We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel was beautiful, the food was delicious, and our room was absolutely amazing. A special thank you to the Guest Relations Team especially Karina , Roma and shout-out for being so helpful and supportive throughout our stay. They were always there whenever we needed anything and made everything so easy and comfortable for us. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our days at the hotel even more enjoyable. We really appreciated all their efforts and would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a lovely experience and would be happy to come back again! ❤️

the hotel is perfect, the staff too. the food is beautiful, if I came ten more times I would want the same hotel. Ibrahim at the reception is very kind, all recommendations for this accommodation, rooms, beach, program, everything is at a high level, hygiene is 1000+, the hotel deserves a higher rating than 10, I'm sorry that there is no higher rating on booking

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit zwei möglichen Zugängen zum Meer.. wunderschöne Lage! Alles war gut, vom Personal bis hin zur Ausstattung und dem guten, riesigen und vielseitigen Buffet zum Essen. Ein wahnsinns Preis- Leistungsverhältnis!

Gibt es nicht wirklich etwas zu berichten. Man muss es mögen, dass enorm viele Leute da sind. Jedoch ist die Anlage so gross, dass man gut nebeneinander her gehen kann.

Maden var lidt for kantineagtig og så var der musik i højtalerne hele tiden. Det var lidt svært at slappe helt af ved stranden, når der hele tiden var “dunke-dunk” i luften

Deniz ve havuzun yan yana olması gayet güzeldi, deniz manzaralı oda seçmiştik odanın manzarası muazzamdı. Özellikle italyan restoranındaki ızgara balık o kadar güzeldi ki bayıldım eğer hasta olmasaydım muhtemelen 4-5 tabak yerdim.

Alkoller küçük bardakta veriliyor, dondurma için ekstra ücret istenmesine rağmen çalışanlar güzel kadınlara dondurma hediye ediyor çok komik. Sabahları omlet yerinde sıra çok uzun oluyor iki ayrı omlet yeri olmasına rağmen diğer omlet yerinde sıraya girdiğinde insanlar ben sıradayım diyor fakat farklı bir sıra olduğunu anlatman gerekiyor. Yemekler idare eder seviyede ne çok güzel ne çok kötü. Pool barda çalışanlar alkol aldığınızda cehennemde yanacaksınız tarzı şeyler söylüyorlar arapça olarak biraz arapça bildiğim için anladım bu hoş bir şey değil onları ilgilendiren bir konu yok.

The location and the facilities are wonderful, it is suitable for families, kids will find many activities and will enjoy the stay.

Minor maintenance is needed, the seafood restaurant is worthless.

Le personnel est très agréable, le service de chambre est impeccable, très propre, l’établissement en lui même est bien fais, les piscine sont propre le lagon aussi et les bars sont très cool

The best part of my stay was definitely the location and the views. The beach is really nice, and waking up with that view was one of my favorite things about the hotel. I stayed in an Elite room, which I would definitely recommend. It’s renovated, comfortable and, most importantly, far from the main chaos, so it felt much quieter and more relaxing. The food was decent overall, although it can get quite repetitive if you’re staying for several days. I also want to mention the staff at the beach bars. They were welcoming, friendly and always nice to deal with, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

The hotel honestly feels like two completely different places. The area around the reception and main restaurant is very crowded, noisy and has a much cheaper feel to it. Then you have the other side, where I stayed near the beach, which is much quieter, more pleasant and feels like a completely different hotel. The main restaurant was probably my biggest issue. It gets VERY crowded, especially at busy times. There were moments when it was so crowded that I honestly didn’t even feel like going to eat. It takes away from the holiday feeling and makes the whole experience a bit stressful. I also didn’t have the best experience with some of the staff at and around reception, and with some of the restaurant staff. They can come across as quite rude. After midnight, if you want something as basic as a bottle of water, you actually have to pay for it. I’ve stayed in quite a few all-inclusive hotels and this is the first time I’ve seen something like that. I found it quite strange, especially when it comes to water. If you want to stay here, I would definitely recommend booking an Elite room and staying on the beach side if possible. The hotel has a beautiful location, but there is a big difference between the two sides and I think the hotel could really improve the overall experience, especially when it comes to the restaurant, some of the staff and the all-inclusive policy.

