Ihanan tilava huone, ystävällinen henkilökunta, huoneesta hyvät näkymät kylään ja vuorille.

Aamiainen oli aika laimea ja oli vaikea löytää sopivaa syötävää.

Super staff, great room and nice terrasse. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was perfect!

El personal es realmente amable y está a tu disposición constantemente. Realmente recomendable el masaje con Matilde. Es un punto que parte del SPA este al exterior, le da un toque diferente.

Las habitaciones demasiado sobrias o simples para un hotel del nivel que se le supone. Las habitaciones dan a la avenida principal y se escucha todo el ruido de los coches. La habitacion con vistas a la montaña es un decir, porque se ve la montaña pero entre medias tienes un club de tenis, un parque de juegos para niños, etc. No tiene buenas vistas.

Si je dois émettre un bémol c’est quand il fait chaud on doit laisser la fenêtre ouverte et vu que l’hôtel est au centre mais sur la route principale c’est un peu bruyant

Le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Lorsque nous avons évoqué le fait qu'il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et le bruit, on nous a de suite trouver un compromis (j'apprécie cette promptitude). La zone sauna - hammam est petite mais très propre, très bien entretenue.

Le fait que il n y ait pas de climatisation et le bruit de la route

The Spa could have been covered as it was too hot during sunny days. There was no restaurant, you might have an agreement with another one at a lower price,

I like the location, the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, and the high quality of the breakfast.

My room was sparsely furnished, no comfortable place to sit apart from the beds. The bathroom facilities are good. My room had an outside balcony but again no place to sit.

le petit déjeuner était complet et très bon, la chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle, la literie de qualité, le service de navette parfait pour se rendre dans verbier. merci à toute l'équipe qui est toujours aux petits soins.

il manque une climatisation ou un petit ventilateur pour les jours de grande chaleur comme nous avons eu, la tv est légèrement petite pour la distance avec le lit. mais ce ne sont que des détails.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. I can go on and on. The styling, the coffee, the breakfast, the staff that goes above and beyond and with genuine kindness. The location is perfection. I plan to return as soon as I possibly can.

Literally nothing that I disliked.

I stayed at Experimental Chalet Verbier for seven nights during the Verbier St-Bernard by UTMB week, and overall I had a very enjoyable stay. What stood out most was the atmosphere. The hotel has a warm, welcoming feel that makes you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than in a hotel. The location was also perfect, just opposite the race village, which made everything very convenient. The reception team was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank the gentleman leading the front desk. His approach to hospitality was exceptional. He patiently showed me several rooms until I found the one I felt most comfortable with, never making me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much. That level of service reflects real experience and genuine care for guests. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the sauna, cold plunge, and jacuzzi, which were perfect after long days on the trails.

Because I genuinely liked the hotel, I’d also like to share a few suggestions for improvement. While everyone was willing to help, the level of customer service wasn’t always consistent. Some team members naturally delivered the hotel’s welcoming spirit, while others would benefit from a little more experience to provide the same level of hospitality. Breakfast is another area with room for improvement. The selection and presentation could be elevated, and a more engaging, welcoming presence from the breakfast team would make the experience even better. Housekeeping could also pay a little more attention to detail. For example, the outdoor chairs on my balcony remained dusty throughout my stay.

Excelente opção em Verbier. O quarto era super confortável e com uma vista incrivel das montanhas. Todo staff muito simpatico e atencioso. Café da manhã excelente com produtos frescos e ótimos pães. Absolutamente perfeito!

The staff is very friendly and accomodating! There is a private bus service from the hotel to the ski lift and the breakfast is excellent!

Everything was amazing

Has everything you could want for a comfortable break in a first class ski resort. The best thing is the service and being able to be driven to the slopes, having them pick up and return hire skis etc

The only small issue we had was a leak coming from the room above, but the hotel handled it excellently including giving us 2 free cocktail vouchers

The loud music from the farm club make it impossible to sleep before 3am. Also the rooms have almost no decoration and feel very basic

The service here is exceptional—some of the best I have ever experienced at a hotel like this. The location is perfect for the town, and the shuttle service is incredibly efficient; they drove us to the lifts and picked us up within 5 minutes every time we called. They even went above and beyond by returning our group's hire gear and getting my skis serviced for me. The spa was another highlight, and we particularly loved the fun touch of being able to knock on the window from the hot tub to order a beer!

Nothing to report—the stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations in every way.

My room was ready slightly before check-in which I appreciated. I was also unexpectedly upgraded to a better suite with a balcony. The valet services were great and the staff helped me to book my ski pass with a discount. They also provided guidance on how to get to the hotel from Zurich's train station. I will definitely consider staying at the Experimental Chalet in the future when visiting Verbier.

Staff knew nothing about whats happening, never a correct answer. But were friendly. Said king bed in the room that was booked. Ended up being 2 single beds joined together

Nous sommes venus en groupe à la dernière minute, et avons passé un séjour inoubliable Le personnel a été extrêmement attentionné, l’hôtel est très confortable, tout est haut de gamme jusque dans les détails. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner et les recettes d’un jeune chef Argentin !

The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff and service was fantastic

An excellent experience from the moment I entered the hotel. A very French-style interior, with jazz playing on the little satellite radio in the room.(it was refreshing after staying in other hotel rooms that felt so generic) Great breakfast spread and very friendly hospitable staff. When in Verbier, here's where you should stay!

I enjoyed everything about both the facility and the services offered. The point I appreciated most was the kindness and great willingness of the staff to meet our requests. It may sound trivial but it is hard to find a facility that is so flexible and ready to meet the needs of its clients.

L’accueil très chaleureux, le personnel est disponible, les chambres sont propres, l’hôtel est bien situé et le design intérieur est superbe. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Je le recommande et nous y retournerons.

The rooms are dirty, the hotel itself is very tired, the staff are rude and breakfast is average at best. the whole experience was disappointing.

Wow wow wow😁👍 Das beschreibt meine Tage in diesem Hotel Das Team komplett mega freundlich, egal ob Rezeption oder Housekeeping, alle immer sehr sehr nett. Das Zimmer ganz toll, ich habe besser geschlafen als zuhause😊 Sehr sauber. Das Frühstücks Personal mehr als nur freundlich. Das Frühstück lecker mit vielen selbstgemachten Sachen wie Granola und Kuchen, immer frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen auf Wunsch. Alles in allem absolut perfekt. Ich würde gerne 100 Sterne vergeben, oder eben die vollen Punkte. Vielen Dank an das Team ""Ihr seid super"
