J’ai particulièrement apprécié le cadre de l’hôtel, la piscine et la magnifique vue sur la mer. L’environnement est agréable et idéal pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. L’emplacement à Hurghada est également appréciable, avec un cadre dépaysant et une belle ambiance de vacances.

Cependant, la qualité du buffet et de la restauration ne nous a pas convaincus pour nous français

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel Aladdin. Le manager nous a bien accueilli. Points forts : propreté, emplacement le complexe avec trois hôtels. Nous avons droit aux avantages dans ces trois hôtels. Le personnel était aux petits soins.

Ottima struttura, molto accogliente con ottima pulizia e la possibilità di poter far colazione pranzo e cena nelle diverse strutture collegate al Sunny Days Palma de Mirette. Molto vicina alla strada principale Sheraton Road e molti locali nei pressi della struttura.

E' stata un esperienza molto positiva, consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

The facility has all the options you would think of when it comes to activities there is billiards table and 2 volleyball court n every where facilities for kids (playground) also the the idea of being able to move freely from palaceo to Palma for different Resturant experience and the staff are so helpful and friendly and polite n happy to assist with any questions,I really liked the place and would highly recommend it

Les étrangers qui prennent plus de nourriture que ce qu’ils ont vraiment besoins, et qui en laissent des assiettes entières qui partent à la poubelle. Aussi les enfants qui boivent dans les différents bars des piscine et qui en versent des sodas à l’intérieur. Revoir les animations.

Este resorte fue un oasis absoluto. Nuestra habitación era la más grande y de verdad era increíblemente elegante con dos dormitorios y baños gigantes y modernos. El personal es el que se roba la película, siempre con una sonrisa, atentos a todo lo que necesitan los huéspedes . Con salida al mar es fantásticos para ver los peces bajo el agua. Sara es el alma del hotel, recibe con unos ricos tragos y una sonrisa que hace más grande su belleza, ella es una joya por su atención al cliente que no todos los hoteles tienen. Sherif y Ashraf los mejores anfitriones a las hora de desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Trabajan todo el día y siempre son amables, sonrientes y Excel tés trabajadores. nos fuimos agradecidos de estos días de descanso para seguir nuestro viaje. Gracias !! Los llevamos en el corazón. Pero los huéspedes deben ser más respetuosos, muchos botan basura al suelo o al mar, no son amables con los trabajadores y es triste ver que hay gente que cree que eso está bien .

room 1282 balcony door, the lock was broken (surprisingly room can't be locked, feeling unsafe). No elevator so a bit diff to move luggage. Not a relaxing quiet place for resting, more like a family with young kids (mostly Russian) loud party/playground place with average buffet food. AC was very loud.

First of all, thanks to everyone who works here for being so friendly and accommodating. Especially Olga at Guest relations. We booked the sea view family suite and every room was surrounded by the sea. The suite is big enough for around 5 people, with a master bedroom, a double bedroom, a spacious living room, and two bathrooms. The food was amazing, there were new special items at the buffet but some were standard everyday. But you have access to three different hotels so you can try a different buffet everyday. We also hooked the italian restaurant and the pasta restaurant was amazing. The portions are a bit small but it makes sense as people would want to try more than one dish. As for the entertainment, there are daily night shows at El Palacio as well as an animation team by the beach in the morning. If you’re going with kids, there are a lot of activities for them and an aqua park at El Palacio. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay with good food, a clean spacious suite, and very friendly staff who want you to be comfortable. Will be visiting again.

- In the main restaurant, the layout of the food stations was serial/cascaded over each other. We had to stand in a line up for 20+ minutes to grab one or two food items. - The pools were very crowded and not clean towards the end of the day - Part of the hotel rooms are utilized for time share which lowered the standard of the guests - At the time when we were there, the hotel was fully booked, the restaurants were overly crowded - The hygiene in some cases was not managed properly

This is not first time i stayed but this year the staff are very kindly special Mr.Hassan in the reception, he was very perfect and helped me from first day till end. Also, i would like to to thank housekeeping special Abdullah, he is very active and and help me daily. Thanks alot for all and see you next year..

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le personnel était très sympa. Le service de nettoyage des chambres très bien (Osama et Aladin) : toujours des petites attentions. Les serveurs étaient également aux petits soins et très souriants (Mohamed, notamment et d’autres…). Spécial dédicace pour le serveur au bar (je ne rappelle plus le non (Virgin Colada pour mon fils Helio 🍹 😜) Les nombreuses piscines étaient top pour les enfants : un vrai parc aquatique !

