I have visited many of the top luxury resorts in Antalya and across Turkey, and this was my second stay at Maxx Royal Belek Resort. I can confidently say this is one of the best resorts in Turkey by far. The quality of everything was outstanding, and you truly enjoy every moment of your stay. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, especially our assistant Abbas and Assistant Manager Mr. Emir, who were both very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The Russian-speaking Central Asian waiters, the African lady waiters at Azure Restaurant, and even the housekeeping team were all fantastic and always smiling. The food and drinks were excellent with a huge variety for different tastes. The resort also offers amazing activities for both adults and children. We traveled with our child, and our baby enjoyed the activities so much during the stay. We truly had a wonderful family holiday and hope to visit again in the future.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Only a few minor operational issues during the stay, such as some delays in room cleaning and a small technical issue in the room on the first day, but the staff handled them professionally and quickly.

Service and cleaniness

Staff could have done better in certain areas

Alles was absoluut perfect tijdens ons verblijf.

The view was amazing and food was really good.

A little bit too expensive.

Oda upgrade’i için teşekkür ederiz. Her alanda tartışmasız 1 numara.

Es gibt nichts anzumerken!

The atmosphere cleanliness gardens food drinks the room very friendly helpful staff nothing was too much for them specially Ahmet karademiz and ummuhan Guner they did well above their duties to make us comfortable I strongly recommend this hotel full heartedly, thanks very much to everyone to make this an unforgettable time for us.

Great service! Excellent area, combining sea and forest. All works perfectly well!

Nothing

Sehr schöne Anlage, super Service, hochwertige Verpflegung und Getränke im all-inclusive Angebot, viele Restaurant Möglichkeiten, Butler Betreuung via App.

Sehr grosse Anlage, viele Leute, Buffet verteilt etwas unübersichtlich daher grosse Laufwege.

Everything was amazing

War alles super, Service 1A.

everthing is accessible and available, great food

housekeeping was slow, the property has mosquito especially in the evenings. They should have musquito repellent available at each room for guests.

The property is huge with lots of activities and restaurant options.

Nothing.

Availability of different entertainment points and super friendly stuff (waiters)

We had an amazing time at Maxx Royal Belek! The hotel is truly luxurious and offers top-notch services. A big thank you to Oussama and Tutku for their kind assistance and outstanding service throughout our stay. A special shoutout to M Sherif, the waiter at Kalamatas Restaurant, for his exceptional service and truly classy, heartwarming attitude — honestly, he’s one of a kind! This hotel is simply excellent — everything from the hospitality to the atmosphere was beyond expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dream vacation!

Everything from the start to the end was great.

Très bon accueil Une équipe parlant français

We had private assistants that were very good and professional

Room was ok but starting to show signs of tear and wear - carpet, bathroom faucets falling off etc. Diner was great - plentiful buffet with too many options Kids areas are great - lots to do and even has its own kids restaurant Overall I would recommend this hotel to families, surely,

nothing really I did like everything

Great place almost ticks every box. Maintained very nice. Majorly clean, rooms are absolutely huge. Generous accessories. Spa is gorgeous, salon is good. Gym is brilliant. Kids stuff is excellent.

Food could be better at the restaurants. Turkish and steak was amazing but if you don’t eat seafood like us then not ideal. Italian needs improvement Asap the menu and food wasn’t good. Way too much seafood! No chicken dishes

Food, facilities, staff

Nothing really

Eles Nao possuem piscinas aquecidas. Nenhuma. Todas geladas. O check in é pessimo.

Everything! The food, service, comfort were all amazing once again. Special mention to Şevket, Mehmet and Damilare for their excellent pool service.

Nothing.

Service

The hotel needs to be updated, the light in the hotel and a room was is very poor The food is not good every day but only one or two days a week the food was good

Everything was wonderful.

Very good overall but no air conditioning are switching off in March due to winter season and miqn buffet closing at 9pm is a little early.

Best hotel

I liked movenpick ice cream and Belgian chocolate.

I had feelings drinks was not genuine. Butlers are calling you instead of texting.

Breakfast was outstanding, had everything you could wish for and more. The location was stunning!

My only complaint would have been the spa! The pool and the jacuzzi were far too cold for the time of year. That’s probably why they were empty.

Every thing was amazing. Hands down the most luxurious and beautiful hotel in Antalya. Great food, biggest kids club ever and lots of activities for adults as well. The staff are amazing.

Thank you! As usual great service, food and facilities.

Show program previous years were better in my subjective opinion.

Bestes Hotel in Belek.

Above and beyond, awesome for adults and our 2 years old toddler

Nothing

The hotel was absolutely stunning and the attention to detail was amazing. The service from the staff was fantastic.

The hotel uses an app to inform you of events etc. I feel there needs to be an easier way the hotel is huge so navigating different areas and restaurants can be challenging.

The resort was fabulous and very clean either way great staff
