room was very tired (218) -hadn't been upgraded in a long time. Air conditioner couldn't be set at one constant fan and went on and off waking me up at times.

It was very comfortable and the rooms were quite spacious!

A little wear and tear and it was difficult to get someone on the phone to bring us more towels, but that was not a big deal

The room was clean but we found a box with 2 pizza in the fridge that was probably missed but not a big deal for us.

Clean and great location but we arrived late around 8 PM and asked for later check out around 1 or 2 PM but Front Desk only considered an hr extension.

The water in the shower is either too hot or too cold. There is no setting to put it in the middle. the rest were other miscellaneous issues, but not the dealbreaker.

There was no breakfast at the Inn. We were given a coupon to eat at a fast food outlet. The exterior of the building left a lot to be desired. It was run down, clean but run down.

There's no elevator and stairs far from office and lots of distance to travel to rooms with bags. This probably isn't an issue to young , very fit Olympic athletes??? But not for elderly or anyone with bags and mobility issues.

Convenient location

The pool was filled with hair and dirt. The room was okay. It was clean but not very modern. I paid too much for this hotel but it was during summer so the prices are higher. The location is good and it’s nice it had a pool and hot tub except it was quite dirty.

The room was huge & very clean. The bed was comfortable & there were 4 pillows to each king size bed that were fluffy. There was ample parking. It was right across a small "mall" that had a grocery store & pharmacy. The front office staff were friendly & efficient. Room had a small fridge with a really cold freezer, a microwave & Keurig.

No elevator. The 2d floor is not for anyone with mobility issues. The AC was underpowered to cool the size of the room. Entrance to the property along main road was narrow & easily missed. Breakfast was a coupon to Timmy's which was a bit far to walk.

The room was spacious

No fresh air- could not open any windows. It was noted on the Bookings.com website as including a Very Good Breakfast. A Tim Hortons voucher for a very ordinary breakfast wrap a coffee and a hash brown does not even equate to a breakfast , let alone for it to be described as a very good breakfast. This should be removed from the description.

Clean, tidy. Nice stuff, good location

Their staff is great! They were very helpful and maintained the room very clean. Interestingly enough, the breakfast was setup as a daily coupon at Tim Hortons. We could spend $17 for 2 people, having to pay for anything extra. Example: 2 cappuccino + 2 hash browns + 2 muffins were a bit over the limit (under $1). We have not seen this before.

We stayed during the World Cup 2026 and the TV package available in the rooms did not include TSN; as a result we had to go to a nearby pub to see any games of interest. This was unfortunate in our opinion. The hotel is a bit outdated, with a number of items in need of being fixed or replaced. One obvious example was the fan in the bathroom that was extremely noisy.

The staff was friendly and the amenities were good. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna . Everything was clean and comfortable.

The hotel didn't have an elevator, but it was still well appointed.

Breakfast was at Tim Hortons, which was convenient. The hotel is in a great location. The staff at check-in were very friendly and provided us with lots of helpful recommendations on places to visit.

Overall a very good stay. Hotel is located at a central location near to all the attractions. Things that can be added to make the stay even more comfortable would be: 1. Charging sockets - we literally had to search for them 2. A Coffee table

A long list. From.w wood bugs on the floor to the most insane woefully inadequate check-in policy and procedure. They have no staff for late check-in. No staff for check-out. Not even at 7am. Kind of a normal check-out time. But no staff. I forgot some toiletries in my room in the morning and could not get back in the room to get it because there no staff present to help me. Just a sign on the door saying, call this number if you have an emergency. Terrible service. They also called me numerous times the night before wanting to know what time I was coming so they could go home. Ridiculous. Never stay there. It's like you are in another country.

Very clean and comfy, huge rooms, nice staff

The hotel had a pool, sauna, hot tub and a gym. It had random areas where you could sit and enjoy the hotel which I thought was nice. Beds were comfy and had a smart tv. Hotel met my expectations from the photos we saw when booking.

The bath was pretty slippy to get in and out of so I would recommend a bath mat or something for safety. My partner and I are both early thirties but both found we had to be very cautious when grabbing a shower.

Stayed one night only, room was clean and spacious, it's an old hotel but nothing to complain for one night worked perfectly, and they gave us a Tim Horton's ticket for the breakfast.

Bed was a bit hard for me, but this is my preference if you like hard mattress you will be ok.

It's a convenient enough location and is fairly clean at I guess what is supposed to be considered a reasonable price in this day. Ample parking.

The beds were horrible, the rooms are very dated, and the views are terrible. There was thumping music from the convention area until 10pm at night. Breakfast was a simple coupon to the Tim Horton's up the street and was quite limited. We didn't bother using the coupon.

Well maintained building, rooms are spacious. Washroom was nice. Linens are clean. Alondra at front desk was very polite and she speaks Spanish, so that was a bonus!

Maybe add more channels to the cable offering, bit not a big issue.

The location is central in Gibsons; bed is comfortable and it was very quiet the one night I was there.

A little run down, there is no restaurant at hotel, no breakfast at hotel. Pillows where hard for sleeping.

No elevator, no on-site breakfast room. Said breakfast was included but you have to drive a km down the road to Tim Hortons with a voucher to get it. $10 max, per person. When 1st entering the room - it was smelly from the heat. Turned on A/c on blast cool and the smell went away.

Rooms were spacious, had a balcony and were clean. Room had a microwave, refrigerator and AC/Heater. Our flush was not working so they changed the room immediately. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s well accessible and near to the ferry terminal (10-15minutes). Pool was open but we didn’t use it this time because of the weather. Parking space was free. Christmas cookies, chocolates etc. were kept for guests.

No breakfast in house. We were provided a coupon to avail at a restaurant close by. Spa was closed this week. Some facilities seem outsourced. No lift.

The bathrooms were disappointing. Bath too small and old ,gross shower curtains. Didn't even want to use shower.

Loved the interesting layout of the building with the many covered spaces, breezeways, and natural light. The room was huge and clean, and the balcony felt quite private. Glad the outdoor pool was open and it was great to relax in the sauna. Very friendly helpful staff as well.

People above us were quite noisy. Sounded like they were saying football. I wish the hot tub was in working order.

We were not informed at time of booking the hot tub did not work. We booked room with breakfast included. Upon check-in we were given a coupon to Tim Hortons 3 blocks away for our free breakfast. I felt these two things should have been clear at booking.

The room was clean but upstairs the windows don’t open so you have to use the air conditioner, the hot tub was closed. But the sauna was and pool were good

This was not a nice place to stay. It looked okay, like a reasonable mid-range hotel from the outside. But it's a weird place -- like an abandoned research facility or something. To get to our room, we had to go down a concrete corridor and then our room, which felt like a re-purposed meeting room, was off another concrete plaza. Very unappealing. Room furniture and decor was nice -- they did their best with that -- but couldn't make up for how grim the overall property seemed.
