Schone bedden en een hele goede airxo

Het is een beetje gedateerd, maar dat is niet heel erg want je bent toch de hele dag op het strand of bij het zwembad. Het is denk ik een ouder complex met een nieuwe eigenaar, die nog een hoop te doen heeft maar daar de tijd voor nodig heeft. Hele aardige eigenaar die zijn alles doet om het naar de zin te maken van de gasten. Ik zou het weer doen als ik een paar dagen naar Kreta ga.

Odore sgradevole di lenzuola e asciugamani, per di più macchiate. Letti scomodissimi. Abbiamo chiesto di sostituirli alla reception e ci hanno messo un topper comunque non sostenibile. Bagno relativamente scomodo.

De centrale ligging, overal dichtbij. Super aardige en vriendelijke eigenaar, Panos!! Zijn neefje Manos is ook super aardig en behulpzaam. Vriendelijke en goede schoonmaakster. Lekker rustig ook!!

Buona posizione della casa, a 10/15 minuti dal centro di Malia, lontano dal rumore. Piscina accogliente, pulita e poco affollata.

Cucina poco fornita, sarebbe molto utile una moka per il caffè. Un solo asciugamano a testa.

The accommodation was in an extremely poor condition: it was run-down and poorly maintained, with several light switches not working, a ridiculously small kitchen with dirty and neglected furniture, a tiny bathroom, and dust and dirt everywhere. Unfortunately the platform does not allows to upload videos to show how bad was this place. What made the experience even worse was the host's behaviour. When we reported our complaints, instead of addressing the issues professionally, he started shouting at us, insulting us, and even threatening us. The situation became so serious that we were close to calling the police. The accommodation was unacceptable, but the host's extremely rude, aggressive, and intimidating behaviour was even more disturbing. Booking.com should seriously reconsider allowing hosts who behave in this way to continue using the platform.

Such a lovely place with very nice, cleanly rooms and a great pool. Panos the owner was such an amazing host, he took great care of us and really made us feel very safe and at home. I got quite ill at one point and he made sure I got the doctors and even came to visit me while I was there which is a testament to kind hearted and compassionate man he is. He really cares a lot and it shows. Very good value for money too. Highly recommend we had a great time

Only thing I would point out is the WiFi in the rooms can be a bit wavering

We had a wonderful stay at villa Diasselo. Whatever bad reviews people left over the years, both on here and elsewhere, it is clear to me that our host took notice.

De centrale ligging,overal dichtbij. De eigenaar Panos is een super aardige en gezellig en behulpzame man. Wereldgozer!! Het personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam. Ook het zwembad was heerlijk, bijna geen chloor,heel fijn.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The daily cleaning service was very good, and the room was always clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which made everything easy and relaxing. We also liked the gazebo bar, where we could enjoy drinks and spend pleasant evenings. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, perfect for relaxing during the day. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. It is a perfect place for both children and adults, with a relaxing atmosphere and great facilities for everyone. The host was extremely helpful and responsive all the time. Even for late check-in, we were warmly welcomed without any problems. Whenever we needed something or had questions, we received an immediate response on WhatsApp, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly come back again.

Bardzo ubogie wyposażenie kuchni, kuchenka elektryczna tylko na jeden garnek. Brak suszarki do włosów a w opisie jest. Głośno otwierające okna i trzaskajace drzwi. Stoliki i parasole przy basenie widać, że nie jedno przeżyły. Zdjęcia przedstawiają pokój w lepszym stanie niż faktycznie są.

Дверь в ванную очень громко скрипела - все просыпались, если кто-то шёл в туалет. Можно было бы на кухне поставить жидкость для мытья посуды, губки и салфетки кухонные. Нечем было вытереть даже со стола. Пришлось самим купить моющее средство, салфетки , губки. Мелочь, но всё-же...

Weer 4 heerlijke dagen gehad hier. Prima kamer met goede airco die niet op je bed blaast. Alles superschoon Heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden en parasols. Mike en Panos zijn heel gastvrij We komen gewoon weer terug de 21e !!

Eigenlijk niets, de waterdruk zou hoger kunnen maar dat is overal hier in Malia

Great location, close to the nightlife street. Comfortable beds and a nice terrace.

The property is a bit old and would benefit from some renovation. Also, it would have been nice to have some basic toiletries (soap etc.).

