Très tranquille.

Bed was comfy in a clean room.

Convenient place to stop for the night on a long drive across Canada. Well-maintained, clean, simple. Not many facilities, but that’s what it means to stay in a two-star hotel:-)

Hardly any restaurants within short walking distance, and that’s only because we didn’t want to walk for half an hour.

Guy at check in was very friendly Seemed clean but brown sheets and towels hide a multitude of sins 😅 Beds were comfy enough

Très bon service de l'homme à la réception. La chambre est propre et confortable. Les lits sont confortables et l'insonorisation est adéquate.

Pas de possibilité d'accrocher nos vêtements sur des cintres. L'odeur de vieux tapis. La robinetterie de l'évier et de la douche est en mauvais état. Pas de séchoir de disponible ni de débarbouillette.

Internet was a little slow, but manageable.

Because the ground floor room where we stayed was in a section accessed with a code, we felt safe. The staff member on duty was very pleasant. And the property was clean. Although relatively busy, it was quiet.

The room was quite small. Although the bathroom was clean, it needed work. There were no stores or restaurants within easy walking distance. Upon arrival at the property, our initial impressions weren’t favourable.

We had to wait 30mn before we could check in, but the gentleman told us that the intercom was not at its best. Finally he has been very helpful.

Absolutely terrible motel. old buildings and the horrible smell of old cigarettes permeates everything. Disgusting.

Didn’t like anything, my family booked one night stay while on three day drive. Owner of motel was rude, refused us because of my service animal. Refunded my credit card and turned me away.

The room smelled very bad, the floors were stained and uneven, no air conditioning and window did not have a screen, not anything as advertised!

On entry, room smelled fresh....it was very clean....we slept well, and all was quiet...we have stayed here many times...we appreciate the pleasant staff who are always helpful....this facility is very secure....over the years we have stayed here, there has been a continuous upgrading and renovating of the premises

We had a pleasant stay at Nights Inn Motel. The room was quite clean, free of any unpleasant odors, and had all the essential amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was simple, convenient, and met our expectations. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The only small downside was that the bed linens were dark brown, which made it difficult to judge their cleanliness at a glance. Lighter-colored bedding would give guests more confidence that everything is fresh and clean.

La chambre sentait la cigarette malgré l'interdiction de fumer dans le bâtiment. Celà étant dit, les feux de forêt faisaient rage au moment de notre séjour, c'est difficile de savoir d'où venait l'odeur. Le matelas était un peu fatigué mais propre.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable, took only a couple minutes to fall asleep when i hit the pillow. 'we always stay at this hotel when we come to Thunder Bay. We have already reserved here when we come back in a couple months. The owner who checked us in. Very friendly and nice and answered any questions i might have had.

The only think i can think of, when we have a room on the ground floor. if we are out and when we come back. there is always a car parked in front of our room, so we have to find another place to park in the lot. people who have a room on the top floor, they always park in front of the rooms on the bottom floor

This is an affordable, but clean and well-kept motel. When I arrived, a construction crew was pouring a new sidewalk in front of the outside-facing rooms on the front of the motel. To me, this is a good sign as it means the owners are investing in the upkeep of the property. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

My only criticism is that there was no coffee pot in the room and no coffee available in the lobby in the morning. The bed was comfortable, but sagging a little in the middle of the mattress.

There was a lot of noise late in the evening and at night. Overall, I think the motel could use a slight upgrade in terms of bedding and maybe a slightly more modern look.

Le quartier où il est situé est assez miteux. Les lits étaient très petits sur la longueur, nos pieds dépassaient au bout, et pas très confortables. Les murs sont en carton et la tuyauterie de la douche nous a presque resté dans les mains.

The smell...omg....the smell. No AC. So no air movement. Had to close the windows because of people smoking outside (and not just cigarettes) trapping that smell inside.

We immediately cancelled because the room smelled and the motel was in a really bad neighbourhood full of homeless and addicts!

Loved the staff - super helpful and friendly, the clean and spacious room, the comfy bed - all made for a perfect stay! Definitely recommend!

I called the hotel after I made my reservation which was a month before our arrival and requested a room on the main floor so we could park our vehicle right in front of our room. I was told no problem . I advised the gentlemen that I am disabled and do not do steps. We'll that was not granted. We did get a room on the main floor but that was after going through a locked door and 3 steps including the one to get into the building while trying to hold the door open. Not easy for someone with a cane and luggage and has trouble walking. Will never stay there again. My husband had stayed there before and had not trouble getting a room where he parked right in front of his room.

The room was clean and comfortable and the price can't be beat and the location is very useful for my travel between Winnipeg and Toronto. The staff were great. They stayed late to check me in.

No elevator so people with mobility devices may have a hard time getting to the upper floors.
