Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka

Breakfast was nice. Looked like a lot of variety. I couldn't even see what they had.

The only thing I felt bad about was, although I had a plaster on my fractured foot no one came to offer help.

Vikas from the Food and Beverage service team and the night reception team on the 07th September and the ladies who helped us with check out on the 10th September. Service was spot on and attention to detail for Vikas was exceptional.

Breakfast was ok, but service like coffee was really slow. They just have 1 coffee machine to serve so many people

No hot water in the shower at all. Beaker for heating water for coffee was also leaking so no coffee in room too. TV remotes were not working. Food arrived cold in the room.

Very lush and great views

Some of the rooms weren’t clean and there was a leak that nobody attended

The staff is very supportive

Clean rooms, food is good.

The staffs at the reception and at the restaurants are not welcoming at all, they do not even greet you or smile at you. At the restaurant only Gaurav was welcoming. False ceiling of the reception area is made of wood and since the ceiling leaks water, you can see water dripping few places and also since the wood absorbs moisture, there is a very bad smell around the whole reception area.

Ambiance

Too costly food

It was not worth the money. Rooms were smelling like smoke, there was used lotion, the room was also not upto the mark

Breakfast was lovely, with a wide variation of food to offer, but also room service was nice too. The room was very spacious and clean, no complaints about this at all. The staff were extremely accommodating too.

Not so much a bother, but the pool was photographed to be what appears to be higher up but it is in fact on the ground floor outdoors - it was lovely, just not what we had expected.

Overall was decent

Service in the hotel restaurant creo was bad...it did not come on time....while Tipple the service was excellent.

Ligging tov airport

Onderhoud, veel lekkages, onderhoud van wanden die waren vochtig

The room, service and the property.

The breakfast could have been better. Apart from this everything else was amazing

Convenient

It was just average

Location was good.

It wasn’t up to the mark. The bedsheets were not crisp, looked very old. The overall property and rooms looked very old.

Very comfy bed, nice room design, fast and professional room service

TV cannot be connected to internet; a bit too many security checks at the front entry

dinner

Breakfast was good

Room was dirty Carpet was not clean Celing has black spots

"The staff was very helpful and the room was clean.

Good breakfast

Swimming pool

Everything in a standard fivestar business hotel.

Everything was good. The staff were also good. Sapna and Ravindra were very cooperative and helpful.

Tutto

La piscina chiude troppo presto

Everything was just perfect.

There was no play area for kids.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and overall everything was nice and comfortable. I would be happy to stay here again.

The only issue I noticed was the lack of international plug sockets in the room. As I was travelling from the UK, I couldn’t use my UK plug and had to rely on the available Indian sockets.

Hospitality was amazing!

Not Much

Food was great served by vikram and rahul

Stayed for 2 nights. Nice room, delicious food and great people, especially Lalchhandama and Anantha at the reception. They both went out of way to help me! Really appreciated all their effort and concern. Truly grateful. Also please make sure to try the Indus restaurant. The staff and food there are superb.

Great experience and service at the restaurant from Vikram and Rahul.

The upgrade to a suite

Ringsuiliu and Vikram, Rahul, served us well and also the food they served was very good and also took very nice care of serving less spicy food to our kids. Appreciate the service and care. Thanks team Vivanta.

Had a comfortable stay at the property. The service was particularly very good & the staff was very warm & friendly, especially Vikram, Rahul & Sui. Will definitely be coming back again.

The property is very close to the airport. The rooms were very spacious and it was value for the money. The breakfast was very good and they had wide range of breakfast. The staff members were professional and very courteous and they helped in smooth checkin and checkout. I had a parcel to collect at hotel, but I had to leave the property without collecting it. The staff went out of their way and collected the parcel on my behalf and later handed it over to a relative after thorough verification . They followed up with phone calls and email.

Close to airport. Very polite staff.

Breakfast and dinner have so many choices. The buffet system has all kinds of meals. food was very tasty also. The room was very quiet, comfy, and very clean too.

The staff, food, cleanliness. They are all so considerate

I had stayed here for one night for our KKC booking the location is very nearby from Dwarka sector 21 metro station just 600 meters away you can reach by walking the property is too old Bathroom are ok ok not as per the standard it’s a renovated property but old interior service was good breakfast was also delicious and good

Atmosphere was nice food very yummy...

Lugar prático, facilita os traslados quartos espaçosos

Quarto apesar de limpo tinha cheiro de cigarros, manutenção do prédio deixa muito a desejar ainda mais por se tratar de um hotel com classificação 5 estrelas

The hotel staff Gunjan, Anshu, Hinam, Anita, Akarsh, Yuvraj, Swati was exceptional—friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Check-in was smooth, requests were handled promptly, and every staff member greeted us with a smile. Thank you for the excellent service. Highly recommended!

Rohit Manish and Divya were great in hosting us as guests

I enrolled my 9 years old granddaughter for swimming classes this summer. In the beginning she was scared to even get inside the pool. The swimming coach Mr Lalit Kumar was very patient and encouraging and not only did he make her feel comfortable but also taught her to swim flawlessly. He is very good with children and has many techniques to workout all difficulties. I am extremely satisfied with his services, his talent to teach swimming as well as his patient and generous nature. I am also happy with the services of the hotel staff. Everyone is very polite and welcoming. They make you comfortable and feel at home.

Breakfast was good and had enough choices. The restaurant staff were helpful and attentive. The reception staff were always attentive.

The jacuzzi was not kept heated.

Vikram and Rahul are excellent
