The worst breakfast experience I have ever had in any B&B or hotel. Each evening, a paper bag containing stale, prepackaged pastries was left for us. The quality was so poor that we had to go out for breakfast every morning. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable—soft and sunken in the middle. The mattress cover was stained and had an unpleasant smell. We were also required to pay the city tax in cash, but were not provided with a receipt.

The location is perfect for exploring Sorrento! The unit was clean and perfectly appointed. The breakfast every morning was so thoughtful but honestly too much food! Salvatore was so sweet and helped with several arrangements and very quick to respond, even letting us check in early! I’ll be back!!

Posizione eccezionale in pieno centro dove qualsiasi servizio si può raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti. Salvatore é stato sempre super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione ci sarebbe piaciuto assaggiare prodotti tipici della zona.

O hotel tem uma localização perfeita. O quarto é muito bom. Tem uma pequena varanda, Wi-Fi bom, ar condicionado e bem amplo.

Alles! Lage ist sehr zentral. Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr altmodisch luxuriös eingerichtet. Die Zimmer überschaubar aber vollkommen ausreichend!

El lugar es hermoso, una casa Italiana con piezas modernas y un espacio común muy cómodo. El anfitrión muy dispuesto para ayudar y de buen carácter. Todo limpio y con desayuno rico. La ubicación perfecta. Recomiendo 100%

La ubicación es lo mejor.

Estuve en un Hostel por 4 días, quería pasar al menos 1 noche más cómodo y mejor ubicado, por eso fui al Hotel Maison, me encontré con que el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó bien, lo reclamé pero me dijeron que el aire así estaba bien y estoy seguro que el aire funcionaba mal, así que la conclusión fue que dormí peor que en un cuarto de Hostel con 20 personas, eso para el tipo de alojamiento y precio, de ninguna manera es aceptable.

Tökéletes helyen van. Gyönyörű szobák vannak, a személyzet nagyon szimpatikus és barátságos.

The breakfast was not good- they should never have advertised Breakfast Included in our room rate. It was a croissant in a plastic wrapping (not fresh) with not much else! Very disappointing!

Great location, close to tour start points and an easy walk to the waterfront. Lovely and spacious, not your typical hotel.

The breakfast wasn’t for us but it was still perfectly fine.

This was a great place! The location perfect in Sorrento. The room was airconditioned which was awesome. It has beautiful artwork along the walls which just makes it so cool. Salvatore was so very helpful. I was able to store my luggage both before and after checkout times so I could continue to explore the area and not drag it around. Also, there was a mud slide in Positano, so I was having to find another place to stay for three nights. Unfortunately, this one was booked, but Salvatore kept me posted on the Positano situation and was just so helpful overall, I truly appreciated it.

Il posto incantevole, molto pulito, lo staff in particolare “ Salvatore “ è stato davvero disponibile e molto preciso in tutto! Quando torno a Sorrento tornerò da loro, perché sono davvero gentili e la stanza e tutto il resto della struttura erano perfetti, il voto massimo è 10, ma io do 100!!

The place was beautiful, and the location was great! It is right at the San Antonio Plaza. Were able to walk everywhere, and take excursions from within walking distance. Close to large selection of restaurants and shops. They made reservation for our transportation to our next stop, which worked out very nicely.

It was advertised as including breakfast - our little refrigerator had yogurt, water, and a couple of juices; and coffee pot; Everything used was replaced every day. Every evening a gift bag with snacks was left for each of the rooms. Not my kind of breakfast, but enough to get you going. The bed mattress was very firm,.

This hotel was fantastic, Salvatore was very communicative and helpful, especially with arranging a private transfer. The location could not be more perfect, central for everything in Sorrento. Great sized rooms, very clean, and great facilities such as a fridge in the room. Cannot recommend this place enough.

The only very small fussy point is the shower water pressure was not great, I think the shower head needs unclogging as some of the holes are just dripping. But there was a powerful hand held shower which helped for washing hair so it didn't cause a big problem.

What a Wonderful B&B! It was very clean, the room was spacious with all the comforts. Salvatore was the Best host! Maison D'Art is situated in the heart of Sorrento, with easy access to restaurants and shops, as well as the Marina Grande. The beautiful interior of the B&B, as well as the balconies facing the main square and the busy shopping street of Sorrento made my stay even better. I highly recommend it!!

La habitación muy amplia, linda, muy completa y todo muy limpio. La ubicación es perfecta, de verdad nos gustó mucho! Volveríamos sin duda!

Fint hotell midt i smørøyet! Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme med det man måtte trenge.

Sengen var ekstrem hard og hodeputene var en liten vits. Det var også mugg flere steder i dusjen bla.