L'emplacement à l'écart du centre ville (15 minutes à pied) - Aucun bruit de musique Possibilité de garer la voiture (3 places de parking). Belle piscine avec des jeux pour les enfants. Mobilié de la chambre neuf avec 2 armoires. Bonne literie. Balcons avec petite table et chaises et un étendoir. Supermarché au bout de la rue. La possibilité de rester à la piscine et prendre une douche après avoir rendu la chambre. Les parasols à dispositions pour la plage. Wifi parfaitement fonctionnel dans la chambre n°11.

Commentaires uniquement pour la chambre n°11: Photos Booking non représentatives de la réalité. Pas de bouilloire ni de petites casseroles pour chauffer l'eau. Hotte non fonctionnelle (bouton cassé). Pas d'éponge, produit vaisselle, linge pour laver la vaisselle. Manque d'ustensiles (assiettes, couverts, etc. pour 3 personnes uniquement). Mauvaise isolation thermique de la chambre (vieilles fenêtres et portes en bois simple vitrage qui laisse passer la chaleur - manque d'étanchéité): 31 degrés dans la chambre en journée. Problème d'efficacité de la climatisation. En la mettant au maximum toute la nuit la température n'est descendue qu'à 28 degrés.

L'accueil du personnel très impersonnel, manque de vaisselle dans le logement.

Na miejscu basen, bar i zadaszone miejsce do wypoczynku wraz ze stołem bilardowym. Apartamenty schludne i czyste aneks kuchenny wyposażony w podstawowe sprzęty i akcesoria.

Очень уютная гостиница, чувствовали себя как дома! Мы приехали рано утром и владелец разрешил оставить нам свои вещи в гостинице, а когда наш номер был убран после предыдущих постояльцев, нам разрешили заселиться немного ранее положенного времени. Весь персонал гостиницы очень дружелюбный и всегда старается помочь. Кондиционер входит в стоимость номера! Меня это очень порадовало, потому что в прошлый раз отдыхая в Сталиде мы платили за кондиционер дополнительно. В пяти минутах ходьбы находится пляж отмеченный Голубым флагом! В 15 минутах ходьбы супермаркет Halkiadakis, где можно купить все необходимое, в два раза дешевле чем в других магазинах.

Подушки были слишком жёсткие, нам было немного неудобно спать.

Insgesamt habe ich mich in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es stimmte einfach alles. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Really friendly staff. Warm welcome even though we arrived at 1am. Pool was great. Room was very spacious and had a couple of balconies that overlooked in the direction of the sea. Apartment and the whole property was very clean. Nice and quiet area. There was good access to some really nice restaurants and bakery. Owner was very attentive and made sure our car was safe. Good access to main roads to get around the island.

Beds are not double, two singles we pushed together. Mattresses were awful in our room but luckily we were 2 people at staying in an apartment for 4 so we switched our mattresses as the others (which were slightly smaller) had some sort of topper on to make it slightly more comfortable. Could not make it seem like a double mattress though which is sad as we filtered on booking.com by double bed and this was not one. There was no wifi in the room - the only place to access the internet was by the pool in the bar area. Breakfast is not as advertised on booking.com (was advertised as could be included/paid for on arrival at a standard rate) but rather it is an a la carte menu and you pay for what you eat. Menu has full breakfasts (eggs, bacon, beans etc.), toast, and many omelettes which the owner says he does very well! No fruit or yoghurt etc offered at breakfast. Quality of breakfast was varying.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very good. Close to the beach and shops but not so close to be noisy. It was quite peaceful. The pool and pool area was very nice.

I didn't have WiFi all the time in the room. It was working by the pool area. I just did a lot of good reading in the room. It was a nice break to be honest.

Posizione tranquilla appena fuori dal centro, la spiaggia è raggiungibile in 5 minuti di passeggiata. La struttura offre una bella piscina e un bar sempre aperto. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation de l 'hôtel. Parfait pour se rendre à la plage à pied. Proche de toutes les commodités (supérette, taverne....). Accueil très agréable Belle piscine Appartement suffisamment grand pour 2 personnes avec bel exterieur

Il manque quelques accessoires dans la cuisine équipée très sommairement. Pas de saladier pas de cafetière... Eau chaude de la douche absente 2 fois de suite

Villa Diasello is een leuk appartementencomplex, de kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het zwembad is schoon en de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk. Zeker een reden om terug te gaan, Jacqueline en Jacco.

