Very clean, bed was comfy.

Whilst there was a fridge and a microwave, there was nothing else at all. No cups or kettle even to make a hot drink.

Very run down, no way would my wife ever want to sleep there.

It was just what I needed, a clean room with a bed, as well as a fridge and microwave, for the night. No complaints. The property is well kept with pretty flowers and the sunset was lovely while I ate at one of the picnic tables.

Please include more than one towel. Even though it was clean I'd rip out the carpet to help get rid of the slight damp, musty smell (it's an old motel) and replace it with hard flooring. It would go a long way, and be easier to clean.

I was awoken at 2am by ither occupants, at 2:23 they attempted to ebter my room. There was exposed wiring beside the sink, the room smelled strongly if chlorine, the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, i was never given the login information for the wifi.

Room smelt, cigarette hole in comforter, hole in bedroom floor where plumbing from washroom ran down and met the wall.

The location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes outside of town. The motel was situated on top of a hill surrounded by trees and grassy hills. There was an outdoor pool that was clean and refreshing on a hot summer day. There is no seating around the pool and no towels provided so be prepared. The gentleman running the motel is extremely polite and accommodating. The shower had excellent pressure and the room was clean. All in all good value for your money.

We found the bed to be uncomfortable. It seemed to tilt towards the headboard. Moving the pillows to the foot of the bed and sleeping in that direction instead helped a bit for sleeping. Most of the rooms are unfortunately smoking. We booked a non smoking room, but our immediate neighbor was in a smoking room and it drifts in. We wanted to enjoy the breeze blowing over the hill but had to close the windows because there were too many smokers out front of our room. The motel rooms are very outdated, but completely functional.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The owner was willing to please.

There was only one bath towel in the room. Two guests were registered, was that not a clue that maybe, just maybe 2 towels should be in the bathroom?

Clean but dated. A/C worked well, bed was comfy. Shower pressure was very good, but tub could use traction (it was quite slippery). Only one light bulb per fixture (each had space for two), and no closet bar to hang anything on, but for the price, I would stay again.

Just needed a place to stay overnight and on our way the next morning. Convenient to the 401 but that was the only positive. One towel in bathroom and only a light bulb no fixture. Bathtub was grimy and floor dirty. Had a misty smell. Police outside twice through the night

The beds at least were comfortable, but the room was very musty and leaving the windows open for two days didn't help. The water never got hot. There is a pool out front, full of water, but not in use this year. Don't know why. It was okay for sleeping only, very depressing otherwise.

Extremely friendly and clean are remodelling so a few improvements are needed like a plug in the bathroom and a mirror in the main bedroom area. The place was spotless.

Cleanliness price and location. It was very quiet at night. Also had a working pool for so many places advertised now and don’t have.

Friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. Generally, the motel and the room seems well maintained. Everything in the room was in working condition.

The floor was not clean.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom has been completely redone. It could use an extra bed side table and a new lamp. They don't have an ice machine and unfortunately the pool wasn't open. But overall a good place to stay for the money.

The room was cool whenever returning to it. The great location on the outer edge of town. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were kind and accomodating. The bathroom was very clean. The price was what it needed to be.

The room smelt like a strong..cleaning product and whatever was in the air conditioner. Leaving the windows open at night helped dissippate the smell. The sink is not in the same room as the toilet.

I loved the hill top location and room next to the pool.

We searched for a motel in Woodstock, Ontario, on Booking.com, using the "Pet Friendly" filter. Westmount came up in that search and we booked for one night. I sent a message to them to confirm that pets were allowed and they said yes. The day before we were to stay there, Westmount wrote to say they didn't allow pets. I contacted Booking.com by phone (it took three attempts to speak to a person). He said his name was "Lester." He attempted to call Westmount, and when he called back he said no one answered. I have called Westmount; no answer. I have written to Westmount; no response. Because the motel informed us that pets weren't allowed less than a day before we were to stay there, we made arrangements elsewhere (not in Woodstock). Westmount OWES US THE TOTAL PRICE OF THAT ONE NIGHT'S STAY. Booking.com is EQUALLY CULPABLE because they listed this pathetic motel as "pet friendly." We have used Booking.com for years. NEVER AGAIN. Travelers, DO NOT stay at Westmount Motel and DO NOT use Booking.com. Otherwise, we had a pleasant trip across southern Ontario, which we've have been doing for decades.

My husband and I have stayed here a few times everybody that works. There is super pleasant and friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. The beds are comfy. The rooms are gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again.

Our room was very dirty my socks where black after a few hours .. shower absolutely disgusting covered in mold I don’t think it has ever been clean I slept in my clothes fully covered with no blankets only one towel had to ask for extra they gave us one no face cloths or hand towel… I will never be back

Found a dead bed bug

I was staying for one night. I checked in very late and checked out very early and was assured my check-in arrival time was not a problem and it wasn't. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the motel was very quiet so the cost and location were perfect. The room was missing a facecloth and hand towel but I made do with the shower towel. All in all, I was very happy with my stay. If you are looking for 5-star though, this is not the place. But if you want comfort and economy, book here