La proximité de la mer , l’emplacement . Le personnel

Les petits commerces qui font parti d l’hôtel . Personnel, trop insistant dans les magasins surpopulation dans l’hôtel dans le restaurant. Et au niveau des parties communes. J’ai un souci au niveau de mon pied, j’avais un caillou enfoncé dans mon pied, ils m’ont demandé 220 € pour pouvoir la retirer. C’est honteux, ils m’ont laissé pendant quatre jours en difficulté. Ils m’ont proposé de m’hospitaliser juste pour pouvoir retirer un morceau de cailloux . Pour la somme de 220 €. Je l’ai retiré moi-même.

The hotel is nice and I would to especially that Mr. Rama, the receptionist, was incredibly warm and welcoming. His positive attitude and helpful assistance made the experience even more enjoyable.

There were ants in the room, which was very annoying and quite disturbing.

Spettacoli serali non molto intrattenitori da parte dell’animazione.

Un séjour très mitigé : de vrais points forts, mais beaucoup de problèmes qui ont gâché notre expérience. Les points positifs : magnifique vue sur la mer, chambre spacieuse, literie confortable et nourriture variée et bonne. Surtout, tous les serveurs du complexe, au restaurant, au bar comme à la plage, sont souriants, gentils et serviables. Mention spéciale à toute l’équipe du restaurant El Marhosa : 10/10 pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

La barrière de la langue est importante : anglais moyen, français quasiment inexistant, alors que le russe est parfaitement maîtrisé. Nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment que l’hôtel était principalement destiné à une clientèle russe. Plusieurs Français rencontrés sur place partageaient le même ressenti. La réception est, de manière générale, peu agréable avec les Français. Nous avons également constaté une attitude qui nous a particulièrement choqués : lorsque certains clients expriment leur mécontentement à la réception, une fois les clients partis, certains membres du personnel rient entre eux en les regardant partir. Ce comportement nous paraît vraiment peu professionnel et donne une très mauvaise image de l’établissement. Nous sommes arrivés le 4 août à 23h dans une chambre sale avec deux lits simples, alors que nous avions demandé un lit double. Nous avons heureusement pu changer de chambre le lendemain. Le ménage quotidien est également très moyen : lit parfaitement fait, mais sols nettoyés uniquement sur les parties visibles et douche très peu ou pas nettoyée (photos à l’appui). Nous avons en permanence eu une odeur d’urine le soir et une odeur de moisi lorsque la climatisation fonctionnait. Sur la plage, le personnel du spa passe plusieurs fois par jour pour proposer ses prestations, même lorsque nous sommes au téléphone ou à la sieste, allant parfois jusqu’à nous toucher les pieds pour attirer notre attention. À la longue, c’est vraiment très fatigant. Nous avons également eu une serviette de plage volée sur notre terrasse le jeudi. Malgré nos demandes à la réception et la présence de caméras, le problème n’a été réglé que le dimanche matin, après plusieurs jours et avec une attitude très désagréable de la réception. Nous avons finalement eu gain de cause. La gestion des serviettes est d’ailleurs peu pratique : elles doivent être rendues le soir et récupérées le matin, avec un service ouvert seulement de 9h à 19h.

Több gyönyörű tengerpartja van, köztük élő korall zátony, elsüllyedt hajóval, ahol izgalmas búvárkodni. Ezenkívül több medence, élőzene, esti buli. És nagyon sok kiegészítő programlehetőség van, mint hajókázás, szafari túra stb. A szállodán belül vannak boltok is.

