Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Les appartments sont en plein centre de Malia tout est accessible à pieds. La piscine est un plus. Le ménage tout les 2 jours est appréciable. On peut se garer facilement dans la rue derrière et gratuitement.
La salle de bain n'est pas du tout pratique et trop ancienne. Le rideau de douche ne va pas jusqu'en bas ce qui fait que la salle de bain est tout le temps trempée... la vaisselle n'était pas très propre. Une vrai cafetière serait appréciable (il n'y a qu'une bouilloire). Il manque aussi une passoire pour essorer les pâtes c'est mieux...

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026We komen hier al meerdere jaren en zijn altijd mega tevreden! Handdoeken om de dag vervangen en het beddengoed elke 4. Voorheen was dit een week, dus hierin hebben ze zich zelfs verbeterd! Het personeel is super lief en behulpzaam en we voelen ons er ontzettend thuis.

W kuchni bardzo ubogo jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie. Talerze każdy inny. Brak przyborów do mycia naczyń. W łazience brak wentylacji. Za krótka kotara od prysznica przez co łazienka zalana przy każdej kąpieli. Brak jakichkolwiek kosmetyków. Ręczniki nie pierwszej nowości. Łóżko bardzo twarde.

Nie podobało mi się to, że musieliśmy opuścić obiekt tak prędko :( Jeszcze jeden tydzień by się przydał! :D

Was told on first night wi fi was not working and needed to be re set then a few hours later was told you can’t actually get wi fi in the rooms, asked for more toilet paper and was told to pay, couldn’t sleep the first two nights as music pumping loud banging from guests and no respect

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Location perfetta per godersi il centro e tutta la movida dei locali e discoteche. Piscina molto pulita, ben attrezzato con lettini e ombrelloni. Mare non molto distante a piedi, fermata dell’autobus vicino a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato che ci abbiano permesso di lasciare le valigie in seguito al check out prima di andare in aereoporto e goderci ancora un po’ il mare e città.
Poco attrezzata, solo un fornello, non c’è un piano cottura, non c’è nemmeno uno scolapasta. Doccia da rivedere: tenda corta che di conseguenza fa uscire tutta l’acqua al di fuori della doccia

Alles weitere! Es gab kakalaken im Zimmer, die Betten waren so hart, dass die Schulter geschmerzt hat, es war laut, da dort lieber sauf Tourismus gewünscht ist, die Zimmer in unglaublich in die Jahre gekommen.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Foarte tare locul, super chill 😄 Ne-am simțit foarte bine aici. Zona e liniștită, iar piscina și grădina sunt perfecte pentru relaxare. Camera a fost curată și confortabilă, exact ce trebuie. Chicineta dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie.
Camera nu este dotata cu televizor, insa pe noi nu ne-a deranjat.

Se aude tot in jurul camerei de afară și de la vecini. Din păcate în ultimele două zile am avut vecini extraordinari de gălăgioși care trânteau tot.

Le prix du billet du car et les indications sur les trajets d'un point à un autre son pas indiqué et aussi il n'y a pas de bornes sur tous les arrêts ( dommage) car je pense que le prix est différent selon les endroits et les arrêts. Le prix du billet doit être plus cher dans le car .

Reviewed May 19, 2026Ambienti molto puliti. La proprietaria è molto cortese e disponibile e ci ha fatto il check in anche a sera tardi (alle 23.00) con molta gentilezza.
Forse si potrebbe mettere più attrezzatura per cucinare e prodotti per lavare i piatti. C'è una dotazione molto essenziale.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Зручне розташування апартаментів. Поруч є невеличкі місцеві супермаркети і сувенірні лавки. Як і апартаменти, та і вся територія готелю була завжди чистою. Персонал був привітним і одразу відгукувались на будь-які прохання. В номері було все необхідне для зручного приготування легких страв.
Спати з відчиненими вікнами недуже зручно через те, що чути гучну музику з клубів.

E’ dislocata troppo verso il centro un po’ rumoroso. Non è colpa ovviamente della struttura. Comunque pulizie bene e aria condizionata inclusa nel prezzo. Non troppo bene il Wi-Fi che secondo me era troppo sovraccarico di utenti.

les ustensiles de cuisine minimum, permettent juste de faire des salades et des petits déjeuners. pas de micro onde, ni de grille pain; une seule plaque chauffante.

When we arrived, the male staff member watched us struggle up many stairs with heavy suitcases and didn’t offer to help. The room floor hadn’t been cleaned — sand everywhere and hair in the shower from the last guests.When our toilet paper ran out, we asked for more and were told to go buy our own. The listing says “air conditioning included” but it’s actually $8 a day. We didn’t pay and spent a week uncomfortably hot. My friend asked for a clean towel and was refused. One night, a male staff member wrongly accused her of not being a guest, shouted at her, and threatened to call the police, very unsettling. Beds are rock-hard, the kitchen barely has utensils for a “self-catering” place, and the food is awful aka my tomato soup was green and tasted mouldy. Female staff are extremely patronising yet were overly friendly to the teenage boys staying there, not surprising. Only stay here if you need somewhere cheap to sleep and don’t care about cleanliness or basic hospitality because the staff clearly don’t care either.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025Location is great as its really peaceful and yet within easy walking distance of all and any action you want,beaches,bus stops,shops, clubs,bars and restaurants.The pool is immaculate,as are all the facilities within the apartment.I am not a young person but am quite active so this is great.This place is civilised and genteel it is great for families and proper people,it is not recommended for 'rowdies' or anyone with 'attitude' and inconsideration of others.
Maybe a bigger bowl for the washing up.

Overall this place is a mess.Would not recommend. AC was terrible even if you leave it on all day it will not cool the room. Bed was super uncomfortable - separate mattress and solid pillows. One of the strangest things: You get one roll of toilet paper after finishing it you need to buy more yourself…Even thought pool area is good personal always sits near by the pool and watching you that felt a bit uncomfortable. To Sum up take this apartment if you can handle 30 degrees heat in the room after all day outside laying on the rocky beds and of-course prepare your own toilet paper.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2025Me and my girlfriend just finished our holiday at Theoni apartments, and all we can say about the rooms is that they are abismal, we came into to our "apartment" and found that we had no toilet seat and no remote for the AC, after asking the staff they told us that it would cost us 56 euro for the week to use the AC even thou on the booking it says this is included with the room. as for our toilet seat the staff said that it will be sorted monday, this was never sorted after asking for a second time we was practically told to suck it up and crack on. the only decent parts of this apartment/hotel is the pool to some degree, and the fridge being the only thing fully intact and working.