J’ai eu du mal avec les desserts. Pas assez de dessert frais (yahourt…). Les fruits n’avaient pas de goût

The reception staff were very helpful and cooperative, especially Mr. Hamdy at the reception. The overall cleanliness was good, and the hotel’s designated beach area was clean and pleasant. The staff in general were friendly, cooperative, and always willing to help whenever we asked for anything.

The maintenance service could be improved. We had an issue with the air conditioning and contacted the reception. The staff were very cooperative and sent the maintenance team immediately, and the air conditioning was repaired twice during our stay. Regarding the hotel’s designated beach area, the beach itself was clean and pleasant, but the sea water in the hotel’s designated swimming area was not as clean as expected. Better cleaning and regular maintenance of this area would improve the overall beach experience. In the restaurant, some staff members were very good and helpful, while others were less friendly and sometimes made guests feel uncomfortable. More consistency in service and staff training would be appreciated.

During my stay, I noticed several areas that I believe need improvement to meet the expectations of a 5-star resort. The buffet selection was very repetitive, with almost the same items offered every day. More variety and rotation would significantly improve the dining experience, especially for guests staying several days. More importantly, the service team would benefit from stronger hospitality training. Working in a 5-star hotel requires more than simply completing tasks; it requires genuine hospitality, professionalism, positive body language, attentiveness, and making every guest feel welcomed. Unfortunately, I noticed several team members displaying unfriendly expressions or attitudes, and in some cases the level of friendliness and attention seemed to improve mainly when a tip was expected or received. Service quality should be consistent for every guest and should never feel dependent on tipping. I also noticed that some team members appeared to be working extremely long shifts. This may contribute to fatigue and negatively affect the quality of service. At times, the person serving my table felt more like a general handyman assisting with different tasks rather than a professionally trained server who understands 5-star hospitality standards. I believe the resort has great potential, but stronger training, better attention to employee workload, and clearer 5-star service standards would make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

Every detail in the hotel and my stay was perfect they were caring about every step in our journey to make us happy friendly staff & great hospitality. Cleanliness and food quality and speed response I want to mention: Olga the guest relation manager was very very very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and briefed us to all what can make us happy through our stay the life guard staff who are very alert specially if they felt someone who is just starting to have problem they jump at his side in couple of seconds to help the room service team leaded by Mr Alaa were excellent the Reception Hamdy, mariam, Sandy were super friendly shout out for the entertainment team & the night party at the lobby the bar men are very good Chef Tamer and Chef Ayman and Chef Yousef Abdel Hamid maître d'hotel Marian at the Kids Club, my daughter felt at home while playing with her

Wat ons het meest beviel aan de accommodatie waren de mooie, ruime kamers en de vele waterattracties voor zowel volwassenen als kinderen. Ook het privéstrand was prachtig en goed onderhouden. Daarnaast willen we graag de geweldige medewerkers in het zonnetje zetten. In het bijzonder chef-kok Mohammed Ramadan. Zijn gerechten waren heerlijk, vooral zijn feteer, en hij was altijd vriendelijk, gastvrij en ontzettend verwelkomend. Ook willen we Mahmoud Housny hartelijk bedanken. Hij was enorm behulpzaam, luisterde goed naar de gasten en toonde veel begrip voor de situatie van mijn oma, die niet naar het restaurant kon lopen. Dankzij hem werd haar eten steeds naar de kamer gebracht, wat we enorm hebben gewaardeerd. Verder willen we Reda Sh7eta bedanken voor de geweldige sfeer die hij creëerde. Hij was altijd vrolijk, grappig en wist met zijn leuke trucjes en humor het hele gezin te vermaken. Tot slot willen we al het personeel bedanken. Iedereen was netjes in de omgang, vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zorgde ervoor dat we ons echt welkom voelden. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het is absoluut een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen. Zeker een aanrader en voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Wel willen we ook enkele minpunten benoemen. Helaas werkte de telefoon op onze kamer niet en was het toilet kapot. We moeten er wel bij zeggen dat we hier zelf niet echt achteraan zijn gegaan om dit te laten oplossen.