L’endroit est incroyable. Les espaces les équipements, même les repas, ah le fait de pouvoir réserver un resto dans la tranquillité compris dans le all inclusive c’est vraiment la classe, en plus les repas étaient vraiment très bons et variés, et la plage privée de l’hôtel est tellement belle !

Les cocktails étaient trop sucrées, et les équipements un peu vieillis, après je me dit que sa vas avec le pays, ah les activités sont un peu simples mais y’avait des très bons moments aussi,

Das Essen war schrecklich. minderwertige Qualität. Ich hatte die beste Zimmerkategorie und war davon wirklich enttäuscht.

Die Lage am Wasser. Die Deutsche Reiseleitung war immer zu Hilfe.

Ce que je n’ai pas aimé, c’est la nourriture, ainsi que le fait que les femmes soient beaucoup regardées par le personnel.

Moja úprimná recenzia: Tento hotel je blízko letiska, takže je to výhoda, len kúsok od mesta, ale zároveň krásne more na šnorchlovanie. Pre plavcov krásna zátoka. Avšak v hotely bolo viac ľudí ako miesta, veľké rady v reštaurácií (vyše 1 hodiny na obede), bitky o lehátka pri pláži. Po 8:00 ste voľné ležadlo nedostali. Personál (až na výnimky) bol arogantný a nie veľmi nápomocný. Ak ste im dali odmenu, úplne iný prístup. Izby boli krásne, zmodernizované, čisté, žiadny hmyz. Resort je obrovský a hlučný do 23:00. Izby majú veľmi tenké steny takže nás obťažovali hlučný susedia. Jedlo v reštaurácií bolo veľmi chutné, ale výber bol menší- pre nás dostačujúce na 7 dní. Hotel je prevažne ruský. A kedže niesme rusi tak k nám aj pristupovali, ako keby sme niečo menej-to ma mrzí. Nevrátila by som sa sem, ale napriek tomu cena zodpovedá kvalite a ak nieste náročný neváhajte hotel rezervovať. Pred pobytom som si prečítala recenzie, takže ja som vedela čo ma čaká. :) mám precestované veľa a ak mám hodnotiť Egypt toto je môj najslabší pobyt, ale najkrajšie izby

Everything was excellent, especially the outstanding service provided by Mrs. Shaimaa at the reception and Mrs. Shorouk from Guest Relations. Both were very helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay

The staff were all fantastic and polite and funny too.

The food was below average often Luke warm. The main dining area was unorganized and felt like a canteen. The reception was chaotic with no layout for queuing which causes frustration.

Trop de monde

La nourriture était bonne et nous avons bien mangé. Le personnel de la restauration ainsi que celui du ménage était très gentil, accueillant et serviable.

Malheureusement, plusieurs points ont rendu notre séjour moins agréable. Tout d’abord, l’emplacement de notre chambre était beaucoup trop éloigné de la réception. Lorsque nous appelions pour demander des informations ou pour signaler un besoin dans la chambre, le personnel ne se déplaçait pas… La connexion Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas pendant la majeure partie de notre séjour et n’a été rétablie que deux jours avant notre départ. Les cartes d’accès aux chambres ne fonctionnaient pas correctement non plus, ce qui nous obligeait à faire de nombreux allers-retours entre la chambre et la réception, ce qui était très fatigant. De plus, les taxis n’entre pas suffisamment près de l’hôtel, ce qui nous obligeait à marcher plus de dix minutes pour rejoindre notre chambre, ce qui était particulièrement difficile et inconfortable. Enfin, nous avons parfois eu le sentiment que le personnel de la réception ne prenait pas suffisamment en compte nos demandes et nos problèmes. Certaines demandes sont restées sans réponse ou n’ont pas été traitées correctement, et le personnel ne souhaitait pas toujours se déplacer jusqu’à notre chambre pour nous aider. Dans l’ensemble, ces différents problèmes ont malheureusement eu un impact négatif sur notre expérience et mériteraient d’être améliorés afin de rendre le séjour des clients plus agréable.

