Plenty of space. The kitchen was great. Two bathrooms in our room was a plus for our large family.

There were no sheets for one of our family members to sleep on the sofa. No air conditioning. It was warm. The fans don’t seem to move air very well. It was a completely automated check in. Like everything in Zurich, it was a pricey stay.

The installations and the whole apartment was pretty, the terrace was nice.

It was not so close to the city center and it was missing few basic ingredients as oil, salt and more clear information about the check out.

The apartment is very close to the train/tram station which made it very convenient to move around. The neighbourhood has a different vibe than the crowded city centre which makes it perfect for resting and discovering cute cafés and shops. The apartment itself was spacious, super clean and very confortable. Enough room for a family of 4. Even had a cute balcony to catch some sunshine!

I would have liked to have better ventilators in each room, especially since we stayed during the heat wave in the middle of summer. Parking is limited so it is recommended to reserve in advance.

It's a big apartment, up and down, with a nice big terrace in the loft and mini-balconies in the other room and in the living room, nice kitchen. The only thing that bothered us, when we arrived at the check-in time, at 15:00, the apartment wasn't still cleaned, we found the cleaning staff still preparing the other 2 rooms, kitchen, one bathroom and the living room, basically half of the apartment, but she managed to cleaned the loft already so my family and I hang out in the terrace for the meantime. She was very accommodating and felt sorry for us, she explained that she was alone that day, so she was a little bit late. Overall, beautiful apartment.

The location was convenient and the apartment itself was reasonably clean. Unfortunately, those were the only real positives of our stay.

This property is advertised as a “luxury apartment”, but there was absolutely nothing luxurious about our experience. For the price we paid, it was extremely disappointing. The apartment was incredibly basic, cold and clinical, with virtually no soft furnishings or attention to detail. Even basic amenities were missing. When we arrived, there were no towels at all, meaning we couldn’t even shower on our first day. The pillows were extremely poor quality, the kitchen had a very limited number of plates and utensils, and there weren’t even basics such as salt and pepper. More concerning was the complete lack of respect for our privacy. On two separate occasions, the cleaner used their access card and attempted to enter the apartment without waiting for us to answer the door. We actually had to stop them from coming in while we were not appropriately dressed. The worst incident happened on our final day. We specifically asked a member of staff whether we could check out at 12pm rather than 11am because of our flight, and were told this was absolutely fine. At approximately 11:45am, while I had just come out of the shower and was standing in a towel, another family suddenly opened the door and walked into the apartment. It was completely unacceptable and extremely uncomfortable. I was then handed a phone and told by the person managing the property that we should have checked out at 11am. There had clearly been no communication between their own staff, despite us receiving permission for the later checkout. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of apology or accountability. Communication throughout the stay was also very poor. It was difficult to speak to anyone directly, and responses to messages were often slow. Overall, this property fell far below what I would expect from accommodation marketed and priced as “luxury”. I would not stay here again and would strongly recommend that others consider alternative accommodation.

The location and facilities were good. They should keep one way to contact staff in an emergency.

El apartamento era amplio y tenía terraza.

Al llegar no habían preparado la cama supletoria y nos dijeron que era el sofá. Pero no tenían intenciones de dejar ropa de cama. Tuvimos que insistir.

The appointment was good and no complains but the way deal with customers and location of key and find the key and address! For someone is first time and goes after closing their office was not good experience. Checkin in one place and find the apartment in another place, beside there was not easy to find witch one my apartment.

L'endroit est facile d'accès et proche des lignes de transport public. Un balcon, une cuisine et de l’espace dans un quartier calme sont des atouts.

Tout est un peu vieillot et manque d'entretien : les meubles sont vieux et défraichis. Il n'y avait pas de lampes de chevet et la dans la chambre, si il y avait un lampadaire, sa prise était cassée et il était donc inutilisable. L'adresse qui m'a été transmise n'était pas le bonne : le chek-in se fait au n° 146, la chambre est annoncée au n°136, mais se trouve en fait au n° 155 !!!

Great location , easy and accessible commute to the city centre

Doesn’t look like a luxury apartment , simple things were missing : shower gel or shampoo , half a toilet paper left for us upon arrival, booked a flat for 2 adults and a kid , only two small pillows provided , 1 blanket and 2 towels each . Although the kid is 4 years old , he still needs to take showers or wash his hands . Kitchen had very minimal items . Floors were badly washed and had long black hair from previous guests .

