Easy check-in. Staff super helpful and friendly. Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Breakfast had lots of options and there were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

During my initial check-in, I realized my assigned room was adjacent to the elevator and immediately went to request a change. The front desk attendant grumbled that I hadn't specified my preference against elevator‑side rooms beforehand. However, I wonder who would appreciate a room with constant noise. Had it not been for the convenient location, I would not choose to return for another stay.

The room and the breakfast were fine.

It's a shame so many disposable items need to be used as this isn't sustainable. The food could be a higher quality. The pool could use an upgrade.

The room I stayed in needs a good thorough clean (walls, curtains which had what looked like blood on them- for example). Could use bath sheets (larger than regular towels) and the bathroom sinks are too high for a shorter person such as myself.

Noisy hotel. 1. Toilet runs. Maintenance man came up and changed flapper. It didn't fix it. 2. Room was right above front entrance and every time the automatic electronic doors opened and closed, it sounded like distant thunder rumbling in our room. 3. A lot of hallway and room to room noise transference. 4. Breakfast was very poor IMO.

Front desk lady very helpful, wife was sick during overnight stay and front desk clerk gave us a 2 hour late checkout to give wife extra time to recover.

My door deadbolt never worked. It only locked if the door was open. We didn’t feel very secure for 2 girls by themselves.

Pillows are all too soft...making a good sleep difficult. Pool was very...lacking. would be nice to have a hottub to relax in.

I loved the cleanliness of the entire place ,I enjoyed a bagel with coffee ,im not much of a breakfast person Our family enjoy's more of a noonish brunch.the room was neat and tidy ,well stocked ,the bathroom was very roomy ,and the room ,was roomy enough for two people .I think 2 chairs would have been more sufficient ,and the bed was a littel noisy when we tossed around.However we enjoy the convince of the hotel to the wedding venue. All staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

After checking the bedding in our first room there was a stain on the mattress pad and some long black hair. We switched rooms and there was more long black hair. We got new sheets, changed the bed ourselves but stayed on the main floor not realizing the staff Mtce rooms were beside us and it was very noisy from about 6 am on. Probably will not stay again unless we have no other choice.

I had to pay $75 for my pet. You don’t provide a green space or anything but cement and wood chips. The door in bathroom would not stay open, my husband got several bleeding cuts from it. The shower would not work properly. Could only get shower thing to come up half way. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns, this was by far the worst.

The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options, and the hot drinks were a wonderful touch to start the day. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. I also really appreciated the free amenities, especially the gym and pool, which added so much value to the stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, an excellent stay—I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The only thing is that i booked a king room with sofa but i got 2 queen bed instead (not a big deal and didnt bother changing it as it was just short stay ) but would be nice to have gotten what i book or know that its being switched to a different one.

The bathroom was very nice and the shower was wonderful! The beds were comfortable and the comforter was very cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful when I had any questions. The thermostat was on the wall, first hotel I’ve stayed in where I’ve had that! The price was good and the area was nice and walkable! The breakfast was delicious, the omletes were absolute gas and the sausage links and potatoes also were incredible. 100/10 would absolutely stay here again

Front desk staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Breakfast was well stocked and clean. The room was well layed out and clean.

Unfortunately our room was located right above entrance and everytime they opened it was quite loud in the room.

The lobby had free coffee and tea along with welcome cookies. Home touches! The breakfast had variety and staff was friendly.

We got there an hour before breakfast ended and met nothing much but no one told us there was still going to be a refill until later when we saw other guests that came in after us getting breakfast.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance of good resturants. The bed was very confortable and breakfast was excellent, changed every day so not the same old muffins and banana continental style.

I was on the second floor and although it would be impossible to change, a set of stirs to the main floor by the elevator would be nice, as I felt we could have used them instead and leave the elevator for the guests on the higher floors.

Property was clean and presentable. The breakfast was nice with different selections. The time for breakfast was convenient as well allowing time to sleep in and still come down for food. We enjoyed that the pool was not deep and was a one level pool making it easier for my young kids to reach the bottom of the pool. We liked the rooms, the bathroom was very roomy with a nice vanity to get ready in the morning. (Suggestion would be to have a stool for young kids to brush their teeth) Didn’t get to enjoy the workout facilities but it had pretty well everything you need for a great workout. Highly enjoyed and will return soon

Loved that there were additional items available in bathroom like makeup remover wipe and face wash. Also one of the only hotels where there were enough towels for my family of 4. I usually have to call for more. The room service was also great. Called for more coffee and was there super fast. Loved the size of the bathroom.

Very limited breakfast items. Didn't enjoy the plastic cutlery with breakfast. The tv only had very limited satellite channels. I would have preferred a smart tv where I could log into my Netflix or YouTube as I do not have interest in sports and news channels. Extremely soft pillows. The bath needed replacement. Was very squeaky when standing in it and showering.