Zaten her şey dahil sistemiyle ilerleyen bir hotel için sürekli bir yerden para koparmaya çalışıyor algısı yaratıyor. Kesinlikle diğer oteller gibi, sharma el sheik gibi her şey dahil denildiğinde gerçekten her şey dahil olmalı, yiyecek-içeceklerden extra ücretler çıkarılmamalı. Müşteri her daim memnun edilmeli ki bir daha gelsin.

Tout ! Le personnel est formidable, Mr Aladdin et Me Mohammed sont des personnes d’exception. Le personnel de chambre, Ehab ,est franchement une personnes qui nous a facilité la joie de séjourner au sein de cet hôtel. L’hôtel est très propre ! Il comprend différents restaurants gastronomiques. Ps : le chef de l’établissement Tamet, Mr Hamdy ainsi que Mr Yacine ont été un atout pour nous faciliter le dialogue en français et en arabe. Ils nous ont accompagné dans toutes nos démarches, qu’il s’agit au niveau des taxis, des demandes personnelles. Vraiment, je recommande cet hôtel !!

Naše dovolená v Palma de Mirette Resort v Hurghadě předčila všechna naše očekávání. Od prvního dne až do odjezdu bylo všechno naprosto skvělé. Hotel byl krásně čistý, pokoje i společné prostory byly perfektně udržované a všude panovala příjemná atmosféra. Jídlo bylo výborné, vždy byl velký výběr a všechno bylo čerstvé a chutné. Největší pochvalu si ale zaslouží celý personál. Všichni byli neuvěřitelně milí, usměvaví, ochotní a vždy se snažili, aby byl náš pobyt co nejpříjemnější. Obrovské poděkování patří především číšníkovi Redovi, který se o nás staral po celou dobu pobytu. Byl profesionální, přátelský a každý den nám dokonce držel rezervovaný stůl, díky čemuž jsme se cítili opravdu výjimečně. Takový přístup se jen tak nevidí. Z celého pobytu jsme naprosto nadšení a odvážíme si jen ty nejkrásnější vzpomínky. Moc děkujeme celému týmu hotelu za jejich péči a vstřícnost. Rozhodně se sem rádi vrátíme a hotel můžeme s čistým svědomím doporučit všem, kteří hledají pohodovou dovolenou s vynikajícími službami.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel au Sunny Days Palma de Mirette. Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! Le fait d’avoir accès aux trois hôtels du complexe est un véritable plus, offrant encore plus de choix pour les restaurants, les piscines et les activités. La nourriture est excellente, variée et de très bonne qualité. Il y en a pour tous les goûts, et nous nous sommes régalés chaque jour. Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe de la réception pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme, en particulier à M. Khaled, Mohamed, Remon et Hamdy, qui ont toujours été disponibles, souriants et à l’écoute. Nous souhaitons aussi remercier le service housekeeping. Un grand bravo au manager Aladdin, toujours présent pour répondre à tous les besoins des clients avec efficacité et gentillesse. كانت إقامتنا في فندق Sunny Days Palma de Mirette رائعة بكل المقاييس، وكل شيء كان مثالياً من لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة. ومن أفضل المميزات إمكانية الاستفادة من مرافق الفنادق الثلاثة داخل المنتجع، مما وفر لنا خيارات متنوعة من المسابح والمطاعم والأنشطة. الطعام كان لذيذاً جداً، متنوعاً وعالي الجودة، وهناك خيارات تناسب جميع الأذواق. نتوجه بالشكر الجزيل لفريق الاستقبال، وخاصةً الأستاذ خالد، ومحمد، وريمون، وحمدي، على حسن الاستقبال، واحترافيتهم، وحرصهم الدائم على تقديم المساعدة بابتسامة. كما نشكر فريق التدبير المنزلي، وبالأخص المدير علاء الدين، الذي كان دائماً متواجداً لتلبية جميع احتياجات النزلاء بكل اهتمام واحترافية. وشكر خاص لإيهاب، الذي كان يعتني بتنظيف الغرفة يومياً بشكل ممتاز، وكانت الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة بشكل مثالي. ننصح الجميع بالإقامة في هذا الفندق، وبكل تأكيد سنعود إليه مرة أخرى بكل سرور.

The rooms were super comfortable and clean! The beach and the pool was amazing! The staff super responsive and very friendly! The stores and the services are top notch. There wasn’t anything I requested that they didn’t handle very well!

