Un hotel muy descuidado, llamé muchas veces a su recepción y contestaban y colgaban. La alberca estaba en remodelación. A lado de nuestra habitación había una habitación en plena remodelación. La puerta y los muebles en el interior se la habitación muy descuidados y pésima presentación. La cortina de la ventana sucia, y cayéndose. El balcón sucio. Las almohadas decorativas están sucias y aspecto amarillento. La regadera del baño tapada, apenas y salía agua por uno que otro hoyo. Tuvimos que ir al lobby a buscar un segundo control de la televisión porque no funcionaba, casi todos los canales bloqueados. También pedimos 2 planchas porque la primera tenía hasta restos pegados. El WC estaba tapado, no se iba el agua.

Mandan WhatsApp con la intención de cobrar de nuevo en un enlace que parece de Booking que no coincide a mi aplicacion ,es fraude ya que según me comentó el hotel no es número de ellos ya estaba reservación pagada mediante Booking. Le falta una renovación está algo antiguo en las instalaciones y en la alberca que le peguen muchos azulejos que se le cayeron pero bien por el precio

los baños podrían tener mejor limpieza, las fotos fueron tomadas algún tiempo antes que no representa el estado actual de conservación del hotel. Salvo la persona que estaba de turno a mi llegada, las restantes en recepción, tienen una mala actitud de servicio, no puede ser no puedan ellos mismos en ese momento, hacer una factura y que forzoso debas mandar datos a un numero de whatsApp y que luego de tres días de haber enviado los datos, aun no puedan enviarla. Sin considerar que piden más datos de los que la Ley requiere, deben actualizarse.

El restorán ya no me pareció tan bueno (aunque entiendo que no pertenece al hotel). 2. No hay facilidades para discapacitados (aunque el personal se muestra sensible hacia esta situación y trata de mitigar).

Die Hähne die morgens krähten. Ich kam mir vor wie auf einem Bauernhof. Der Straßenlärm war am Samstag und Sonntag morgens und mittags leise und am Abend sehr laut. Besonders am Samstag. Ein lauter Party Bus kam stündlich 2 mal vorbei.

We also had breakfast, which was right adjacent to the hotel and that was also very very good with an outside patio. Although the hotel has no elevator guest services help bring our luggage up to the third floor and we had an ocean view balcony room.
It would’ve been nice if they had a mini fridge and a microwave as there was plenty of room for one

Las sábanas manchadas. Las terrazas llena de sigarritos en las plantas. Solo pusieron 2 mini botellas de agua, de 33ml...

Posterior a nuestro visita ya nunca mas nos contestaron los mensajes. Mas de una semana enviando mensajes para solicitar la factura pero lamentablemente ya no me contestan. Que lastima ya que terminas con un mal sabor en la boca de tu experiencia.

Het heeft een ongezellige entree en de binnenplaats met zwembad is ook niet echt uitnodigend. Geen ontbijt mogelijk.

Very noisy with construction starting at midnight after the restaurant closed. When complaining was told the restaurant isn't part of the hotel and not alot could be done.
