The size and cleanliness. The location was quite and a nice walk into old town15 to 20 minutes with hills, where the crowds were. Great communication with host. Also the supermarket was 2 minutes walk away. Loved Quebec 🥰

The mattress in the front bedroom was uncomfortable until we turned it around then it was comfortable. A suggestion to put non slip Matt in shower.

Le loft est beau mais depuis ma dernière visite depuis un an il aurais besoin d’entretien !

La propreté des lieux n’étais pas au rendez-vous ( drain de douche bouché ) ! De plus pendant les 48h de notre séjour il y avais du vacarme provenant de l’édifice a coté jusqu’à 3h du matin impossible de dormir .

Waschmaschine war defekt, Host hat (bis heute) nicht auf Anfrage reagiert, wie damit umzugehen ist. Sauberkeit im Bad verbesserungswürdig, es gab Schimmel an der Badewanne, am Abfluss und in der Waschmaschine. Küche gut ausgestattet, aber kaum Verbrauchsmaterial vorhanden (zB keine Pods für die Waschmaschine).

Easy to access building, elevator, washer and dryer, well maintained and clean, spacious and comfortable.

The bedroom walls were paper thin and it was difficult to sleep if the occupants of one of the bedrooms were still up and about. Also, the bedroom next to the bathroom was a problem because of light and, if the curtain was drawn across the entry to keep out the light, it prevented cool air from reaching the bedroom.

Die Lage des Lofts ist echt super. Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Es war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war echt gut.

Very spacious and had everything one needs.

The air conditioning system was confusing and at times frustrating to handle. The info online didn’t match the brand in the apartment, so it was of no help. If I may suggest, the directions to the parking should be reviewed as the address wasn’t accurate. The GPS took us to a building in a street parallel to the actual parking entrance. Over the weekend nights people got loud, but luckily we could simply move to the back room.

Bien localisé, propre et tranquille. J’ai adoré mon séjour dans ce magnifique loft et je le recommande fortement.

space was good for 4 people , 2 adults and 2 children , JIna's cafe steps away, excellent for breakfasts, Metro grocery store around the corner. 3 other restaurants on the street. Location was close to train station but a hefty walk uphill to Chateau Frontenac area. TV was intermittenly working but when I called the contact , a maintenance person came immediately

no doors on bedrooms , just curtains, furniture was only adequately comfortable , location would be more suitable for adults.

The problem is the homeless all around in that part of the city. Walking close the apartment is not hyper safe

It's probably the most spacious accommodation we've ever stayed in during our travels. The interior was also nicely done, with some walls exposing the red bricks in a way that is not tacky. It's close to a supermarket and a large general store where we bought umbrellas because it was raining. The loft we booked faces a quiet backstreet, so we had no issue with noise. It's also within walking distance from the train station.

It's not exactly near Old Quebec, although walking there didn't take that long either (about 20 minutes uphill).

1) Very spacious apt, especially the bathroom, living room and kitchen; 2) kitchen had all the necessities (dishes, cutlery, towels, etc); 3) small laundry room where we were able to hang clothes to dry

1) there are no windows in the bedrooms; 2) the 2 night table lamps in one of the bedrooms didn't work. One was fixed that evening but the other wasn't (they didn't bring another lamp until 2 days later; 3) although there were enough bath towels, there were only 2 hand towels for 4 people for 4 days. When I asked for 2 more, it took 2 days before they brought them. They said they were busy because it was high season (they should still be prepared and provide appropriate service, even if it is high season).

Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und schick und dem Loftcharakter angemessen.

Das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster lediglich morgens ein wenig Licht durch einen längeren Gang zum Hauptraum. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit nur 2 Fenstern zur Nebenstraße deshalb insgesamt recht dunkel. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele Junkies.

Couldn't get into my room no reception and couldn't make a call to the number they provide :-( thought i would have to sleep in my car should have a phone in the entrance for international visitors just push a button to connect. Luck was on our side though a resident sorted it on his phone but lock was faulty. So had to give us a manual key very stressful after a long drive. Lovely apartment and modern but nothing to make a coffee even. very bare bones for such hi end accommodation. :-( . Last negative point was it was the capital for homeless people and although Quebec was beautiful in the centre which is 10 minute walk away this area put a downer on the whole visit as homeless people everywhere

No estoy acostumbrada al los nuevos procesos de recepción , es decir no hay una persona q te reciba solo por medio del intercomunicador , y el tema del código de envío para ingresar ,por el idioma para mí fue demasiado tedioso.

We received the code and info on getting into the apartment a day or two before we arrived. It all worked smoothly. The loft was spacious, very clean, and in a good location.

After a 4 hour walking tour and collecting our stored luggage and getting an Uber to the property, our room was not ready at 4:20 PM and we had to stand in the hallway for 5 to 10 minutes until the boys were done cleaning.

Air conditioning is poor so bedrooms are hot if hot outside. Tv did not work at all. When I called for support none was given and she promised email instructions that never came. Had to try a bunch of stuff and finally got it working myself

The apartment was clean, well-located, and overall a pleasant place to stay. It had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our time there.