Very close to Wiedikon station. If you are using frequently Zurich hbf this is the best hotel and area for you.

Appartamento vicino al centro. Moderno ben arredato e pulito. È un bell'appartamento, con disponibilità di lavatrice e asciugatrice, da 4 persone, peccato che noi eravamo in 5.

È al piano terra con le finestre della camera e del soggiorno ad altezza d"uomo affacciate sul marciapiede. Fortunatamente non c'era troppo caldo e di notte abbiamo tenuto abbassate al massimo le tapparelle. Se ci fosse stato caldo non sarei riuscito a dormire con le finestre aperte lato marciapiede. Nel mio caso, purtroppo, per un disguido, booking mi ha fatto prenotare l'appartamento da 4 anche se eravamo in 5 di cui 2 bimbe di 10 anni, ed una ha dormito sul divano. Non ho contattato il genstore perché ci siamo accorti nel momento di andare a letto che mancava un cuscino e il divano non era anche letto. Visto che abbiamo pernottato 2 notti abbiamo combinato così.

The internet was really not the greatest . Also as a self catering facility it do not have floor mats as such when we spilt it was hard to clean after oneanother and I Ended up using my own cloths

Far from centre, had to take tram everyday. No AC, although it was quite hot. Asked for additional fan, never got it. Very noisy neighbours especially on Saturday night when we arrived.

Das Küchenfenster war dauerhaft verschlossen, der Rolladen unten. Im Wohnbereich nur zwei Plätze für 4 Personen. Das Appartment war heiss und durch die Lage im EG konnte man auch nachts nicht für Kühlung sorgen. Ventilatoren helfen dann auch nicht. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Die Kopfkissen sind eine Zumutung.

Tesise ulaşımda sorun yaşamadık. geniş ve ferah, balkon olması.

Yastıklar çok kötüydü, mutfak gereçleri yeterli değildi. Klima yoktu, hava da çok sıcaktı, hiç rahat edemedik. Çocuklu gitmiştik, çocuğa ne bir nevresim koymuşlardı ne de bir yastık. Fiyata göre karşılığını alamadığımız bir konaklamaydı.

Квартира очень хорошая, чистая, новая, очень удачно расположена. Прекрасное сообщение с центром. До пляжа Strandbad Mythenquai можно добраться с одной пересадкой примерно за 25 минут.

Во время нашего пребывания стояла 36 градусная жара. Кондиционеров в квартире нет, вентиляторы не спасают. Стиральная машина не работала, при этом, я перечитала старые отзывы, жалобы на неработающую стиральную машину уже были. То есть, ее просто никто не чинит. Нам пообещали починить как можно скорее, но, естественно, ничего починено не было. На троих человек было 2 подушки, одно одеяло( хорошо, что было жарко), одна простыня. Мне пообещали принести третью подушку, но, естественно, ничего не принесли и перестали отвечать на мои вопросы о подушке. В описании услуг указана услуга хранения багажа. В день отьезда выяснилось, что багаж можно оставить только до 15.00, до тех пор, пока работает ресепшен. Думаю, следует заранее информировать об этом потенциальных клиентов, чтобы не вводить их в заблуждение. Никаких извинений со стороны владельцев. Они просто перестают отвечать на ваши сообщения. На кухне нет ни соли, ни масла для жарки.

En realidad la descripción de cómo poder hacer el check-in, fue muy difícil adivinar cómo se podía tener la llave. Un huésped de otro departamento nos explicó pero perdimos mucho tiempo

L’appartement était propre. Personnel de l’hôtel d’en face très sympa…

Aucun contact humain, répondeur sur le numéro de téléphone, Wifi HS, douche quasi inutilisable en raison de très nombreuses fuites des tuyaux (certainement depuis des mois)… Appartement finalement assez bruyant (dans la rue)

Apartment was much too hot to stay or sleep in during a summer heatwave! No fans. No air-conditioning. Very noisy Cafe at night next door. Limited crockery e.g. no bowls and the cups were too small. Reservation code was not sent before our arrival, so quite a delay to work out how to get in to the apartment. The washing machine was not working as its door latch was damaged. Repairman was promised but did not come.

