The Sockets in the room were not working. The telephone was not working. There was a short circuit somewhere and they could not fix it and neither did they change the room

The room was neat. The staff was friendly, polite and quite competent. The facilities met my expectations and did not give me any room/scope for complaints.

The Sitar music in the lobby while pleasant is also quite loud. It made it difficult on more than one occasion to listen to what the concierge was saying and it also visibly upset other guests in the lobby too. Would recommend a lighter form of live musical-entertainment.

The rooms are very clean and the staff were excellent especially Nemkumal and Rajesh Juyel and Nagender. I will always come to Pullman Aerocity New Delhi.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately found the experience very disappointing, particularly given my Platinum status. There was no recognition of my status on arrival, and no welcome amenity was offered, which fell well below expectations. While there appeared to be a large number of staff on duty, the service was consistently slow across all areas of the hotel. Room service took an excessive amount of time, and even simple requests in the restaurant involved long waits. The Executive Lounge was equally underwhelming, with the same issues around slow service and lack of attentiveness. It did not feel like a premium or well-managed offering. I was also informed that my room had been upgraded; however, it was identical to the room given to friends I was travelling with, who are not even members of the ALL loyalty programme. This made the “upgrade” feel misleading. Overall, the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, and the service lacked the level of warmth and efficiency expected from a hotel of this standard. Sadly, this stay did not meet expectations and would make me reconsider returning.

バラナシトランジットで利用。レストランが19時クローズで食事が取れなかった。他の情報提供もなく、疲れもあり外に出る事も諦め、1階のカフェでケーキ、キッシュなど買って部屋で食べようとしたが、スタッフが一人しかおらず、たったそれだけのテイクアウトなのに30分以上待たされ、店のお客さんの珈琲作りでてんやわんやしていた。 食事の不安もあり、せっかく5つ星ホテルを予約したのに、さんざんで、朝も早い出発もあり結局食事は取らないまま… もう泊まりたくない。

Rooms are very clean and comfortable and nice and cool from the Delhi heat. Nem Kumar was very helpful when I needed assistance.

Had excellent lunch at the Farmers Basket. Food and service was excellent. Chef Dayanand and chef Pankal made it special by curating special dishes of Lady Finger and Bitter Gourd for us The tenderloin was made perfectly to my taste. Ashwani & Ekta provided exceptional service !( which at times is missing) Thank you for a great afternoon.

Rude Duty Manager Harsh. I asked him for assistance twice, and I think he is obsessed with his position. The first time, I asked for help with the printer. He said he didn’t know and that he would call somebody. I waited for almost 30 minutes, but he just disappeared. I wanted to extend my stay for one more night, and I asked him about it. He simply said there were no rooms available and that there was nothing he could do. Very rude and uncouth behavior. The other team members were very nice, especially Rashi and Nidhi. I think he needs to learn from the agents what good customer service is.

This is a long overdue review! I was there end of Oct 2025, beginning of Nov. It’s an absolutely beautiful hotel. I have asthma and they were able to accommodate a fragrance free room for me. They did spray in the hallways, which was annoying, but I survived. The dining staff was superb. They took me around every meal and told me which foods I could and couldn’t have according to my food allergies. Special shout out to Lalit and Aman who were so kind! I was also there over Halloween and they had the most spectacular, elaborate Halloween themed dinner I’ve ever seen in my life. No one in the states even does that. Food was always amazing! They also sometimes had live music in front of the dining room, like a sitar player. Suresh, at the bell desk, was also so great! He showed me the herb garden they have, which was so interesting. It was a wonderful, luxurious respite from the chaos that can be India.

The hotel is really close to the airport and was also the main location for my conference. I was really surprised and impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. Excellent service and support by the housekeeping staff, especially Nem Kumar, the floor executive on my floor. I want to thank the Pullman team for taking care of us.

Many facilities, good selections of cafes and restaurants within the hotel. Incredibly helpful staff, special thanks to the concierge to managed to get some vital medicine for me right before a long flight. Also, best western style breakfast around, which was really appreciated after a long stay in India and some of the almost inevitable stomach issues that can accompany such a trip.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Hotel was busy and seems popular with conferences and airline staff. The rooms are a bit dark and lighting is insufficient. Breakfast is very good. Huge selection and has gluten free options. The pool is fairly small, the gym is very good, changing rooms including a steam and sauna but are small. The pool, gym and changing rooms are shared with the Novotel adjoined. Stay at the Novotel as the room rates are significantly cheaper at getting 90% of the experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, providing a very comfortable stay. The staff were courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist, making the entire experience pleasant from check-in to check-out. I enjoyed dinner at the hotel, and the food was excellent. The quality, taste, and service were all outstanding. I also visited the spa, which was a very relaxing experience. The therapists were professional, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained, making it a perfect way to unwind. The hotel's location is ideal, especially for travellers using the airport, and the facilities are maintained to a high standard. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Pullman New Delhi Aerocity for both business and leisure travellers. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.