They definitely need to hire a chef that knows how to handle a bigger food selection. I felt like they could of did a better job with that and the juice drinks tasted unsweetened overall the food situation really needs some work! Other than that this place is a 8/10. I would also try to filter the amount of kids that come.

L’hôtel était très agréable, le gros plus était d’avoir accès aux 3 hôtels du domaine donc possibilité d’accéder aux autres restaurants et aux autres piscines ce qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable.

Tesiste çalışan çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve bütün sorunlarımızı hemen hallettiler. Yemekler bence çeşitli her ağız tadına uygun yemek çıkıyor. Otelde güzel eğlenceler oluyor her yaş grubuna uygun. Denizi temizdi. Tesisin konumu bence güzel çoğu yere yakın. Zaten tesiste bir sürü olanak var bu sebepten dışarı çok çıkmaya gerek kalmıyor. Tesisin eczanesinden tuttun çeşitli marketleri mevcut ve güzel. Boğazım ağrıdığı için eczaneye uğradım. Gayet güzel ilgilenildi ve istediğim ilacı satın alabildim.

Gelirken açıklamalarda denizinin mercanlı olduğunu okuyarak geldim. Ama denizi mercanlı değildi.

Very comfortable bed, good position, good food but I recommend to diversify the food. The main restaurant it was getting a new upgrade. (palacio) New rooms design.

Kids' shows need to be more entertaining and more variety, new music, new dances. Some staff are very nice some are very rude. You need to upgrade the coffee machines everywhere and upgrade the restaurant in Palma De mirette

Malgré la chambre un peu vieillotte, la propre était au rendez-vous ! Merci à Ahmed et Islam pour le nettoyage de ma chambre et au manager Aladin qui a toujours veillé à ce que tout soit en ordre. Merci !

Les russes sont alcoolisés et laisse leurs enfants faire n’importe quoi… Aussi au buffet de l’hôtel à côté (Palacio) c’est la guerre pour manger ya des files énormes et les égyptiens dépassent tout le monde … aussi un égyptien m’a touché les fesses à 3 reprises, je me suis plaintes aux maîtres nageurs qui lui ont crié dessus et je n’ai plus eu de problème ensuite

الأكل فى الوجبات أصناف قليلة ومش أفضل حاجةوالغرف للأسف الشديد الإنارة فيها كارثية وضعيفة جدا والبانيو صغير بس النظافة والإهتمام كانت كويسة خصوصا الأستاذ إسلام عادل

An amazing resort that offers a complete Hurghada experience without needing to leave the hotel. The beach, pools, facilities, entertainment, food, and staff were all excellent. A special thank you to Sarah and Remon for arranging the exact rooms I requested, which made my stay perfect. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this resort.

The only disappointing thing I noticed was not the hotel, but some guests. The food was delicious and offered great variety, yet many guests took far more than they could eat, resulting in a huge amount of unnecessary food being thrown away. I hope everyone becomes more responsible and respectful of food. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this resort.

Byliśmy po Safari nurkowym . Hotel spełnił nasze wymagania do odpoczynku. Pokoje czyste , zejście do morza z plaży , miejsce do snurkowania , wszędzie bary i miła obsługa . Jedzenie dobre i jest wybór tylko kucharz dodaje wszędzie intensywną przyprawę więc trzeba lubić egipską kuchnię . Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny .

Tengerpart nagyon jó, és a szobánk jó volt

Nagyon alacsony kategóriás, leginkább csak helyiekkel van tele. Sok helyen büdös szag és kosz van. Az ételektől folyamatosan fájt a gyomrunk

wir haben 3 Tage genossen wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen angefangen von verpassten Flug aus Deutschland . danach keine online Möglichkeit gehabt unsere Aufenthaltsdaten zu ändern trotzdem würde uns Vorort geholfen und eine Termin Verschiebung angenommen

da ich gerne gute caffe trinke hat das angebotene Standard nicht ganz meine Ansprüche erfüllt

الاكل وحش جدا تعبنا وجلنا تسمم من الاكل وقضينا الايامً الي حجزنها في المستشفي ولما بلغنا الفندق لم يتخز اي اجراء وقال ان دي حاله فرديه بس كان في كذا د ف الفندق بيشتكي من الاكل وانهم تعبو ودكتور للفندق جه كشف عليهم
