Reviewed Aug 15, 2026J’imaginais un Novotel aux normes des Novotel européens. Petite erreur de casting. C’est un hôtel très basique, les chambres non fumeur ont été fumeur, pour accéder à la piscine il faut passer devant les salles de séminaires et l’espace fumeur des participants.
La qualité de l’hôtel. Très basique. Le prix aurait dû m’alerter. Le petit déjeuner est de faible qualité.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Hôtel propre mais éloigné du centre ville. Obligé de prendre un grab pour se déplacer. Chambre sympas avec salle de bain spacieuse.
Personnel peu agréable. Nous avons été appelés dans notre chambre vers 10h30 alors que nous dormions, après être arrivés à l’hôtel à 4h du matin à cause de notre vol. La raison de cet appel ? Simplement nous demander à quelle heure nous comptions quitter la chambre… alors que le check-out est prévu à 12h ! Une façon de faire totalement incompréhensible et franchement lamentable.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026You know what you are getting with a Novotel, always consistent. Clean, comfortable and a good start point arrving to Jakarta after a long haul flight. The pool was nice and the Reasturant breakfast has a vast amount of choice. You can easily walk to local reaturants. The small gym has good equipment being kitted with Matrix machines. Overall, it was a pleasent stay for 2 nights.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026L’hôtel est grand, propre et bien équipé, notamment avec une piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le lit est très confortable.
Cependant, il faut être conscient d’un point important : l’emplacement. L’hôtel est assez éloigné de tout, comptez environ 1 heure de route depuis l’aéroport et également 1 heure pour rejoindre les principaux lieux touristiques. Si votre objectif est de visiter la capitale facilement, ce n’est clairement pas l’endroit idéal. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il propose beaucoup de choix, mais il y a peu d’options sucrées.

Wenn man zum Pool wollte, musste man durch den Konfrrenzbereich des Hotels laufen. Auf den Fluren roch es etwas muffig und aus der Lüftungsanlage kam manchmal Zigarettengeruch ins Badezimmer.

Onze kamer kon wel een onderhoudsbeurt gebruiken. Desondanks wel heel fijn gehad!

The lobby area of the hotel felt a little congested as it was a relatively small area with little sitting space for waiting guests. But this was not a major problem for me.

Breakfast spread was not too tasty. Service was slow. A lot of food needed top-ups, as left with a small portion. Had to wait a while. In the rooms also, no tissue provided except the ones in toilet. Wooden door to toilet to include a lock for safety

I had a great experience overall. If ever I'll be back in Jakata, I will consider staying here once again.
