Kurokawa Onsen Oyado Noshiyu

The staff were nice, place very comfortable when the weather turn cold, onsen big enough. Will come back again if travel at Fukuoka.

Kurogawa location were quite troublesome travel to it since no train around only long travel bus, but worth to go.

The Ryokan is located in a quiet area of Kurokawa Onsen and is pretty easy to reach. The food was great, the rooms were nice but the absolute pleasure were the Onsen's. There were several option and each of them were honestly awesone. Had a great time.

事前にメールでアレルギー等の連絡をしたのですが、ちょっとキツイ言葉の返事が返ってきて驚き、宿泊をキャンセルしようかと思いました。 でも実際泊まってみると、スタッフも親切な方ばかり、食事も美味しいし、露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。 たぶん、人気の黒川温泉なのでキツイ言い方してもお客様がひっきりなしに来るのでしょう。いいお宿なのに勿体ないなぁと少しだけ残念でした。他は満点です！

Le lieu est un sanctuaire de calme. L'ambiance est propice à la rêverie et à la détente. Le soin du personnel est vraiment merveilleux, on est accueilli dans un doux mélange de chaleur et de discrétion. Y rester deux nuits auraient été incroyable pour se reposer et profiter de la beauté de ce onsen et du village.

藍染のおしぼりを持ち帰ってしまい申し訳ない気持ちの一方で、後追いで返却依頼あり！ 最初に注意喚起して欲しかった。 料理のアレルギー確認をして欲しかった。 自分はエビカニの甲殻類アレルギーがあり、料理に出てきたため。

古民家で所々にアンティーク雑貨が置かれて雰囲気がよかった！ 料理も美味しく、スタッフの方もよく、価格も安かった

Der Onsen war unglaublich schön. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer. Es war urig traditionell.

Es war ingesamt sauber. In manchen Ecken gab es doch die ein oder andere Spinnwebe.

各種違った趣向の温泉が楽しめた。旅館の作り、古民家風で中庭や庭、露天風呂の趣があって最高でした。

Our room was generously sized, complete with a comfortable sitting area that made it easy to relax. It featured a dark, understated Japanese aesthetic that, rather than feeling gloomy, created a calm and elegant atmosphere. The same thoughtful design extended throughout the property, which included a beautifully appointed tea room and a cozy study room —both inviting spaces to unwind. Our one night stay is regrettably too limited to enjoy this little luxury. I especially loved the yukata robes. Unlike the standard ones often provided at ryokans, these were surprisingly comfortable and even quite flattering. One of the highlights was the selection of private onsens, allowing us to soak in the excellent hot spring waters at our own pace and in complete privacy. Dinner was another memorable experience. Served at a leisurely pace, each delicious and delectable course arrived with impeccable timing, accompanied by warm, patient, and gracious hospitality that made the meal feel truly special.

整個環境都非常的清幽，令人放鬆，尤其是大廳裡面的原木都是用的非常好👍停車也是非常方便，除了店門口前面可以停幾台，另外有一塊空地可以停．黑川溫泉真的很值得住一晚，服務人員很貼心從一進門服務到退房都護送到門口

房間的泡湯池真的有點小，餐點非常精緻，但是吃不懂😂對我而言並不是覺得很美味

Love everything! Oyado No Shiya felt like turning back to Japan from 100+ years ago, wooden building, lush garden, classic decors. Onsen was wonderful, they had options for public or private. Kaiseki Dinner and breakfast were delicately prepared and delicious. The staff and service were superb. Some of them were able to communicate in English, and everyone was helpful, friendly, and welcoming.

For such an essential Japanese onsen experience, we wish we were interacting with Japanese people rather than foreign immigrants. Having said that, they were lovely people, but just felt it diluted our experience of authentic japan.

Le cadre exceptionnel. Le personnel aux petits soins. 5 onsens privés très sympa et le grand Onsen extérieur incroyable en pleine nature. Dîner et petit déjeuner digne des meilleurs gastronomiques. Chambre typique très jolie et spacieuse avec tous les équipements que l'on puisse demander. Juste incroyable.

전에 묵었던 구로카와 료칸이랑 비교해서 가격은 그리 차이가 없으나 우리 일행이 5명이라 그럴 수도 있지만 좁은 공간에 여러 탕을 만들어서 그런지 탕 자체가 작고 불편했습니다. 그리고 가족탕엔 개미떼 때문에 너무 놀라서 금방 나왔습니다ㅠ. 그외에 오래됐지만 깨끗하게.잘 관리 됐다고 생각했고 식사도 좋았습니다.

Splendide! Quand on franchit l’entrée c’est immédiatement une plongée dans le passé. Accueillis avec chaleur et attention tout au long du séjour. Tout débute par un check in personnalisé autour d’un thé et pâtisserie de saison. Le plaisir d’avoir un véritable onsen dans sa chambre (séparé de la salle de bain, toilettes). Le onsen extérieur est très agréable également, il y a plusieurs lieux comme une petite bibliothèque ( japonaise) une salle pour déguster un café… avec un fond musical doux , les amoureux de musique remarqueront les systèmes audio et enceintes de qualité . A travers l’établissement on traverse des cursives et des escaliers qui donnent sur un jardin merveilleux, il y a des antiquités misent en valeur partout. On n’a presque plus envie de sortir pour visiter le village ! Une table vous est dédiée pour les repas… copieux! L’emplacement est parfait et au calme à l’entrée du village. Merci à la navette d’être venue nous chercher et ramener à l’arrêt de bus. Merci à tout le personnel.