In general we had a very nice stay there. Receptionists were professional and helpful, Ahmed Adel from the house keeping was so helpful and friendly. The kids loved the aqua, pool and beach, Egyptian restaurant was exceptional! Location is brilliant! World cup atmosphere upstairs with drinks on site was fantastic! My kid had a nice camel ride there.

The bar boys on the beach need to be trained to be more professional and prompt specially during the rush hours and hot weather. The evening show and fish restaurant could be improved.

El hotel es lindo, muy turístico hacen shows en la noche con bailes y música, la piscina natural es hermoso y siempre están los salvavidas al tanto de toda la gente, tuve un pequeño incidente y me atendieron muy rápido

The hotel was beautifully located on the sea, clean, attractive rooms, beautiful outdoor setting great friendly staff.

The food was just average given the look of the hotel. It might make sense to try to upgrade the food just a bit. Everything was OK, but nothing was really special. Another thing is they should try to clean the outdoor hallways and floors not during the day or evening because they become very slippery and people can fall rather they should be done 6 AM or 12 midnight

Tout était parfait ! L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible. La mer est incroyablement chaude, un vrai bonheur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et très propres, tout comme les salles de bain, impeccables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Le buffet est parfois un peu répétitif, mais il reste varié et chacun peut facilement y trouver quelque chose à son goût.

We had a great stay at Sunny Days El Palacio. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A big thank you to Ms. Shouk and Mr. Zohd, who made our stay even better. We arrived about 3 hours early, and they kindly helped us get our room as soon as possible. The lagoon is clean, calm, and perfect for snorkeling, with lots of fish to see. There are also deeper areas for swimming. We stayed with our child and found the hotel very family-friendly. Food options were great there were many choices and 5 restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would happily stay here again.

La diversité des activités était top ! Plein d’animation jour et nuit super bien avec des enfants

Pas d’ascenseur / fer à repasser payant / service ménage fait une fois tous les deux jours et encore / pas de lit double.

كانت إقامتنا في الفندق ممتعة جدًا، واستمتعنا بكل الخدمات المقدمة. الغرف كانت نظيفة ومريحة، وفريق العمل كان متعاونًا وودودًا، والخدمة بشكل عام كانت على مستوى جيد جدًا. كما أن فريق الأنيميشن كان رائعًا وقدم أنشطة وترفيهًا مميزًا طوال فترة الإقامة، مما أضفى أجواءً جميلة على الرحلة.

يحتاج زيادة تنوع الأصناف في الطعام حتى تناسب جميع الأذواق بشكل أكبر، بالإضافة إلى زيادة عدد أماكن الجلوس على الشاطئ وحول حمامات السباحة، خاصة في أوقات الذروة، حتى يتمكن جميع النزلاء من الجلوس

La vue sur la mer est magnifique, le lagon était vraiment beau, les animations était cool et pour les enfants c’est vraiment un super endroit, il y a plusieurs piscines et toboggan, le personnel était gentil

la nourriture est bonne mais le buffet a toujours les même choses à proposer, ce qui est cool c’est qu’il y a 5 restaurants gratuit donc ça change du buffet quand même, on est pas tombé malade, ils font très attention là dessus on a mangé des crudités des glaçons tout est safe

The staff was very bad people there are too mean one of the staff say bad words to my sister in law and this was a very weird We booked 2 triple rooms we faced that they does not has any triple.rooms available and they tried to.give us double room and add extra bed which makes the room to small for us we refused this and it takes almost 2 hours to get the rooms they offered better options but we splitted away from each other 3 different rooms 3 different buildings

الفندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع ومن حيث تعامل الموظفين اعجبني نظافه الشط. معامله الستاف ع البحر والريسبشن. الفندق نظيف الغرف محدثه ونظيفه وخدمات النظافه يوميا هذا امر ممتاز ستاف الشاطي ممتازين بالتعامل والخدمه. تشك ان سريع الغرف مطله على البحر.

