couldn't open them up. Laundry room was out of order for a good portion of the stay. Overall the room felt outdated - have stayed in far nicer rooms for far less $$
