Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The wifi was good. The room was large and there was a mini fridge in the room. The breakfast is ok but for someone who is gluten & dairy free the choices were limited. My husband was there to do an event and left very early, the hotel were kind enough to give him breakfast to go.
The mini fridge was noisy and in the end we turned it off. The room is dated, which is fine but it is expensive for what it is. There are only 9 parking bays out front but you can find free 48 hour parking 200m up the road. There was no gluten free bread available at breakfast. The coffee wasn’t great, so I didn’t drink it.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026I came for the Marmot cycling weekend and had an excellent stay thank you. The bedroom was lovely – and the hotel kindly gave me an upgrade from a single to a double room. The room was cleaned each day and looked great each time I got back. The bathroom facilities all worked well and the WIFI in the hotel was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast each morning – there was loads of choice and the breakfast staff did a great job of filling up food supplies and tiding up the place as the folk came and left. I enjoyed chilling in the spa facilities each day using the pool, steam room and sauna And last but definitely not least the reception staff were excellent. Very informative and helpful and a pleasure to talk too. I would be very happy to stay here again.

I was doing a big cycling event and without asking they had prepared packed breakfast bags that were very well stocked. Even after check out, I had to hang around a bit and there was no rush in having to move my car. So all in all a very easy and pleasant stay
Room was overly warm leading to stuffiness. I had to leave the balcony door open

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Das Hotel ist hübsch und gut gelegen. Das Personal war wirklich ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben eine kleine Wohnung im Hotel gemietet, haben aber ein Upgrade auf die sehr schöne Penthouse Wohnung bekommen. Die Badezimmer sind ein wenig alt, aber in einem guten Zustand. Wir waren als Teilnehmerinnen der Tour des Stations da und es wurde sogar das Frühstück für die Teilnehmer vorverlegt! Ausserdem gibt es einen abgeschlossenen Veloraum, was natürlich sehr gut für uns war. Als es dann ein Problem mit einem Zimmer gab, kam der General Manager selbst vorbei und schaute sich das. Es war ihm nirgends recht und er versuchte eine Lösung zu finden. Schlussendlich war alles kein Problem für uns und es hat unseren Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama vom Penthouse war absolut fantastisch. Die gesamte Erfahrung in diesem Hotel war wirklich ausgezeichnet.
Es fällt mir nichts ein.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The hotel is situated in a perfect location, quiet, 5 min walk from the bus stop( shuttle buses stop) and 5 min walk from the main concert hall. My room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, room was spacious, even by American standards, sparkling clean, and bed was very comfortable. The staff was terrific! Very friendly, warm and helpful, providing us all necessary directions, suggestions, was such a pleasure to communicate with them! Highly recommend to stay in this hotel!
Wish the room would have a little fridge.
