Great location right beside Notra Dame,,nice furniture,easy access to local places of interest.Really walkable and could have parked the car to see everything we wanted .We loved the rooftop patio for morning coffee and fireworks.

Currently major construction right below the window, frequent jackhammer from 7-3.We weren't in the room very much, so was not a major problem but would have been if we spent much time in apt.No dishtowels,paper towels, coffee or cream,we were aware from previous review but for the high price of the unit these small things really are basics.My 92 yo mom was able to walk through construction site with a cane or could have walked the cobblestone streets,but probably not ideal site currently if you are unstable at all

Our apartment was not clean - there was caked mud on the rug at the entrance door, there was garbage left by previous guests in the kitchen garbage bin, and we found a bedbud - thankfully dead - on the bed frame. We reported all these things, and nothing was done except a very nice man woke us up at 10:30 PM to empty the kitchen trash. Halfway through our stay the management told us we, and several other visitors, would have to move to a different Les Lofts location because of construction in the street below our window. We lost half a day of our holiday packing driving across town in an Uber that cost CAD$29 and unpacking the other end. We were moved from a 2-bedroom to a one-bedroom. For that, we have been offered a refund of CAD $86.99. Both the apartments were attractively decorated, but the second also had caked mud on the entry carpet. Both apartments had a strange mix of kitchen and dining equipment - glasses, plates, mugs that didn't match, and there weren't enough of them, and pots and pans with lids that didn't fit them. I would never stay at a Les Lofts again.

Location!! Right near the heart of old Quebec City. Large spaces in the loft and excellent rooftop terrace.

Air circulation was not ideal since the air conditioning unit in the living area served the bedrooms as well (but not well).

Schönes großzügiges und ruhiges Apartment mit allem was man braucht (z.B. moderne Waschmaschine und Trockner) und gutem Aufzug. Ideale Lage in der Altstadt, direkt neben der Kathedrale (ohne Glockengeläut) und viele Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn es Geschirrspüler Pads gegeben hätte.

Great location, easy entry, working elevator, and nice rooftop deck.

The unit needed better cleaning and maintenance. We found hair in the bathroom sink and tub, and hair/stains on bedding. Big clump of hair in one of the towels. Some beds were not made. Several items did not work properly, including lights, an outlet, the shower head half worked, shower temperature control nearly impossible, and the toilet handle was very loose, making the toilet not always flush if the handle wasn't in the right position. Internet also did not work for about the first 20 hours. No paper towels, no salt and pepper.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable but it wasn’t bad. Had a small glitch with access code but online staff was very quick to correct. Cleaning person came into room unexpectedly. A little startling but not to big of issue.

The location can't be beat! Getting into the building with a code was very easy and accessable and safe. The loft was huge clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Steps to the Dufferin terrace and Frontenac and the Notre Dame Basilica. Loved hearing the church bells. We loved our stay here. We found public parking lot for reasonable price just 2 blocks away.

Would have been nice to have some coffee available for the coffee maker as we have had in other places. So bring your own. Parking is just a few blocks away. Public parking lot about 2 blocks away But you can park on street near for a few minutes and unload your bags then get your parking.

Location was amazing. Right in the center of the old town and a short walk to most things. Loved the apartment, with the exposed brick. We have stayed before in 2022 and would book again

It could have been a bit cleaner in some areas e.g. under the couch. Shower pressure isn’t great.

Porte de garde robe de l'entrée débarquée. Il manquait une patte à la télévision. Empreinte de soulier sur le plancher. Sofa, côté gauche défoncé.

Très bien situé, près du château Frontenac. Entrée située dans une ruelle où les artistes exposent.

Difficile à trouver on s’attend à être capable de sortir les bagages directement de l’auto et aller se stationner mais étant dans la ruelle c’est plus difficile.

TV too old could not look at anything without crashing. Heating didn’t work, and kitchen utensils were dirty.

The location is excellent and the apartment is very cozy with a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable for a family of four.

There is no onsite management. We had an issue with the dishwasher but no one came during our stay to fix it. No extra blankets were available. There is also no safe in the apartment.

Location is fantastic, close to the Christmas markets. Apartment kitchen was a full kitchen and was well stocked for eating and cooking. Has an elevator, WiFi was good.

We really liked the location, all the furnishing, equipped kitchen and was quiet. The decor was as great.

It definitely could use more hangers. I believe there were 4 and those weren’t enough for all our coats. There is a lightbulb on the kitchen island that needs to be replaced. And maybe one more blanket to be used in the couch.

TV / did not work properly. I had to hold near cable box that was behind a sheet of steal. No instructions. Coffee maker did not work properly. Thought I was doing something wrong, then realized it was broken. For the price we paid you think they could put in one days worth of coffee and tea.

Tolle Ausstattung und großartige Lage. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Parken im Parkhaus der Cityhall war sehr nah und preislich völlig in Ordnung (21 CAD für 24 Stunden).

Bed was horrible. Mattress was dead and extremely hard. Couch was also tired. Zero amenities. Coming in at 2300 hours a bottle of water would have made a huge difference.

A place nearby to store suitcases before having access to condo. There was a place - it was almost 2 km away - too far when one is tired. There were not enough mugs

Hard to control the thermostat. Needed more blankets or a throw for the living room. Need larger surface space/table in bedroom to put down personal items. Also, the place was ready but they charged extra for an early check in which I think is petty when all we needed was to store our luggage.

Great location, decent accomodation for the price, but dropped the ball on some housekeeping items. No paper towel in the kitchen (small rags under the sink), used (dirty?) towels in the laundry room (clean towels were left in the bathroom, strand of hair left right across one of the pillows in one of the rooms, shower drain and bathroom sink drain clearly clogged as it drained very slowly. Also, no lock on the bathroom door (??? Whyy). Not a horrible experience but wont be booking again.

The location is perfect to visit Old Quebec City. And we found parking on the street very easily for the entire stay. The loft and the terrace are very beautiful and modern. Given the high price, I expected everything to be perfect, but the faucet in the bathroom was loose, there were no paper towels provided, and no basic coffee amenities or other (salt, paper, oil) were available in the kitchen at all.

Everything was great but would be nice to have black out blinds as the room got very bright very early each morning.

The communication through the company was fast, friendly and efficient. The room was untidy. We had to sweep the apartment ourselves after noticing a lot of "debris" under the couch. There was one bath towel and 1 face cloth for a 3 night stay. We reached through email. Again, response was quick and apologetic, but onsite housekeeper said he received no communication about it and had to locate additional towels. Location is perfect. Communication was above average. I would just recommended a more thorough cleaning for incoming guests.

Eigentlich schöne Wohnung in guter Lage.

Waschmaschine vorhanden, aber kein Waschmittel. Spülmaschine vorhanden. Fach für Tabs aber kaputt. Damit nicht nutzbar. Kein Spüli. Kochtöpfe dreckig. Kein Kaffee für Kaffeemaschine. Couch und Sessel kaputt bzw. quietschend. 2 Handtücher für 6 Personen. Duschkopf verkalkt. Matratzen unbequem. Keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit/Klimatisierung in den Schlafzimmern. Mängel wurden genannt, aber nichts behoben. FAZIT: In Anbetracht der Mängel Wohnung viel zu teuer!!
