Only thing disappointing was the temp of the pool. Thinking they could provide a little heat for these shoulder seasons. It’s lovely but the sun does not shine long enough to keep it above icy

Room spaciou but right next to pool with large sliding door, it was wonderful but there should be a time allocated to stay at the pool and table as talking was loud at 2:00 am and woke me up.

The room was newly renovated as advertised, clean, spacious and comfortable! The complementary coffee/tea and water/ice machines in the lobby were a nice perk, and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!

Everything was wonderful, I only have one small suggestion that there could be a light fixture over the sink/kitchenette area.

Pool was noisy. Room not very well soundproofed. Had to run airconditioning fan to block outside noise. No one at desk from midnight to 8am

Everything was great; pool, staff, location, cleanliness, even the beds!

The workers staying at the hotel were having a very loud party into the early hours. And the staff was fixing smthg in the utility room beside us, and every time they left the room the door would slam shut so hard it would shake our beds. So no sleep 🫤

It has a very good location, it is close to a supermarket, from the bus station. Very clean and very friendly staff

The staff especially Hoda & Rhoda were great. The BBQ area was well used. Great parking & location.

Even a seasonal pool needs to be heated.

Clean, lovely atmosphere and ambience. Rooms were nice and having the small kitchenette was handy. Staff was friendly and gave great tips and suggestions for the area.

I love the layout. The rooms form a square and look out onto the pool/garden area. There are lots of nooks and crannies in the sun and shade to sit. The gardens are lovely, lots of shrubs trees and flowers. The rooms were huge, with 2 very comfortable queen beds, a small well equipped kitchenette and nice bathroom. The only downside was that the pool was not heated and even in July very cold. It's why I booked this motel. That may be something for them to look at installing in the future. The staff were amazing, very friendly, kind and accommodating.

It was so lovely and the staff were AMAZING! We mostly encountered a lady at the reception. She was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!

Nice courtyard with a swimming pool. Beautiful environment with many trees and birds. Half of the facilities were renovated. The room is spacious.

The pillows and bed sheets smell unpleasant. There is hair in the bathtub, and the drain is very slow. Soundproofing needs upgrading, and two families are chatting and laughing very late at night and very early in the morning. The fridge is noisy at night.

They are renovating and it’s at a mixed place currently Hockey playoffs and couldn’t get the game Lamp in room very old and probably doesn’t meet current electrical rules. Needed to plug in in awkward place as switch not working

The extra large bath towels were AMAZING! Very clean, large TV. Great staff!

Rooms are recently renovated. Very clean and staff very friendly. Giant TV with full access to Apple, Prime and Netflix. Nice bath products and keurig coffee machine. Easy walking distance to restaurants and groceries.

The rooms are not very soundproof. The heat/cooling fan is quite loud and constantly comes on and off. Telus remote did not seem to work. Drawers on left side of bathroom cabinet were really hard to open.

The rooms need more attention to soft lighting. They're quite large and thus feel a bit sparse.

The location was perfect for us and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The property is under renovation and we did not know that prior to arrival. There was stuff everywhere and our room was not finished. There was no dresser or shelves. One lamp was broken and the sliding door shade was broken. The little table was wobbly and so was the chair beside the bed.

the room was a nice size and had a large bathroom with a good sized tub.

There was no TV/wifi/internet at all. The mattress was old, and uncomfortable and sagged terribly at the edges. My room had an exterior door, and while I was walked through the hotel to get to the room, with a small 20ft segment outside, my room key would not open that exterior door meaning I had to walk down a slippery set of wooded stairs and then through the unlit parking lot to gain access to the lobby.

Beds were very comfortable and staff were exceptionally helpful

Room was dirty, it was “renovated” but the chairs were old and worn and there was nothing on the walls, bathroom needed serious updating and had damaged counters and cabinets

The staff were friendly and the room was really well equipped - It was complete with a stove, sink, dishes, cups, silverware and all the basics of a kitchen. We also loved their pretty garden and pool area.
