I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was.

The pool could use a really good cleaning. The water looked clear but it had a slimey film on the top layer of it. That’s kind of gross and the filter was barely working.

Allowed my request for a few hour early check-in. Breakfast was outstanding. Service from the chefs was humorous and efficient. The hotel is lucky to have them. Room was spotless. Place had an obvious attention to detail present throughout.

This location is great and I will book again whenever I visit Saratoga. Higher price but excellent service and attention to detail. Free parking, 24hr CVS yards away, and made to order breakfast as well as evening happy hour. On site restaurant was better than I expected. Easy walk to downtown area with many dining choices. Neat, clean and quiet room on higher floor was exceptional.

A beautiful facility. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breakfadt was amazing. The omlette chef completed tge experience with his passion and friendliness. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the complimentary "happy hour" was a nice surprise.

Three nights in paradise! It doesn't get any better at an Embassy Suites, and this one met the standards! You'll find friendly staff, outstanding rooms, enjoyable every-evening complementary socials, and superb restaurant with first-class wait-service at bar and table. From the time we checked in with a warm welcome, to the time we were bid safe journey as we left, everything and everyone gave us top-notch service. From the front desk staff, to John, the maintenance expert, to Melissa, the responsive housekeeper, every team member we interacted with seemed to want to make sure our stay was perfect in every way, and they did. It's located in town with plenty to see and do, it's convenient to find and affords walkability to the area. I give them a grade of A++ with my highest recommendation. You won't want to stay at any other hotel and will return to experience it again.

Clean, quiet, affordable, current, with free made to order breakfast and conveniently located to the main avenue - what more could you want in a hotel in Saratoga Springs? Staff were warm and helpful, plenty of free, easy parking, with a complimentary reception each night with light snacks and a complimentary drink as well. Would stay again absolutely.

We enjoyed our stay so much, we didn't want to leave. Everything was amazing, friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, our room was so clean, the location was perfect!

The breakfast and evening cocktail reception were both great! The two room suite was spacious and comfortable. The place was just in greedy shape it more or less felt like it was in new condition.

Checked into the hotel on July 1st. We left our bags in the room and when we came back from lunch, the thermostat was registering 77 degrees. I took a quick shower (very slippery tub because there were no grip strips so I had to hold on to the grab bar) then called the front desk. Engineer came and “fixed the A/C” and “reset the refrigerator” (which wasn’t working either). 10 minutes after the engineer “took care” of these things, the thermostat went up to 79 degrees. Then a phone call from the front desk saying that they were changing our room. New room issues: broken tile on the bathroom floor, loose tile on the bathroom floor(dangerous), bathtub faucet not secured to the wall, grip pad on bathtub floor is pulling away), and very slow drainage in the tub while showering. The water fills up pretty quickly so most showers are taken with water up to our ankles. This morning at 9:30, I asked the front desk if they could send someone to fix the drainage problem. We went out and came back at 1:30pm and nothing has been done. I know that this is not a luxury hotel chain, but I expected the maintenance to be up to date.

Stayed for one night as part of a larger road trip through NY State. Very large hotel but not overwhelming. Quiet halls and spacious suites. Evening reception is a nice touch and excellent breakfast options. Very well staffed so needs met quickly.

Parking was bad because of a event meeting there but freed up after. Maybe consider hotel parking have a pass to attach to the mirror to keep others from using. It worked out though, busy area but fun area no complaints

Check out was not smooth. The lady had to ask for help on how to even print a receipt. Also for the price I would have expected more amenities like a hot tub and sauna room etc

We had an issue with the shower head, but maintenance came quickly and replaced the head with a new one.

Upon arrival we were granted early check-in. The building was really clean as well as the room. Nice smell in the air throughout.

This is our second time staying at the Embassy Suites in Saratoga Springs. I can't say enough good things. The property is beautiful. Everything is updated and spotlessly clean. It's so nice to have a separate living room and kitchenette. The indoor pool is lovely. All of the staff members are incredibly nice, from the front desk to the housekeeping to the restaurant. The breakfast that's included is really good, with made to order omelettes, pancakes, etc. (and the main chef is very friendly and attentive). This is definitely our go-to hotel in Saratoga Springs. If had to come up with a complaint, it's that the pillows are the typical uncomfortable hotel pillows (they go for quantity over quality). But I'm picky about pillows—I usually bring mine from home.

This is our 10th year returning the the Saratoga Springs Embassy Suites and it never disappoints! The staff is always welcoming and friendly and the rooms are large and comfortable. Our favorite part is the breakfast!

While I understand they are renovating and so this may be a result of the that, this year there was very little furniture in the suite. We always get a corner suite plus 1-2 other rooms for our sister's weekend, gathering in the large suite; this year we had to sit on the floor.

The staff was excellent. The position of our room was not great. There was so much noise throughout the night from the trucks/ cars, ecc. outside. We were in the back of the hotel in room 235. Also, the sofa was very uncomfortable. The beds however, were comfortable, and I did love the soap dispensers in the shower/ sink area. The gym was also great as was all of the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful.

Fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect. We were lucky enough to stay recently renovated floor. Everything was brand new. Our room was clean, comfortable, excellent mattress, comfortable bedding, two giant size televisions, wet bar with microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was huge and spacious with all amenities included. Now for the best parts. The lobby is beautiful with working fireplace and great restaurant. At 5:30 pm, the manager holds a cocktail reception with beer, wine and your choice of liquor and mixers. Also, they serve several nibbles and snacks including cheeses, fresh vegetables and deluxe nuts. To top it all off, the complimentary breakfast thanks to Rehniem the cook who will make you any style fresh omelette or eggs any style, waffles and pancakes with or without fruit. Rehniem is so friendly and professional and does not get flustered with crowds. Also, special thanks to Rosemary who keeps the dining area extremely clean and tidy. Stay at this Embassy Suites the next time you stay at the Saratoga area.
