Reviewed Sep 10, 2026La posizione è ottimale, a poca distanza dalla stazione Lambrate (con relativa fermata della metro) e dal Politecnico. Ho trovato la camera spaziosa e alquanto pulita, dotata di ogni comfort. Il personale è gentilissimo. Una nota di merito alla zanzariera che permetteva di tenere la finestra aperta. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The room was spacious and clean. There were a lot of towels and the bathroom was spacious as well. The location was perfect for my needs because I was traveling for work to an institute close by, but it may not be the most convenient location for a tourist visiting the city center.
I was given a room on the ground floor, which ended up being quite dark. There were large windows, but they overlooked a courtyard shared with other guests, so I needed to keep the heavy curtains closed most of the time for privacy. Paradoxically, the curtains did not block the light well at night: they did not close properly at the sides, and a beam of light from the reception area shone directly onto the pillow, which was quite inconvenient for sleeping. The mattress was also very soft and uncomfortable for me, although of course this may simply be a matter of personal preference.

Quite far from the things to do, the paying taxes part was confusing if you didn’t have cash and the button to leave the property didn’t work. We got the first room in the house so it can get loud with people going in a out.

The area of the hotel wasn’t very desirable. Very dirty, lots of rubbish and a lot of locals hanging around which my 15yr old found very intimidating, making our stay rather stressful & having to be back inside before dark.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Quarto limpo. Tem cozinha comunitária - mas não utilizei, por isso não posso comentar da sua eficiência. A entrada no apartamento foi fácil, através de códigos e fotos - foi bem explicado. Perto do quarto existe cafés, restaurantes e supermercado Continente.
O quarto fica distante do centro de Milão e a cerca 15 minutos da estação de metro. Existe um certo ruido a noite das maquinas do ar condicionado. Não tem luz de apoio dos candieiros.

Nota di merito per lo staff: la signora che ci ha seguito per il check-in e il check-out è stata estremamente disponibile. Prima del nostro arrivo ci ha fornito tutte le istruzioni dettagliate (è bastato seguirle, pagare la tassa di soggiorno e ritirare le chiavi, per poi riconsegnarle alla partenza). Al momento del check-out si è anche premurata di chiederci se fosse andato tutto bene e se fossimo state comode. Consiglio assolutamente!

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026L’estetica mi è piaciuta molto e il comfort. Soprattutto la suddivisione del bagno in due vani, uno con wc e bidet e l’altro con la doccia e il lavandino. Il materasso molto comodo e due cuscini di diversa composizione per soddisfare più esigenze. Il tutto molto gradevole e comodo.
Unico neo (che però non ha inficiato la mia valutazione ) la mancanza di qualche gancio nel bagno da appendere gli asciugamani.

L'affaccio su una stradina (seppur interna al complesso di case) riduce un po' la privacy, costringendo a tenere le tende chiuse e limitando la luce naturale, ma per le mie esigenze – rientrando solo la sera – non è stato un problema.

The location is quite close to the nearest metro station that takes you directly to the city center without needing to change the train. The host was very communicative and helpful and I could leave my baggage at the reception before and after my stay, which was very helpful.
The plants on the rooftop were a bit wilted, so they could use some extra watering from time to time 😅.

We had a standard double room booked, which said that we had a terrace included, but there wasn’t one. After asking the property multiple times about the issue they said that “the property comes with a terrace, not the room”, after threatening with a bad review, they have offered a room upgrade which had TWO terraces (being a double room again). Very innacurate description of the rooms, the photos from booking don’t correspond to the real property.

The room description mentioned ironing facilities, but I could not find them during my stay. It would be helpful to provide more information about where they are located.

Sicuramente andrebbero usate tende posizionate più in basso o soluzioni simili per far filtrare la luce. In più, al 3 di giugno, in tutta la stanza non era presente una coperta: ho dovuto accendere un po' i riscaldamenti. Pazzesco!

Reviewed May 26, 2026Camera dotata di ogni comfort (bollitore, macchina del caffè, frigorifero, tv, set di cortesia e qualche snack, oltre che due bottiglie di acqua). Letto molto comodo e bagno spazioso. Struttura abbastanza tranquilla e nessun rumore molesto veniva dall’esterno.
Non ho gradito che si chiedesse alla clientela di non utilizzare la cucina in comune. In secondo luogo, ho trovato molto scorretto da parte dello staff che abbiano proceduto alla cancellazione immediata della prenotazione (senza peraltro comunicarmi nulla in merito) dopo qualche tentativo di addebito non andato a buon fine. La carta di credito stava semplicemente bloccando operazioni che non riconosceva e invece di vedermi la prenotazione cancellata a distanza di un giorno dal mio viaggio, avrei preferito ricevere una telefonata che mi avvertisse del disguido. Avrei sistemato tutto immediatamente.

Der Kontakt zum Hotel über WhatsApp war zunächst etwas schwierig, insgesamt war das aber kein Problem.
