It is very close to the metro station, good bathroom

The cleanliness, there was hair all over the bed sheets from a previous stay. the floor was not clean.

No estaba limpio (tenía polvo) y olía demasiado a cerrado cuando llegué.No tenían sábanas de recambio ni tampoco lavadora.Las tuberías olían mal continuamente y el menaje para cocinar es claramente insuficiente. Las colchas estaban viejas y las almohadas también. El frigorífico era demasiado pequeño incluso para una persona. No se podían abrir las ventanas por la noche por el ruido de la calle (además de tener justo en la calle donde se ubica en apartamento) obras de remodelación del tranvía que empiezan muy temprano.

Das Appartment liegt mit den Fenstern zur Schlachthausgasse. Das ist extrem laut, man kann die Fenster nicht gut öffnen.

The apartment No. 31 stinks extremely like the canal from the bathroom. It stinks so much, that it's hard to stay inside. The company didn't respond to my request to take care of it at all.

The experience was great overall, I arrived quite late after midnight however it will be very easy to access the apartment and miss Marija explained everything very well. The apartment is cosy and the storage is great. Also the location is s great and close to the metro and the tram within few minutes walking distance.

Only after the shower was smelly after use. There is no shampoo and soap so make sure to have some. Even though it is remains highly recommended.

Great big apartment, near the city center. Parking on the opposite side of the street. Received all the info needed to enter the apartment.

Just a suggestion. The apartment was without air condition, but when I booked it was written that there is the air con....also the sofa is not for sleeping, there is a big hole in the mattress and no way to sleep. If you sleep in the master bedroom is a complete chaos because it's on the main road.

The location is perfect for concert visiting - around 15 minutes walking to the Ernst Happel stadion (just straight). Apartment is really big and nice. Kitchen is well-equipped. Check in/out is easy, with keylocker. There is also a parking garage nearby (really cheap). There is also AC in every room.

The apartment is located in a nice clean building. It is extremely spacious, neat and well organized. There's everything a visitor might need. Billa and Spar supermarkets are just round the corner. You can find a lot of restaurants in a very close proximity. The bus, tram and metro stops are just a few meters away from the apartment. The communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

The only disturbing thing is the noise from the public transport in case you leave the windows open at night.

No air conditioning. It is advertised as air conditioning. This is not 2 small fans, which is what I got

Thé appartement IS nice, but not well clean,a lots of dust,and not good smell..especially when open the air condition,the air condition IS not clean..and bas not good smelling,the bathroom door Can not closed,will used our luggage to hold thé door anytime will want to take shower,and the bain has no cover, anytime will take shower will be on the floor,because there IS no cover,and communication with the lady is not Bad,but not great, but the appartement IS great, but need more job inside to make it what that Price, thanks.

A perfect little place for a Vienna city break. Location is a bit outside of the city centre, but easy to get to by tram from the Hauptbahnhof or by metro from the City centre. There is a well stocked Billa supermarket across the road. The apartment is not big, but clean and has everything you need for a city break. The building has a lift.

We stayed in July at nearly 30 degrees in Vienna. The Apartment has no air con., so it was very, very hot despite a tower fan provided. We stayed in the apartment 31, which faces the main road, which is very busy and noisy. We kept the windows open to let some wind in, but the street noise is very loud and woke us up early in the morning - something to bear in mind if you are coming in the summer.

The location was great, the apartment large and nice. The coffee machine very useful. Communication was good with keeper.

There was no AC, just two mobile fans that did not help at all during the heat wave. It was almost unbearable in the apartment, 30 degrees Celsius even at night.

Apartment was big and clean, metro station is 2 min walk. In the kitchen is everything, for 3 people it is amazing place. We were there only one night, we did not go to city center so i can’t say much about location, but because it is located near the metro, i think it is easy to move around the city.

Location of the city does not show the beauty of the Vienna, but with only one night experience i do not have anything what i did not like.

The bed and the mattress looks too old, it was uncomfortable to sleep in it.

It is not the first time I visit this property. The property is located in a good area, easily accessible, that is the main reason I chose it for the second time.

The same problem as the first time with the TV in the bedroom. It had no signal. Another thing to suggest would be the change of the sofa bed. It was too old and you could not sleep in it. Luckily I was with two small kids and we could use the bed for the three of us.

Located was excellent. Metro station and trams just 2 mins away.

The space especially the bathroom. You can't even close the door. On the name of toiletries you will get only hand wash not even soap or body wash. On the name of wine glass only one wine glass. The staff asks you to get connected on WhatsApp by forwarding a number. Once u get connected and ask for any requirements they will simply say it's not included. So if u communicate prefer booking.com. atleast that will serve as reference for any further steps

location for taking bus or U3 is very convenient. The host reply for checking in was slow, we asked several times to get wifi password, no any reply till we checked out. The apartment is not very clean, we found hair on bed. No shampoo was supplied. Facilities needs be repaired or change to new ones

Central location. Good value. Overall a nice and comfortable apartment for a large group.

Sadly, the apartment was very dirty when we arrived. There were bottles left on the terrace, burned food inside the oven, and stains on the sofas and the bedding. We didn't receive any instructions on how to sort recyclable waste and the person in charge didn't reply to our questions.

The temperature in the apartment was quite low since central heating was already stopped in Vienna. When asking the host for an alternative heater, none was provided. There was a funny smell in the apartment the whole time. The apartment is located on a busy street with public transport (tram and busses) so it gets a bit noisy.

