Reviewed Aug 25, 2026I really liked this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with a nice sofa and thoughtful little details that make the space feel pleasant and welcoming. The bed was probably my favorite part — a really comfortable mattress, great pillows, and very good-quality bed linen. You can actually relax and get a proper rest there, which was exactly what I needed. Everything was very clean, and the pool was also lovely, clean, and comfortable to spend time around. The location worked perfectly for me personally, as I was visiting the island for business and already know the area well. Overall, I think this hotel offers excellent value for the price. It feels comfortable, cozy, and almost like a home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay.
I wouldn’t say there was anything we particularly disliked, but I would like to share a few small suggestions that could make the stay even more convenient and comfortable for guests. Since there is a microwave in the room, it would be very helpful to have at least a couple of plates available. Otherwise, if guests want to heat up some food, there is literally nothing to put it on. We have stayed at the hotel twice, and both times we had an issue with the kettle leaking. It might be worth checking the kettles in the rooms to make sure they are all in good working condition. One more small operational detail: when a room is booked for three guests, it would be great if the supplies were automatically adjusted accordingly — for example, three bottles of water, three sets of towels, and enough soap and shower gel for three people. These are very small things, but they make the experience feel even more thoughtful and comfortable. That said, we really like this hotel, and these suggestions do not change our overall impression at all. We stay here whenever we come to Phuket, and for me personally, I don’t even look for another hotel anymore. The value for money is excellent, and the hotel suits us extremely well.

My room is cleaned everyday, that was good but when i first come to hotel, there are some dust inside the drawer of my wardrobe and upside the one of the furniture.(the furniture that includes the fridge and microwave). Except for these, everything were good.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026The breakfast facility is provided by the cafe and bakeery adjoining the hotel. It is not included within the booked room price. The choices of breakfast are very good, from a reasonably priced menu. Breakfasts are evening meals are delivered by staff from the cafe to your hotel room The hotel and cafe staff were lovely, and the reception staff great, considerate and helpful, on my first visit to Thailand. The pool area was well kept, clean and a great place to swim and relax.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Very good value for money, very clean, lovely staff, clean and comfortable beds with decent mattresses. Tv is great, Pool is nice, gym is good. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone. The only problems were breakfast is extremely bad, the food was stone cold, bad quality and limited selection. Wouldn’t advise paying for the breakfasts. But if you go to the cafe or restaurant during the day and buy additional food, it’s very good. The only other irritating thing was noise. For some reason we get woken up around 4am/5am every single night by loud noises, people slamming doors and furniture being move. Furniture always seems to be being moved during the night which is annoying and bizarre. Other than this, we love the hotel. I have also made friends with the cat that comes in and out and have named him Ben
Noises at night from staff and other customers. Very bad breakfast!

A bit far from the beach but can be solved by Grab, Bolt n Indrive. Nothing much around except 7 11 and a huge Super Cheap supermarket nearby both about 5 minutes walk. Food wise, a couple of local places nearby. Otherwise Grab food. If you like a quiet place this is it. Stay for 1 month.

They didn’t really enforce their no smoking rules both for weed and normal cigarette smoking. Not good for kids since it came through the air conditioning.

Small service requests were difficult: 3 days to get an iron. When the coffee machine didn’t work, no free coffee from the integrated coffee shop. When asking for 1 hour late checkout after 7 nights, I got after discussion 30 minutes agreed.

The wifi was slow, especially for streaming. Breakfast was inexpensive, but quite limited in choice.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Spacious rooms , full king size bed with pillow top , very comfortable. First time we have had a sound sleep in over 6 weeks of travel in south east Asia. Hotel is very clean with a very good breakfast with nice fruit for 150 baht. The location could be better but you get what you pay for. A beach location is 2 to 3 times the cost. There is a huge supermarket with. Street food market in front. The roasted chicken is amazing. 2 to 300 baht taxi rider to old Phuket town with Grab or inDrive apps. We consider the stay to be of good value in a very well run hotel and the lovely pool are is a plus.
Washroom mold but they sent someone to clean. Not perfect but better.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Spacious rooms including bathroom. Reception is bright, well-ventilated and welcoming. Breakfast is simple but fresh with staff on hand to make coffee to request. Bed is massive. Room turnover is quick and efficient. Pool is small but lovely leisure area.
The air conditioning was self-regulating, on a few occasions, we woke up to a hot room due to the AC turning itself off.