قبل الحجز ع هذا الفندق قراءت تعليقات من نزلاء عن الطعام . وكان رد الفندق سوف يتم معالجه. وعندما ذهبت لم يتم معالجه الاكل ليس جيدا بدا الحم والدجاج والسمك مجمد غير طازج. قسم الحلويات والفواكهه لا يتغير طوال فتره الاقامه. يجب الانتباه لهذه النقطه لانها الحسم في الاقامه السائح يريد طعام جيد ومتنوع وليس مكرر وغير جيد رايت ملاحظه كل شخص مسول في هذا الفندق. ليس هنالك اداره حازمه في الرقابه خدمه الطلب بطيئه خدمات الغرف احيانا تطلب رقم الريسبشن 5 مرات لما يرد اللوبي مطفى الانوار. بعد العشاء. وكانه باهت. مقتصر الفندق ع باب واحد فقط والاخر مغلق السلم المودي الى الشاطي. ليس امن يحتاج لتغيير وبحاله الصدأ الفندق لا يوجد به عربات تنقل. وبعيده الغرف عن بعضها وعن للوبي. لا يصلح لكبار السن. الفندق بحاجه الى عربات تنقل المقيم او الحقائب الى الغرف او التنقل بحريه دون عنا التعب السائح يريد الراحه لا التعب والجهد كالفنادق الاخرى التي يوجد بها عربات المشروبات. العصائر عباره عن ماء وسكر. ارجو الانتباه لهذه النقطه نتمنى تحسين والنظر بالامور بجديه. ليرقى لمستوى السائح وليس فقط وعود هنالك نقص بمقاعد اللوبي ومقاعد البحر

It’s our second time at the hotel. The facilities were v. Nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food is great. Variety exists and the activities are plenty. One of the best places in Hurghada.

Amazing reef with plenty of fish and real sea rack.

Renovated rooms look old and degraded. Cleaning is usually done only on visible surfaces.

Très grand complexe hôtelier offrant une vue magnifique depuis les chambres, sur la mer et un superbe lagon. L'établissement dispose de nombreux équipements et d'infrastructures de qualité. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins. Idéalement situé, il se trouve à proximité de nombreuses boutiques. Les clients bénéficient également d'un accès à deux autres hôtels du complexe ainsi qu'à plusieurs restaurants, offrant un large choix pour se restaurer et profiter pleinement du séjour.

Malgré la taille importante de l’établissement, il reste parfois difficile de trouver des transats disponibles, aussi bien à la plage qu’au bord des piscines. Les chambres en rez-de-chaussée sont très belles et bénéficient d’un cadre agréable, mais leur emplacement peut être un inconvénient : elles sont situées dans des zones de passage, avec beaucoup de circulation à proximité. L’isolation phonique étant insuffisante, le bruit des autres vacanciers peut rapidement devenir gênant, notamment la nuit. Nous avons également ressenti une différence dans l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel, avec une clientèle parfois très bruyante et peu respectueuse des espaces communs, ce qui a rendu notre séjour moins reposant que prévu. Enfin, nous avons eu le sentiment que l’attention portée par certains membres du personnel pouvait varier selon les clients. Nous aurions apprécié bénéficier du même niveau de considération et de service, indépendamment des habitudes de consommation ou des pourboires laissés par chacun.

Non-professional treatment from Mr. Mahmoud (reception team), who made us wait long time for the rooms at check-in, although I told him that mom is an old lady who can't wait and already I made a pre request through booking for early check-in , which made nothing to concern about by Mr. Mahmoud !!!

Dommage que le dernier jour on a demandé de l’aide à un monsieur du personnel pour amener les valises devant la barrière il était tard avec un bébé il avait la camionnette de l’hôtel il a refusé. Très dommage.