O hotel é charmoso e na corso Itália no centro histórico da cidade e tem estacionamento público pago próximo. As instalações, funcionários são excelentes. O café da manhã é um bag com alguns produtos dentro. Minha empresa AZ OnRoad organiza viagens premium de moto e ficamos nele. Recomendo!!

O café da manhã vem na saco de papel com alguns produtos dentro. O café vc mesmo faz na cafeteria elétrica do quarto. Penso que isso pode ser melhorado para um café da manhã mais farto e mais "caprichado" aos hóspedes.

The best thing is the location; it's right in the centre at the main square, no hills, steps, etc to get to the property, so in that sense it's perfect. It's a quick walk down to the port, etc – all the best shops, bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. (Also, being on the main square, it's also very quiet, no noise from outside – though I had an interior facing room). The staff were very friendly, I met 2 of them, and were in contact in the days before via Whatsapp to organise how to get there, check-in, etc. The room was good, I booked the economy room, as all others were booked, so I wasn't expecting much; but it was perfect, a good size, newly refurbished, with a brand new bathroom. It had good lighting and a wardrobe. The bathroom was stocked well with many toiletries. It had a large shower space.

The only slight complaint I had (taking into account this was an economy room) was the bed; the mattress was very old / soft, that had a crevice in the middle that you roll into, and the bedding wasn't so nice (not a duvet, just a sheet and an oversheet). Again, it was an economy room; so I wasn't expecting much – there was no view, the window is totally interior, so it's hard to tell what the weather was like, you only find out when you go to reception and see out onto the main square.

La colazione è assolutamente inadeguata. Un sacchettino di poche cose confezionate. Sarebbe più corretto dire che non c'è colazione, che il soggiorno sarebbe ugualmente apprezzato.

Läge, läge. Modernt, rent, stort badrum. Vi valde ett rum med balkong. Därnere är balkonger ofta bara cirka en halv meter djupa så det gick förstås inte att sitta på balkongen som vi hade tänkt oss.

Vi bokade rummet redan ett halvt år tidigare och läste då i recensioner om den utmärkta frukosten som serveras på boendet. Nuförtiden är det en frukostpåse man får till rummet innehållande inplastad croissant och lite annat med marmelad och nutella samt yoghurt och sugrörsjuice i kylen. Vi var besvikna. Vi saknade en andra stol och ett litet bord i rummet (med tanke på frukosten) och ett bagageställ.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en la calle principal del pueblo. La habitación muy bonita, todo muy actual. Y el personal muy atento. Todo perfecto. Si algun día vuelvo a Sorrento, repetiré alojamiento sin duda.

Por decir algo, la almohada y la cama no eran muy comodas, pero estaban bien!

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the square and the room was spacious and clean overlooking the hustle and bustle of the centre. Salvatore was very accommodating and provided loads of really helpful knowledge and information which enhanced our stay. The B&B also has a lovely lounge area where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or a glass of something stronger!! It felt very secure too. The lady who cleaned was also very pleasant.

The small gripe I have was the breakfast which we found a little disappointing as there wasn’t any “fresh” options. The breakfast was left out in a bag the night before and we had the same contents for 6 days which got too samey - if you don’t have a sweet tooth, the breakfast isn’t for you!! it would have been great to have some “fresh” options available or maybe somewhere where we could even make toast or maybe prepare some fresh fruit etc

Çok merkezi bir konumda. Binanın 2. katında yer alan 4-5 odalı bir tesis. Temiz. Güler yüzlü Salvatore, konaklama öncesi ve sırasında pek çok konuda detaylı bilgi verdi ve çok yardımcı oldu. Kendisi harika evsahipliği yaptı. Her türlü sorunu çözen biri ve önerileri gerçekten çok iyiydi.

Odanın konumu itibariyle tüm gece kesilmeyen bir fan sesi mevcuttu.

Samotná lokalita ubytovania je perfektná, kúsok od vlakovej, autobusovej stabice či prístavu. Samotné izby boli priestranné, dobre vybavené, čisté. Raňajky boli typické talianske, sladké pečivo, kroasanty, jogurty, káva, čaj. Personál bpl veľmi ústretoví a milí. Na konci ubytovanie sme si mohli nechať veci na ubytovaní a ešte spoznávať meste, kedže sme leteli až večer.

A very nice accommodation in a super location. Based on the 2d floor of a maintained old building, new furniture and a fully renovated large room, very clean. The staff is so nice and helpful! The host recommended us a list of different type of restaurants! The best was that they booked a car parking for us with a shuttle service! I warmly recommend it!

A bit of sewer smell but it disappered when we switched on the ventilator in the bathroom.
