pools need to be updates water is cold jet thub is warm & flooring are peeling

Nice clean room.

Shower arm not moveable so harder to clean properly. Also the breakfast area was packed , no where to sit, no food to eat, not even the basics. Only one person working on holiday Monday for a sold out hotel, unacceptable.

We stay at Home Inn on all our travels when possible. This visit in Saskatoon had some issues others did not. Our room on arrival was missing items (bathroom particularly) that I had to go down to the front desk to get. The pool had no place to sit, only a few small chairs (around 6 or 7). Difficult for seniors not having a place to sit or place items.

Room was pretty clean! Didn’t use the pool but it looked pretty inviting! Location was ideal! Very close to popular restaurants!

Breakfast was served until 10am! We went down at 9:30 hoping to avoid the crowd! We found 6 people waiting in line for staff to refill the hot food containers! Grabbed a juice and ate out!

Just felt like the room wasn’t clean … the carpet needed a good vacuuming and the baseboards need to be wiped.

The beds were amazing. And we had pillow choices. Always a plus for seniors especially. Hot breakfast was ok.

The breakfast was very dry. Overcooked. It might have been palatable with hot sauce. You know it's not great when your spouse puts jam on his egg omelet. Lol

Good clean hotel. Plusses: great beds and good breakfast. Minuses: no HDTV in the suites, and the night desk clerk parked in a handicap spot when these were at a premium.

The room had holes in the walls and large holes/tears in the carpet. The walls were filthy, brown smears, coloring and unknown goop smeared on them. The dresser drawer would not close and remained open which was an obstruction to walking to the beds. The whole place is disgusting. The towels were stained and no facecloths. We received cut up face cloths to use as rags. The stairwell hasn't been cleaned in ages, there was ground in food, mud, visible mouse traps and stunk. I can't believe their franchise would even allow this place to be in such disrepair. It had snowed and the sidewalks were not shoveled.

Water slide and breakfast were great.

The “sprinkler” feature at the pool was broken. Our room shared a wall with the pool area. We were visiting with young kids and the noise level from the pool until 10pm made sleep very difficult.

Very run down hotel with an extremely rude front desk staff. Long story short, my reservation was confirmed that day twice over the phone with a Kind lady. When I got there late in the evening the front desk male was so rude, gaslighting me telling me I had no reservation for one of the nights and I couldn’t have spoken with a lady that works the front desk as no lady worked there that day. I have never been spoken to so poorly, only to eventually prove I did have a reservation on the night in question and to receive no apology again and blamed for the mistake. The rooms are tired and lack upkeep. Dirty walls, dirty grout, banged up paint, dirty carpet. The heat didn’t work well in the room. Awful loud noises coming periodically from the walls. Only positive was the ladies who work the front desk the following day were kind and the beds were comfortable. Some of the guests were very questionable as well, yelling obscenities at my daughter and I in the hall, we really did not feel safe. There are so many great hotel options in Saskatoon. This would be at the bottom of my list to stay. Which is sad because years ago we used to seek out home inn and suits to stay at.

Staff was amazing!

I stayed in two different rooms over two days. This was a booking mistake on my part. One room had some drips down the wall by the washroom light that I swear were there the las time I was here, and no grabage can in the room. Room 202 Then in room 212 the window doesn't close anymore. Very strange. There was a rubber seal preventing that from closing by instead it was just ignored. Also no mouth wash in 212 but there was mouth was in 202. Hot tub area has a vent on the wall that looks like something out of a horror movie. Couldn't find the luggage cart on checkout morning because staff was using it for pool cleaning supplies.

The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were very stiff and chemical smelling.

There was children who were banging on my hotel door at ungodly hours of the night whilst my infant was trying to sleep cause me quite literally a terrible night with a fussy and frightened baby

Booked here for a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We ended up leaving early as she wasn't feeling well (and leaving early was a blessing). The pros: The family suite (their themed suite) was large and a good design for families. Our kids loved the idea of bunk beds. The water slide was fun. The check in staff were friendly. Our room seemed reasonably clean (especially after reading other reviews). The cons: The first impression we had was the front lobby chairs - which all had holes in the seats. In our room, we pulled our a washcloth and it was frayed and full of holes. Our daughter complained she didn't feel safe on the bunk beds, as they were a little wobbly. The very small pool area was extremely crowded (and not even a holiday), with about 20-30 people crammed in. One ladder to the pool was roped off, as it was broken. The floors are painful to walk on. The stairs for the water slide are rusted and a little gross. The hot tub is extremely hot, but the water is murky and the jets barely function (despite what buttons/knobs you try).

very noisy - plumbing doesn’t seem to be insulated/soundproofed so every time the room above ran water or flushed the toilet it sounded like a waterfall was coming through our room. also, we were on the main floor by an exit - a very high traffic area therefore noisy day and night. would only stay there again if i could be guaranteed a room on the top floor. also, when we went for breakfast they were out of eggs - cooked and hard boiled so we ended up going out to eat. not the end of the world but one of the amenities we selected this hotel for was the breakfast included.

We had a great weekend here! Comfortable beds, a clean room and quiet surroundings. Plus, it’s nice to have coffee shops and restaurants near by.

Was close to everything, enjoyed the area . Just that the other guests were kind of loud but clamed down at 11 will stay again.

Bathroom was not cleaned. Black hairs on tub walls and on shampoo bottles. Glass was dirty from kitchenette

The amenities around the hotel were good. The cleanliness of the room was good but the hallways were not clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. I can’t comment on the gym as we didn’t use it.

Housekeeping every other day is good. Room is clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff is curtious and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable. We like the idea of the little basket of old rags to wipe up spills instead of using the bathroom towels. Check in and check out was easy and smooth. Overall a nice place to stay.

Everything about this hotel was great and would have given 5 star but for lack of a towel bar in bathroom for wet towels and no grab bars in or around tub/shower area which felt very unsafe. It appears bathroom recently renovated so possibly not finished yet? Shared this with staff on checkout and they were receptive to the feedback.

Stayed 2 nights and rooms were fine. Nice big kitchen. Bathroom didn’t have hooks on the door to hang anything. Breakfast options were average.

Foul smell through facility and in room. TV remote was malfunctioning.

Actually stayed 2 nights. Needed a room with a freezer in the fridge so had upgraded room on same floor for 2nd night. Busy hotel, in a good location for our needs.

Nice and quiet rooms. Very clean. All the staff I interacted with were just excellent. Great breakfast buffet. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice staff, decent facilities but had a bit of a tired feeling- hotel towels and linens could use an update as everything felt worn and very well used.

A very nice place to stay.

The property was fine however housekeeping and the front desk were not very attentive. After checking in several used towels were discovered around the room. Front desk was notified of the issue. It took 2 days for them to remove the items and replace.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Pillows weren’t very comfortable but that is probably just me. Air conditioner kept going in to fault. A bit inconvenient to have to continue to unplug and plug back in.

Really nice hotel. I only wish regular check in could be earlier.

Clean quiet and exceptional staff

Great location for most all needs or wants. We went for the spa, water slide, and hot tub as well. Breakfast was pretty good for complimentary.