Me gustó la atención por parte del anfitrión, las indicaciones para obtener la llave del departamento fueron muy claras.

Wir haben für 3 Personen gebucht, zwei Personen hatten ein 140x200 cm Bettdecke die dritte Person gar nichts. Trotz mehrerer Anrufe ist niemand vom „Team“ an das Telefon gegangen. Auch eine schriftliche Anfrage wurde konsequent ignoriert.

The apartment was easy to find and the self check in seamless. This area is excellent for access to train and tram services. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants close by. The apartment was comfortable with plenty of windows and reasonable space. Good bathroom.

The kitchen lacked basic utensils and a microwave. The bed was hard and the pillows terrible.

It was really Luxurious and affordable

Nice area, close to the train station. The accommodation is clean and equipped with the bare basics. Armed security forces on the streets everywhere because of the nearby Synagogue. Made us feel like the area isn't save.

Keys were at a different property accessible through a machine after a card payment. This allowed sift access to key cards but was extremely impersonal. Also an email warned us that keys wouldn't be provided by the machine after 8pm, so if we get delayed there would be nobody to contact to get into the flat. Very bad experience that wasn't communicated in advance. We booked for two adults and a child, but had only a bad for two. Contacting the host was difficult on the booking.com app. They responded they would provide the third bed but only did on the last day.

Adding one mirror for each bedroom would be nice and bathroom lock needs to be fixed.

It was described as luxury, it was extremely basic. I was told i could check in at 3pm but room was still being cleaned and I had to wait. The neighbours were smoking cannabis and it smelled of it in the apartment.

Brilliant location for trains and trams to Zurich and further afield. First time in Switzerland 🇨🇭.The apartments have everything in them...the only fault because it was 33 degrees most days was to have fans or AC installed. We found it hard to sleep some nights, but other than that everything perfect. Had dinner one night around the corner in the Yard Bird restaurant. Would love to come in the winter. We highly recommend these apartments

Having no Fans or air-conditioning. It was so hot even with windows open. The

Prima verblijf, twee ruime slaapkamers met prima bedden.

Keuken was prima, inclusief oven en vaatwasser. Prima voor een snelle hap maar voor uitgebreid koken voor vier personen was het keukengerei wat beperkt.

De maneira geral, gostamos de tudo.

Foi desconfortável um episódio no andar de cima as 6h da manhã, onde ouve gritos e barulhos por cerca de 5 a 10 minutos e a polícia bateu em minha porta, e subiu averiguar no andar de cima. Não soube o que aconteceu. Isso não descrendencia a qualidade da boa hospedagem que tivemos.

Incapable management. Communication is not easy, because it is hard to understand their English amd German. Very confusing guidance. Cumbersone check-in process. Total mess with the parking. They just want to make quick money with an overpriced apartment. We were not the only guests that were unhappy with them.

Strategy place. Near to train station. Clean and comfort.

Only small standing fan provided. It was summer 40c. One fan need move from bedroom to living room. Should provide more fan or atleast have air conditioner during summer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it very relaxing. Communication was easy throughout our stay, and the team was always responsive and helpful. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Wir haben ausdrücklich für 3 Personen( 2 Erw und ein Kind) gebucht. Schlafmöglichkeiten und Bettdecken/Kopfkissen waren aber nur für 2 Personen vorhanden. Die Nachfrage nach 3 Handtüchern wurde noch nicht einmal beantwortet.

It was good and comfortable but the way to get keys was bit complicated and the service stuff wasn't available.

Kaldığımız daire en üst kattı ve hava çok sıcaktı,klima yoktu ve sıcaktan yatamadık, küçük bir vantilatör vardı hem çok ses yapıyordu hem de yetmiyordu.

Nothing much to say..

It was clean and as described. The location was great and the train station was close by. It was about a 10 minute walk.

Even tho we had good instructions to check in we still needed assistance. We did get help right away and didn’t have to wait.

It was very easy and comfortable to check in and communicate with the team. They were very helpful and friendly 🙂

Communication, the process, the apartment and the experience in general. Would definitely do it again and highly recommend 👌