The apartment is very spacious, bigger than expected. Sparkling clean. It has everything necessary for a comfort stay, doesn't miss anything. The location is perfect, near to subway line U3 and to a tram station. You can go everywhere from there. There is BILLA right next to the apartment. The parking is very near and it costs 8eur per day. Definitely recommend. Thank you

I liked the location and the apartment was very nice.

The linen on the beds was 100% synthetic and it created static when we moved in it, you could hear cracking sounds and see lightning, so it was unbearable to sleep with it. We took all of the linen off the bed and slept that way, and tomorrow we got new linen which was 100% cotton. Another thing that annoyed us was that they turned off the Internet for us on the morning when we were supposed to check-out. That was really unnecessary and unfair. The shower was also bad, the pressure was low and it was difficult to set the right temperature of the water.

Easy communication with the hosts. Picked up keys from lock box with no problem Property is well furnished, and the sofa is comfortable to sleep. Sofa was arranged for sleep for the kids at arrival.

Kitchen cleaning would need a bit of attention. Generally it was clean, but there was a tray left used in the oven. Some not washed coffee spoons left with the clean ones. Small things probably legacy from the previous guests, but should be taken care of. The knives. There was one very small and two very large and all seem to be not of a good quality.

I loved the fact that it is one minute from a metro station and has a supermarket close by. The house although small was very factional .

I would prefer a lower pillow . The dishwasher is not essential. The space could have been used smarter . Some cooking oil , salt and pepper would be nice to have too .

The apartment is great! Really good inside, spacious, and there’s a bus station and a subway stop really close. I would definitely recommend it!

Cosy, comfortable, clean and an excellent proximity to the city. Right beside the U3 U Bahn - it was perfect. A few short minutes to Stefanplatz. Shower was amazing too !!

It was on a good location. -Close to the football national stadium (2 km) away. -Undergraund (1 min walking). -Billa store (2 min walking). Big apartment with everything what you need. We didn’t see the owner but she send us details on whatsapp. -Parking is very close. (4 min walking). We used Apcoa parking garage. Just install app (apcoa flow) on your phone and pay with the app. It’s way cheaper. One day 7€. Without app is 25€.

The floor was a little bit dirty. There was a lot of hairs. But anyway that was the only problem.

Everything was amazing! Metro station right around the corner! It takes literaly 10 minutes in total to get from the apartment to Stephansplatz. Garage for your car is really near as well.

The apartment has a very nice view, its situated on the corner of the street, the U-Bahn is littrealy behing the building, where you can arrived very fast in the City Centre. Its warm and cozy, and very clean. We will be staying here again soon.

This was my second time booking Apartments-in-vienna and it was as expected judging from the first time - the best in this price range. Clean, nice furniture, great location if you have plans in Erdberg. Metro is literally around the corner so you can get in city centre in no time. I can only recommend Apartments-in-vienna.

Well equipped apartment, very close to tram and U-Bahn stations (about 2 minutes walk to each). The building has a lift which we only used to take our cases up and down as we were on the first floor. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms which was great. There weren't enough hangers for two women for six nights, but Marija brought some as soon as I asked for them. Plenty of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen.

The sofa in the living room is not a bed - there are no sheets that will fit this! We were provided with a fitted sheet that couldn't possibly be fitted to the sofa, then were given a flat sheet that was too short to cover the length. I gave up asking at that point. The toaster was worse than useless, the oven hadn't been cleaned and had food stuck to the shelves, and the hairdryer in the shower room actually went on fire. I advised the host and didn't even get the courtesy of a response although I could see that my message had been read.

It was not the most hygienic flat we stayed . They need to change some of the kitchen items . I would also expect host to inform us that parking is free during the weekend when we ask about parking

Apartment very spacious - Located very near to tram, buses and U3. Two supermarkets near by.

It states:"terrace/Balcony" but it is very inaccessible, on a very winding set of stairs! Surroundings not very abundant in cafés, bars and restaurants. Apartment very large - but not functional in the same manner! Owner(s) very uncooperative, the housekeeper does not speak English and things have to be requested time and again!

Very spacious apartment with tram and underground station at a stone throw away. Kitchen is well equipped and Spar supermarket is nearby.

The check out time was sharp 10 am in the morning. 11 am would be convenient. Also shampoo and body shower and toothpaste were not included with the stay.

There was no breakfast . There was nothing in the bathroom to shower with , there was only toilet paper . The hall smelled awful , inside was not any better . The TV didn’t work , we tried to contact the owner she was explaining something basic on the phone it was no help what so ever . She said she was out of the country and she has no one to send otherwise she would of came and helped us . Very unsatisfied , would never come back here or recommend this awful apartment to anyone . It was too lout you can here the tracks all day and night long we couldn’t get any rest it was awfully hot , she had some broken fan that didn’t do anything . The microwave broke for some time while we were there for no apparent reason that it came back on again . Horrible . Very unsatisfied.

It was way too small , the pictures online were nothing like the room , it smelled weird , the fan didn’t work it was old and broken , the TV didn’t work nor did the owner helped us to get it to work , the tv was super old she was giving us some really lame instructions on how to fix it . Horrible .Everything about this place was bad . I am just so upset we spend $100 on this very small, smelly , hot and not convenient apartment . Would never stay there again . I am so surprised it had such good raining I have no idea how and I have no idea how people like it . Not to mention that we walked for 1km to the parking place with luggage and our 2 year old daughter on my husbands back .

Location is perfect, underground just around the corner. The apartment is cute, good for 3 people. All clean. The weather was very hot, but mobile ventilator was available, it helped a lot. There is Billa and Spar just a minute by walking.
