مساحة الغرف صغيرة ☹️

Location is excellent, Room was very well equiped and clean

To be honest nothing

الموقع قريب من الجامعة النظافة والهدوء

الغرفة صغيرة جدا ، لا يوجد مكان لتناول الطعام، او مكان للصلاة

The room is clean, quiet, and comfortable; I had a good rest, and I enjoyed staying here. Location near USM, easy to get food and grab car. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Non.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit, and it honestly feels like my second home. The location is perfect very strategic and within walking distance of all the places I usually go. It’s convenient, comfortable, and always my first choice.

The Wi-Fi really needs improvement. I’ve stayed here twice this year, and I experienced the same issue both times. I needed to submit my work, but the Wi-Fi wasn’t working and not functioning at all, which was very frustrating.., so the room felt unusually quiet. I usually like having the TV on in the background, so that was a little disappointing.

I really like the room. It is very clean. Quite area and good stuff

nice n clean

Dekat dgn lotus, kedai makan. Mudah dpt grab.

Line netflix apps di tv sgt2 problem. Ada staff dtg tolong. Ok dah. Tapi line very poor. Jadi tk boleh sambung netflix semula. Tapi so far, semua staf sgt bagus. PR sgt baik. Sgt membantu.

the location is just nice, convenience for food and daily leisure requirement as Lotus is just beside it. the room cleanliness is great and comfortable, tidy and nice.

I have stayed here many times. Location is good. Walking distance to Lotus. Many eateries nearby. Facilities adequate - no frills hotel.

Nothing.

the location is very strategic because it is located nearby Lotus Sg Dua, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Family Mart & Laundry shop. The hotel also provides spacious free parking lot for the customer so we don't have to think where should we park our car.

I hope the hotel will consider to provide basic necessity like toothbrush & toothpaste

The room, the cleanliness, comfort, calm and the staf

Nice staff … very helpful, close to USM

None … i stay in center room , has light but no view off the window, but on my reservation marks city view. May be next time get better room w view.

A lot of parking space behind the hotel Near to many eateries and USM

The wifi signal was erratic and could only be connected to one or two devices at one time Only two elevators One of the TV wasn't programmed to in house channels Size of room a bit smaller than expected and the grey walls made it seem gloomy

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is great with a cafe at the ground floor.

I smelled smoke, guess someone was smoking in the hallway. Apart from that, the hotel smelled nice esp the lobby.

Satisfactory

Good

I am a regular guest and usually choose this hotel whenever I visit Penang. The location is excellent, especially for visiting USM, and many nearby attractions and amenities are within walking distance.

Unfortunately, there always seems to be at least one issue during my stays here. This time, it was the Wi-Fi, TV connection, towel odor, and cleanliness of the toilet.

Near to food location and grocery super market. Walking distance. Beside got coffee shop.

Parking

Room is small, a bit run down and the lighting is dim

The location is good as you can find many food around and Lotus Supermarket is just beside. Free parking is available so if you drive. Staff is friendly and they also provide luggage storage. The TV in room is Mi Tv so you can watch preferred show by logging into your account for Apps like Netflix, Disney , Prime Video, iQiyi, etc.

They do not provide room slippers which is something that I need when I stay in hotel. Maybe they can consider providing it since they do not provide toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner.

Location.

Blanket cover a bit old.

Convenient location

Room space

Room clean

Location near to airport, surrounded with restaurant and mart , bus stop just infront the hotel.

Need more flexible hanger because the anti theft hanger area so narrow cannot put together wet and dry cloth

Booked this hotel because it's close to the uni. Accessible to Lotus supermarket; walking distance. Got free parking space.