De matrassen, die lagen echt belabberd. Maar de volgende dag hebben we veel betere matrassen gekregen !

This place is located in a quiet area not far from the beach and the town centre. The staff are friendly and helpful.

No TV or WiFi in the room. But I just read some good books, Hit the beach or the pool. Swimming pool area WiFi works.

Хубави стай с две тераси едната от който си директно на басейна ,добро разположение ,близо до много хубав и чист плаж на 5 минути от хотела. Басейна беше чист има и надуваеми дюшеци,топки и други занимания.

Леглата не са удобни ставаш сутрин и си схванат целия! Липсва микровълнова фурна! Чистачката идваше всеки ден ,но в много не удобно време впредвид ,че сме с деца! В банята няма никакви принадлежности ,дори един обикновен сапун!

Family owned business. Great host Panos, who started with carrying customers bags from the age of six. Had a great stay with my two children. The pool was great and location close to everything you need.

Ottima posizione, appartamento molto spazioso. Il letto è grandissimo e la piscina molto carina. Molto tranquillo nonostante la vicinanza ai divertimenti di Malia. Ottimo personale.

Vriendelijke mensen, goed zwembad en ook een mogelijkheid om in de schaduw te zitten! Kussens en bedden mogen wat harder zijn maar is maar net wat je gewoon bent. Keuken beschikt over basis producten, meer niet van verwachten. Locatie is top, ligt op loopafstand van de vele restaurants, barren en de zee. Zeker een aanrader!

Our stay was exceptional: great location close to the Malia strip, very kind-hearted owner, perfect room with sufficient facilities, pool was clean and big with plenty of surrounding sunbeds. Could not have asked for more. And a plus for our stay during the Euros, there was a perfect place in the hotel to watch the football, as well as a bar downstairs for drinks. Also plenty of restaurants and bars in the nearby area,.

Unfortunately the photos in the ad were different to what we got. Our room was supposed to be 1 double bed and 2 singles bed but there were 3 single bed which was quite disappointing. The mattress is horrible quality and very springy. When we arrived to check in, the owner took us to the bar where he hand wrote our personal details including passport information in a notebook that was just left on the counter top for anyone to easily access. This is a huge concern. The owner told us that we would need to pay 35 EURO to use the air-con however the booking states aircon is included. They advised us that it’s only included if the booking was paid directly on their website instead of Expedia. I showed them the booking where it states aircon is included but they didn’t care, only wanted my money which I flat out refused. The shower is extremely tiny and there is not enough room to turn around without having the wet dirty shower curtain sticking to your body. We didn’t feel clean after taking a shower here. They didn’t supply a sponge and dish soap to wash the dishes so we didn’t want to use any of the supplied plates, cups and cutlery because all the previous occupants wouldn’t have washed them properly as there’s no sponge or dish soap to allow this. The fridge was also dirty inside, it doesn’t appear that the cleaning ladies do much here. I now understand why this place has recieved soo many bad reviews. Please be aware!

Świetna lokalizacja z dala od zgiełku ale blisko do plaży, sklepów i restauracji. Apartament przestronny z tarasem i dobrze działającą klimatyzacją oraz wygodnymi łóżkami. Personel miły i pomocny. Pokoje sprzątane regularnie z wymianą ręczników i pościeli. Zadbany basen i teren wokół hotelu. Po wymeldowaniu można było przechować bagaże i korzystać z basenu i baru. Pobyt w tym hotelu będę wspominać bardzo dobrze.

Panos was amazingly friendly and a great and personable host. Any questions about the area he was happy to answer. In the evenings when we were hanging out at the pool bar we had many great chats with him. The location is walking distance from all the good beaches and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our time there.

Wifi in the studio room would have been nice, however Panos told us that he planned to fix that in the future.

You intantly feels like you are visiting your family. Super clean aparments, sheets, towels... and whole environment, pool big enough you can refresh yourself and enjoy. Peacefull area and close to the beach, shops and very good restaurants - although food here is super deliceous, musaka is the best experience you can have! We have met the guest having their summer there for a years and always comming back. Highly recommended!

The wifi is not available at the rooms or poor signal but for vaca maybe this is better :)
