Ho soggiornato al Mercure Jakarta Cikini per una sola notte, come base d’appoggio prima di proseguire il viaggio verso Yogyakarta. Ho scelto questa struttura soprattutto per la sua posizione comoda rispetto alla stazione di Gambir. L’hotel è pulito, ben tenuto e confortevole. Un punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff: tutti sono stati davvero gentilissimi, disponibili e molto cordiali, cosa che ha reso il breve soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Per una notte di passaggio è stata un’ottima scelta: comoda, pulita e con un servizio davvero attento. Ci tornerei volentieri.

The breakfast was quite good. Staff were helpful.

Cleanliness of the place. Especially the bathroom. It was quite dirty, they need to do a deep clean in every bathroom, quite a big of mold also.

I had an issue with the room and they made arrangements to change the room. Breakfast spread was with a lot of varieties. Location is near Cikini train station.

Room was small but that was ok.

Breakfast was varied enough. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. The hotel is central so location is good, although we suffered from the traffic.

There is this rule that if you take a room for 1 adult and 2 children, if one child is above 6 then he is not entitled to breakfast. But this is across ALL Accor hotel so not particular to this specific hotel.

Friendly staff. Some went out of their way to remember me and accommodate some odd requests. Eg. Restaurant manager very kindly prepared some pastries and a coffee for me for my 4:30 am departure.

Very small thing, but the public toilet on the Ground Floor was very poorly maintained when I used it: both toilet stalls were dirty, one had no toilet paper, one hand soap was empty and the bin to throw paper towels away wouldn’t open without you having to use your hands to open it, which defeats the point. Otherwise, a very clean room and restaurant!

On avait demandé un lit d'appoint pour notre enfant mais en arrivant vers 23h ils ne l’avaient pas prévu on a dû attendre alors qu’on était épuisé avec un enfant Le réveil n’avait pas été arrêté du coup réveillé a 4h20 du matin ! Et pour clore la femme de chambre qui vient taper a la porte à 8h30 en insistant jusqu'à ce que l’on ouvre pour nous demander si on avait du linge a laver ! Bref on était venu passer une bonne nuit avant de prendre l’avion pour paris un gros raté !!! Le responsable nous a quand même offert le petit déjeuner pour compenser mais on est épuisé

Le personnel est très gentil. La piscine est très agréable avec une belle vue.

Nous avions demandé un lit bébé. Il était en très mauvais état. Une barre latérale était cassée. Nous avons également eu une chambre juste en face de la voir ferrée. Avec deux enfants en bas âge nous n’étions pas content car les trains sont quand même bruyant pour le sommeil.

Well, My stay at Mercure Jakarta was a memorable one. While I had a few comments regarding the room and one interaction at the front desk, what truly stood out was the exceptional way the hotel management handled everything. A special thank you to Mr. Kevin, the Duty Manager, who completely owned the situation with professionalism, sincerity, and genuine care. He took the time to speak with me personally, listen to my concerns, and ensure that every issue was addressed. In my opinion, he is a tremendous asset to any hotel property he manages. Apart from one exception, the entire front desk team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They acted quickly on my feedback and made noticeable improvements. What impressed me even more was their willingness to help with something that was completely outside their normal scope when I urgently needed batteries during a meeting. That level of service, care, and commitment to guest satisfaction is what makes a difference. Thank you once again to Mr. Kevin and the entire team for turning my experience into a positive one and for putting a genuine smile on my face. You truly made my day.

De rust. In de avond was het stil in het hotel. Af en toe hoorde je de trein voorbij komen.

De sky bar bij het zwembad was niet gezellig. Geen ventilator om buiten te kunnen zitten. En niet duidelijk aangegeven waar je naar toe moet als je de lift uitstapt.

Quality hotel in a central location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Their service was great. Excellent variety & style of breakfast.

Room was good, cozy and comfortable, water facilities available on every floor.

Washroom mixture was not working properly, and less options in breakfast menu as compared to your hotel Mercure Bali Legian, Denpasar. and one most important thing is that you need to add vegetarian options as well in your menu for Vegan Peoples.

Location is great, next to a restaurant, coffee cafes, and Jakarta Fruit Market for groceries.

The service was exceptional from the front office , F&B and housekeeping. Everyone was very accomodating and so helpful.

Only the wifi was not stable one evening when I was at the lobby.

Cleanliness and polite and supportive staff. We especially appreciate the sincere efforts they have taken to arrange the to go breakfast boxes at 5 am as we were leaving early morning. Also the cab service they could offer very quick to drop us for specific destination. Many thanks mercure cikini team

Parking time buffer should be increased to 15 min actually people after long hrs if travel will find difficult to get out of the cab and genuinely need time

First off, 5/5 stars for Mercure Cikini. I had a medical emergency during my stay. Woke up with intense abdominal pain. I quickly packed up and approached the front desk. Staff Febri assisted me with a rapid response by getting me a taxi to get to the hospital immediately. Staff Kevin followed up as well which was great. I was sent to the Primaya PGI hospital which is just a 5 minute drive away. Communication between the staff was very smooth as I was primarily speaking to the staff in a mix of Bahasa Malaysia and English. We suspected it was appendicitis, but turns out it was kidney stones. I'm very appreciative of the Mercure staff as they have been very helpful, kind, polite, and amazing in general. Let's also not forget that the food at the hotel is pretty amazing. I travel 8-10 times a year and this is the actually the only hotel with the best food that I actually miss the breakfast when I was warded in the hospital. Will definitely come back again when I plan to go over to Jakarta.

While the staff were great, the hotel is hardly 4 stars.

Where to begin. The location is shady and now safe. The gym is tiny and poorly equipped. Rooms are small and outdated.

The location is perfect. The hotel and staff were welcoming and graciously attended to all our needs. Enjoyed the roof top pool and open area.

It might have been our fault, we should have opened an account on checking in instead of paying for breakfast or additional items each time.

The hotel needs an exchange store or facility inside the lobby so it makes the payment easier. Moreover, it would be much better if the hotel accepts foreign currency for payment. i wish the management would work on this to facilitate the payment process for all the visitors.

The location is great, but when the evening comes, there's always a traffic jam in front of the hotel.

Sometimes, there aren't enough towels. The housekeeper only supplies bath towels, but they don't provide the small ones.