The only downsides were that the bed was just average—not uncomfortable enough to ruin our stay, but not especially comfortable either. A few pieces of furniture were also showing their age and could use some repairs or replacement. With a little attention to those details, this would be an excellent place to stay.

La taille du loft était un atout majeur pour notre famille de 3 adultes et 3 enfants en bas âge. Le loft était aéré et très bien placé pour un amateur de petit café et d'épicerie fine. Proche du centre ville qui plus est (accessible à pied).

Le stationnement était un casse-tête amusant finalement, mais un casse-tête tout de même. N'étant pas coin, je ne dispose pas de vignette. J'ai opté pour un stationnement payant dans la rue même pour simplifier mes déplacement familiaux. Finalement, cela peut devenir chère mais cela était le prix à payer pour augmenter le confort durant notre séjour à Québec.

Easily accessible to the city and had some nice restaurants nearby as well as a super market. The overall atmosphere was very nice and the main living area was very comfortable. Amenities in the kitchen were quite good. Architecture is neat with some unique "trimmings" - an old door to a safe was in one of the rooms - quirky, but nice.

The beds were advertised as Queen sized, but they were actually doubles. While mattresses and pillows were fine, the sleeping space was not what we expected. Additionally, the bedrooms had curtains for doors. Parking on the street is not easy. Parking lots are nearby, but unloading luggage and then loading it back up in the car was tough. This would be true of the vast majority of properties we saw around the city, but it was unexpected. Better setting of expectations in regard to that would be welcome.

Very large comfortable space. When we booked I wasn’t 100% sure if the loft was 2 bedrooms or just one bedroom with 2 beds, as the description versus the “booking.com” features were conflicting. Booking.com said 1 bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised that it was 2 separate rooms. One bedroom had doors you could close whereas the other one was just a curtain, but the rooms were on opposite side of the large loft so both felt private. Comfortable beds, appears to be brand new or very recently renovated/converted building. Within walking distance (10-15mins) to old Quebec.

The city view was not a view. It looked out onto a smaller street without a “view” and some electrical wires. Easily walkable to old Quebec City but I would advise to take the route going towards Metro (grocery store) then under bridge and towards the left. First time we walked, google took us towards the right and there were a lot of people hanging out - on or doing drugs. *** Not a reflection on the loft*** RE Parking Please note that the parking out front is PAID. We parked in front of a sign that appeared to be “no parking from midnight to 7am.” I read the sign and decided we would move the car after we settled in as it was only 4pm. When we went to move it, I had a $93 ticket. Apparently there are other signs further down the street indicating it’s paid. Also if you have a taller vehicle (we have a Jeep). Use the third suggested parking lot (see pic). The first one is not as high and we were afraid we would get stuck. The second one was closed when we went due to construction.

Le stationnement n'est pas simple à proximité pour décharger, parking payant à 5 minutes à pied.

Très bruyant dans les logements autour du nôtre. Il y avait un party dans l'unité directement en avant de nous.

L appartement est agréable, spacieux .Possède lave linge et sèche linge.

Les matelas à changer, on sent les ressorts . Les oreillers à jeter , se mauvaise qualité. Les lits sont standard en 140. Il y une penderie vers l' entrée avec 4 cintres . Pas de possibilité de pendre son linge . Peu d équipements pour cuisiner. Pas de balai , ni serpillière. Table à repasser tachée , fer à repasser le bout cassé. Canapé inconfortable. Rideaux grosses taches.Tout est à revoir . C est dommage car l ' appartement est sympa avec un style industriel.

We liked the style, size and spaciousness of the apartment and its closeness to the train station.

The area was a little rundown and initially we were unsure how safe it would be, but it turned out to be ok.

- There was no conditioner (only shampoo) - location is good but not excellent. It is in a nice street although the surrounding streets are not that safe (lot of homeless people). Particularly the apartment is near a highway (one block away), so better not to walk at night there. It is great that there is a supermarket very close. - only one piece of soap for the washing machine (and we were 6 people)

The loft is magnifique, the team was very reactive each time we sollicited them. Our stay was amazing.

Appartamento amplissimo, praticamente in centro a Quebec city a pochi passi dalla città storica. Ottima la pulizia dell'appartamento ,comodi i letti, bellissimo il soggiorno, camere non finestrate ma per pochi giorni vanno benissimo ugualmente, tutto molto bello.

Zeer goede ligging, dichtbij winkels, restaurants, bushalte en station. Zeer ruim appartement, zeer proper. Zeer uitgeruste keuken met grote frigo, diepvries, grote oven, groot kookvuur, microgolfoven.

Ik kook erg graag, vandaar de keuze voor dit appartement met een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, helaas is er bijna geen keukenmateriaal, 1 wijnglas, 2. Bekers, 2 kleine pannetjes, 2 kleine kookpotjes enz, een teleurstelling. Grote slaapruimte met een klein bed 1.40 m en doorgezakte matras.

Spacious, clean apartment with fully stocked kitchen. Great location, especially because it's right next to a small grocery store.

It's a little bit further from the major tourist spots, but honestly this is better than any of the other hotels in the area!