L’insonorisation des chambres mais c’est dû à la structure en bois qui fait le charme de l’établissement. Malheureusement un groupe de français qui nous a fait honte, se sont comportés très bruyamment tout le soir, dans le onsen, les couloirs sans respect pour un ryokan . Cependant nous recommandons très fortement cet établissement

awesome onsen and kaseki dinner experience in a kind of fairy tale setting. We were located in a kind of "tree house"with a private onsen down the stairs. this is the real thing in my opinion. the outdoor public and private onsen are amazing. not to be missed if you are touring Kyushu

Это самый прекрасный отель за всю поездку в Японию. Очень красивый, атмосферный. Комнаты оформлены в японском стиле. Мы останавливались в номере с собственной ванной- источником. Прекрасный опыт с завтраками и ужинами. Очень внимательный персонал. Обязательно приедем еще раз на горячие источники!

Un lieu exceptionnel et hors du temps. Tout était parfait, et surtout les onsens (dans notre chambre, bains publics et bains privatisables) et le personnel qui était aux petits soins. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont extraordinaires. Un des meilleurs établissements de notre vie !

Quand on arrive on est vraiment émerveillé par ce ryokan : il y a plein de petites "cabanes" partout, des arbres ainsi que de la mousse, c'est vraiment très très beau Beaucoup de onsens disponibles, notamment des privés ce qui est sympa Hébergement très privé (sorte de petite cabane en hauteur) Personnel sympa Bon repas

Es war ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis in dieser Unterkunft zu sein. Vom ersten Moment an wurde man sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer und die ganze Anlage sind wunderschön. Die Onsen sind ebenfalls toll. Wenn man durch das Gelände spaziert, herrscht eine einzigartige, magische Atmosphäre. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Ich kann jedem empfehlen dieses tolle Ryokan zu buchen!!

Lovely tradition onsen hotel , with several onsen to choose from . Indoor and outdoor and private ones . Dinner and breakfast included , traditional Japanese meals with locally sourced ingredients . Quiet atmosphere good English speaking staff . I would recommend this hotel

The Ryokan is really nice and quiet. A feel good place. The staff is welcoming, kind and helpful. Great Onsen! A lot to choose from: inside, outside and private baths. Comfortable Yukata provided. the room was nice and comfortable. For One night it was fine for four adults. For more nights, it might have been nicer if it was slightly bigger or two rooms would have been better. Amazing dinner and breakfast! Wish we had stayed at least 2 nights. On the list of things to do again.

I liked everything! If I should say one thing, it would just be that one of the private baths was way too hot. We stepped into it knee-deep with one leg for a few seconds and had to get out. It was about 55-60 degrees C. But maybe we just have a low heat tolerance. The other baths were ALL great.

샤워가능한 내탕이 실내에 있는데 그점이 좀 많이 불편했어요 야외대욕장도 간단히 샤워할수 있는곳이 필요하단 생각이 들었습니다

Of all the places we stayed on our 3 week Japan trip, this was probably the most authentic & charming. Set in beautiful, shaded mossy gardens with a maze of paths - this place is rather magical. Our room was large, a little quirky & rustic with a separate seating area with two big, traditional comfortable armchairs and it had its own mini indoor onsen bath with constant running hot water! The bed was in a mezzanine up some stairs. Clothing is provided for you to wear throughout your stay. In the main building is a tea room with all sorts of retro artefacts where you can help yourself to tea & coffee. In the grounds there are several open air private onsens which are wonderful. The food is a whole other experience! We were served a many course dinner and breakfast in our own private room. Outstanding and so beautifully presented and served - truly memorable. It is worth a walk around the village too - some cute shops and cafes & we enjoyed the winter illuminations after dinner.

If you have mobility issues, the upstairs bed is a little tricky to access and the beams are very low. Maybe check before booking.

Très joli ryokan dans un village agréable. Plusieurs promenades possibles au départ du ryokan. Le personnel est souriant, respectueux et très gentil. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Nous avions un Onsen privé ce qui est bien mais il y a aussi 5 onsens privatisables, des onsens extérieurs et intérieurs donc le choix est vaste. Le jardin est bien aménagé et décoré. Merci pour les prêts de tenues traditionnelles et de pyjamas. L’espace salon de thé est agréable et l’espace de travail est bien aménagé. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner sont extraordinaires, aussi bons que beaux

當天下午辦入住感覺手部有點搔癢，有穿衣服的部位沒有養的感覺，半夜睡到養醒看身體的皮膚長了很多疹子朋友也ㄧ樣只是沒有我嚴重，請櫃台幫忙換房間，櫃台說房間都客滿了，最後只好從2樓房間搬到1樓客廳榻榻米上睡，櫃台幫忙鋪了2個床墊免強睡到天亮，早上醒來看我大腿長出很多疹子，我不知道是房間榻榻米有塵蟎還是暖器太強沒有加濕器，我有摸房內的樑柱很乾凈沒有灰塵，所以我不知道原因在哪裡，但我看那榻榻米很舊了是應該要換了，晚餐跟早餐都很普通以這個價位來說非常貴，我每年都會來日本自駕旅行，也住過很多溫泉旅館，第一次遇到這種事，來這裡旅行的台灣客很多
