The hotel and rooms were very cozy. Location could not be better. And the value during summer is excellent. Too bad I didn’t enjoy Verbier that much.

I was in Verbier for the music festival in July 2026. The hotel is in a perfect location for short walks to the major music venues, restaurants, etc. (they offered free shuttles as well). The service was excellent, as was the daily breakfast. The only downside was some of the furniture in the rooms. The chairs are cheap and wobbly with very little padding. The sofa also has the padding issue, armrests are very bendy and seem to be made of cardboard (I'm only 145 lbs btw). I sure wish they'd upgrade before next season because I'd love to stay there again.

We only stayed for one night, sadly, but it was a fabulous stay. First we were upgraded to a lovely room, the staff could not have been more helpful, the bed was super comfy and a great breakfast. Use of the spa was also a bonus. thank you

The hotel feels much more elevated than the 4 stars. The interior is incredibly thought through and very cozy! The bed in this hotel was extremely comfortable- I slept like a baby. The service and personal at the hotel are great too. Helped me on every corner - even last minute booking of the concerts for the Music festival and playing with my dog while I was sorting out things at check-in. Included breakfast had all once need and even one on top of- the juice machine and a variety of fruit and veggies to squeeze. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent and for a normal Swiss price. SPA area though not large has everything you need and I really enjoyed sauna and pool. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and looking forward to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at La Cordée des Alpes. Everything was excellent, from the warm atmosphere to the beautiful spa, which was perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. The staff were always smiling, welcoming, and very helpful. We also really enjoyed the restaurant — the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had a very pleasant experience and would happily return.

I can really recommend Cordée des Alpes. The hotel is beautiful and very well-situated. The food is excellent and the service fantastic. It was our first time in Verbier during summer and we will definitely return to this hotel next year.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was so beautiful and cozy.

We stayed at the hotel for the 5th time already and really like the friendly atmosphere. This year there was also a sushi bar which is really recommendable and adds to the positive experience.

What a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is in a great location, central to shops and restaurants with a very helpful and reliable shuttle service to everywhere else. The hotel has a lovely calm atmosphere, nice ambience and relaxing seating area to read or catch up with friends. Our room was clean and functional (with three of us sharing) but with plenty of storage we managed ok and most favourably a bath, after a long day of skiing was heaven. Room service was useful for peckish teenagers and the staff were fantastic, friendly and committed to offering a seamless experience. There was a little noise from the road in the early hours but that is to be expected with service trucks working before Verbier stirred. We were so busy we did not use the spa but we plan to next time. The food and service in the restaurant was incredible, with a mouth watering wine list and relaxed atmosphere, we cannot wait to go back. My daughter especially loved the fresh sushi bar which also offers room service. YUM! A little more 'desk / work space' would have been useful in our room.

Great personnel, very polite and always willing to help. Good spa zone. The hotel is very clean. Regular and comfortable transfers to lifts.

For such an amazing hotel breakfasts are the worst part, I've never seen anywhere that you need to pay extra for a simple omelette. The choice of food is quite scarce. I would definitely advise the management to review their breakfast guidelines, as it just doesn't meet the industry standard.

We thought this was the perfect hotel. The perfect balance between smart and relaxed. Thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. It had the feeling of being in someones private chalet rather than a formulaically decorated hotel that has been rolled out by an interior designer. The staff were very friendly and had a lovely manner. The concierge could not have been more helpful and kind. The ski shop in the hotel made it so easy as did the shuttle service. Perfect spa.

Excellent Quality SLH hotel in Verbier. Nice room and breakfast. Excellent Spa and Pool although the pool water could have been warmer. 10 Minutes walk uphill from the centre of the resort but in a pleasant area.

Comfortable rooms, especially if you go for the bigger ones. The star of this hotel are the staff; so friendly and Accomodating providing tailored care to each guest. Special shout outs to Michelle at breakfast, Baptiste in the ski shop and the lovely ladies and Felix on the front desk! And the transfer bus team; all super informative and friendly :-)

The hotel was very elegantly designed, both inside and out. The breakfast was varied and delicious; but the best part was that the hotel staff were very warm and friendly, always supporting us with everything (cable car, places to visit, introduction to Verbier).

The pool and hammam were lovely. There wasn't too much chorine in the water which was really pleasant. The massage with Jade was one of the best I've had and she was so kind. The selection of fruit at breakfast was very good. The home-made gluten-free bread was incredible and the chefs were really friendly and warm. The staff were smiley and helpful. The products in the bathrooms and shared spaces were natural and some were biodegradable.

It wasn't a very exciting breakfast.. you know, the hotel breakfast that you're so excited to wake up for? (*If you want some inspiration, check out the breakfast at the Lapland hotel in Helsinki - that one is exceptional!) Sorry to say.. but I couldn't STAND the strong smell of perfume that was being blasted around the shared spaces apparently from the air-conditioning according to the receptionist. I don't understand this.. we are in an incredible natural environment, breathing fresh mountain air, why pump some fragrances into the air 'for ambience'? This can't be good for our health, especially of young kids in the hotel. It gave me a headache and I held my breath every time I entered the hotel. The room was hot at night even with the window open and we couldn't change the temperature. The mattresses were not very firm and a bit tired in the middle and so we couldn't quite get comfortable to sleep.

The hotel and staff were 10 starts out of 5! The breakfast buffet was always a highlight of the day! Proximity to the main lift was a big plus! I look forward to my next visit!

3rd time back and it just keeps getting better....Service is personal and impeccable. Rooms are super cozy and the overall atmosphere at the hotel is just fantastic. Now with improvement of the breakfast buffet and the new sushi bar is simply best sushi in town.

This was our third visit to Cordée in 2025, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The service from the staff including receptionists, concierge and ski service is consistently excellent and genuinely friendly (we have also noticed the same staff most visits which is always a good sign!). The rooms are fantastic and have everything you need. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, including the breakfast, which I always look forward to. The location is great, and we love the convenience of the shuttle to the ski lifts. The spa is beautiful and incredibly relaxing. We truly love everything about this hotel, which is why we’ve kept coming back for the past 3–4 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We also really enjoyed the new sushi bar, Ropu. Highly recommend.

Lovely spa, great breakfast, staff clearly care, concierge service great ... Ski hire in hotel, free shuttle service ... Much positive. Open fires in lounge and spa! Hot tub. Friendly happy staff that actually seem to want to help. Friendly guests. Nice interior and lit up outside.

Not much. All super minor. They could proactively tell about opening the gym on request. Weird light switches! Small TV in room. Hot chocolate not great. Bad shower design spraying water on floor. Beds on wheels that slide around. All fixable.

Fantastic weekend away for mates 50th. The hotel were very good at communicating with me for the group booking beforehand. The fretting and check in was super, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well presented and well looked after by housekeeping. Only gripe was the beds were on wheeels and moved. Otherwise all very comfortable. The spa was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to book again!!! Thank you

Superb hotel. Cosy, elegant, warm rooms, fabulous views in the mountain, amazing spa ( have you ever lounged watching a roaring fire in a spa after a post ski restorative bubble bath and steam room ?) , lovely and helpful staff and delicious restaurant. A success all round ! We will be back !

The spa is lovely but would have been nicer if children were not allowed. There is two hours each day (morning and evening) when kids are not permitted - but it doesn't make a whole lot of difference.

Stunning hotel will definitely be going back with free electric bike usage and vip passes for the cable car with certain rooms and free usage of the spa amazing totally recommend it

We have been staying at this hotel since last year and we really love it. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The person in charge of transportation was also very kind and assisted us a lot with the minivan last year as well. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you again next year.
