En realidad cumple con lo pagado, no puedo exigir más porque no me hospedé en un 5 estrellas. Un tipo de la recepción por la noche nos negó las tazas para el café mal por él.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025Llegamos el sábado 25 por la mañana, como no podíamos ocupar aún la habitación, pedimos que nos resgauardaran el equipaje, al terminar de pagar, pedí permiso de usar un sanitario y la recepcionista no me lo permitió (tuve un viaje de 9 horas)... En la tarde que regresamos, la recepcionista fua por demás grosera y poco empática, soy débil auditiva y uso auxiliar, le pedí que me repitiera una indicación y no lo hizo, solamente torció los ojos y la boca en tono de fastidio. Sumamente grosera. Sábanas rotas y el WC mal lavado, la alfombra asquerosa... No volvería a usarlo...

La atención al cliente en recepción no fue la esperada. Podrían mejorar en ese punto al dar la bienvenida a los huéspedes y no tener la sensación que eres una molestia para el recepcionista. Trabajé en hotelería y quizá eso esperaría del personal de primer contacto.

The hotel seems to be run down, and nothing like the pictures advertised. It is dirty and cringe. There was just an unsettling feeling. The restroom was dirty, hair from the previous person. Like it had been hosed down, but not actually cleaned.

Too noisy from street traffic in the upper level rooms. Our room had no shower curtains and drain was built completely asinine, water drains all over the bathroom floor, one towel for two people, no drinking water dispenser in a town that starts to have a garbage problem!

Something they need to work on is on having a key so they can go clean the rooms without us having to turn them in and asking for them when coming back.

Nothing to do with the photos they show on the internet, everything there is old and dirty, only one towel in the bathroom and it was old and with holes, there is no hot water in the shower, we arrived at 8 am (we notified days before) and a person in pajamas and almost asleep just showed up,he never asked us names or IDs and only gave us the room key and left We left after a couple of hours and we had to look for another place, thankfully we found an excellent hotel totally different to this awful “hotel”, the only inconvenient was because we had to paid again for the new place ( hotel Esperanza was paid in advanced and they didn’t pay our money back. Please don’t include hotel esperanza in your page

We were a group of 8, 4 nights. one of our room had no window. For extra request and extra payment we got another room intstead of this. No cleaning during our stay, only on the first day. No cleaning of the trash can in the bathroom for 3 days. The pictures of the rooms has nothing to do with reality. No place in the bathroom for your personal things. No room for your things at all in the rooms too. Common area is dirty and outdated. Need renovation.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2023El lugar es justo con relación al precio (Comprado con anticipación) pero su ubicación es escencialemnte conveniente, está cerca de todo e incluso para moverse en taxi a distintos lugares no es caro, además la atención del mostrador es muy buena, te facilitan cosas como llamar a taxis, direcciones, ayuda para medicinas que necesitan refrigeración etc.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2023This place is TERRIBLE apparently anyone can just walk in and claim they have a room to get a key. My key was given to someone else, as we were checking in I stood at the desk for 10 minutes while the receptionist held the door open for some construction workers that were finishing up carrying bags of debris at 8pm instead of addressing the mistake, she never asked for my ID or anything no explanation as why my key was given away she just ignored me like I wasn’t there, she never offered any type of assistance, basically there’s no check in process. This property is under remodeling or construction the noise didn’t stop until past 9:30pm. No bell staff to carry luggage upstairs either. THE ROOM IS A NIGHTMARE!! We booked a family room with 3 beds since it was 5 of us, literally a dungeon, dark with broken furniture and with the dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen in my life! It looked nothing like the pictures!! The beds were so hard with stained sheets and hard pillows as well. Only 1 dirty towel was offered and the bathroom was disgusting, the shower had a torn plastic shower curtain, a broken window (please see picture) and a water heater inside the shower, the receptionist will not tell you that you have to turn it on 15 minutes before you shower so be aware, no fans in the room, beds are hard as rocks, no remote control for the TV we asked for one on our way out to dinner the receptionist said it was lost, no A/C in the room (they claim they do), no WIFI either maybe the receptionist should give you the access code but again she ignored me and never offered assistance, no room service (they claim they do) only a KFC QR code on the wall. And to my horror a broken door latch, or none whatsoever. We used a chair to to block the door just to feel safe. Terrible practice of lying to get people to book a room, the rooms look nothing like the pictures. They are scamming people in their ads. Maybe I wouldn’t mind the accommodations if I knew upfront what I’m getting myself into. But don’t lie to my face showing me pictures and offering amenities you don’t have. It’s just wrong. Either they are pretending to be a part of the OYO hotel chain or they have just been neglected by the chain.

Apparently anyone can walk up to the desk claim they have a booking and they’ll hand you a key to a room without checking your credentials. Even when I stood at the lobby for at least 10 minutes in front of the receptionist with 4 pieces of luggage. No assistance was offered, the manager seemed to be busy with his construction workers bringing down bags of debris, making all kinds of loud noises past 8pm. This property is under renovation which is not disclosed in the page. The room was in terrible conditions. We booked the multi family room with 3 beds since it was 5 of us. The room is in terrible conditions with torn curtains, no safety latch, no remote control, the dirtiest carpet I’ve ever seen in my life and to make matters worst, 1 dirty towel for everyone to share.

Hotel has a major security risk. At 9:30 pm, whilst watching TV in bed, a strange local man opened the door into my room! Obviously a 2nd key was given to a stranger. I shudder to think what would have happened if I were a single female or if I was not in the room. I have complained to Booking, and the hotel has not responded. The room and bathroom are dirty and require painting and cleaning (see actual photos). I was given a room overlooking the main street - came with the noise of loud car exhausts at no extra cost. It was so bad, I checked out 1 day early! AVOID THIS PLACE. There are plenty of other hotels nearby.

Lo que deja que desear es la habitación me toco el cuarto 9 la regadera casi no salia agua y ademas se desbordaba el agua cuando te bañas se reporto y no hicieron nada . Al llegar la alfombra se encontraba mojada y según no sabian porque era pero al usar la regadera vimos que el agua llega hasta ahí
