部屋は非常に優れてよい！ チェックアウトの手続き時に順番待ちを飛ばされたのでコンシェルジュのレベルが低いと思った

Great location, beautiful surroundings, great staff. The receptionist and staff were most friendly and helpful, first impressions of the hotel were beautiful and outstanding. Everything about this hotel is amazing. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. The food is delicious and good value for money, and the service is attentive and efficient. The room itself is well equipped and comfortable. I am very happy with my visit. I hope to return for a longer visit in the future.

The staff were friendly, I had a chance to chat with a staff member named Irman, exchange ideas, chat while drinking coffee, it felt like friends who had known each other for a long time and like at home. The other staff are also friendly and helpful.

FO Staff - Friendly and fast check in. Room - Dirty towel and bad smell. Pool - Not so many people and a bit dirty. Lobby - Too Hot and there is no aircon i think. Wi-Fi - Just ok not so fast need to improve.

Please improve the cleanliness of the room and lift. And please have some umbrella to help the costumer when it is rain. And think about parking area when the hotel held an event in front of the hotel.

Laundry service could be improve. Pick up in the morning and return in the next day morning. Will be better if the hotel can provide an express service. Don't mind paying a bit more. Will stay again at Fave hotel in my next business trip.

1 Queen bed is combine from 2 single bed so is not comfortable for 1 person sleep and remember must renew your key at second day if you book 1 night + 1 night ( not directly book 2 night) while you had pass to them your all booking information.

food it's okay but i think need more vegetable menu. about room, please chek and periodic maintain Air Conditioner every room before you rent that room please cleaning and maintain the swimming pool for periodic

Overall Good services, all staff are friendly and helpfull, the room is clean, they also provided delicious breakfast with many dishes. What i love the most is they provided all you can drink water that you can fill by yourself

This hotel located at the heart of the bussines district city of Cikarang Jababeka Industrial complex. Its value for money, room clean , near from street restaurant, good breakfast, smoking room available.

The hotel and the service was nice for budget hotel. The location also very good so we can easily look for food at the night. But the parking lot was very small and also the entrance to the basement was very small. Hopefully it would be expanded.

We have unplanned stayed at Fave hotel Cikarang because of heavy traffic jam at Jakarta-Cikampek Toll way. We found this hotel is value for money. It is clean and the staffs are friendly. The location is quite strategic. Nearby we can find 24H McD and a convenience store. The only problem is limited parking space.

Maybe i will be back soon, i hope the deposit is just around Rp. 50.000 - Rp. 100.000 because its a budget hotel not a 5 stars hotel. Strategic place, near around jababeka city, food court and exit toll too

価格からみると、可もなく不可もなくという印象です。

いろいろ問題はありますが、客室はきれいだし、値段の割にはとてもよいです。ただ、タクシーをホテルで手配することはできないので、事前に足を準備する必要があることが前提になりますが…。その点だけ解決できればまた使いたいです。

There was no furniture such as towels and cups. The scenery is good, the correspondence of the staff is also good

もっと安いところは探せばあるだろうが、ある程度のファシリティー、セキュリティー、清潔さ等を備えたところでジャバベカで探すとしたらここが一番安いのでは。ただしもう500円出せばもっといいことに泊まれるので、そこをどう考えるかです。

定宿にしています。冷蔵庫やミニバーはないけれど清潔で必要最小限の設備が整ったホテルです。チェックイン、チェックアウトも迅速でスタッフもフレンドリーです

清潔感あります。 必要最小限の設備が整っている。 シャワーの温度調整は問題無し。 ホテルの前にマックがあるだけで、少し錆びれている。

ジャカルタ出張の際は同ホテルを利用させていただいております。ジャバベカ地域では最も最適に過ごせるホテルと 判断します。

狭いけど、清潔感があり良かった。

いつも近くにあるジャバベカゴルフ場に朝一から行く時に利用さしてもらってます。値段的に安いので、素泊まりするには、良いでしょう。
