I like the overall property

I didn’t like the view from my room because of backside and washroom was not that big like of a five star hotels and service was not good at all there was too much smell of smoke and alcohol in the room and even after my request they didn’t change my room , breakfast was too basic as compare to the hotel charges there was nothing special, overall attitude of staff was not good and even asking for 2 times about pool access they didn’t inform me about swimming attire and after just 5 minutes they refused me to do swimming which really made me sad , staff treatment was not good and very less welcoming and even at the time of checkout their attitude was not good

If somehow I forget the key card and the door gets locked, I have yo go to the reception to collect the key card.

Courteous staff. They happily accommodated a late check out request. Nice breakfast and good sized rooms.

The bathroom appeared a bit dated though was clean. Wifi was patchy. Perhaps needs looking into

i made the online booking via booking. com, during check there was price diff in online booking and hotel system.somehow it got shorted and payment was done. but during check out the same issue observed and asked to pay extra amount again co-ordination got started. Internet speed was poor in room, i stayed in hotel to attend the meeting of 5 hours but due to poor internet meeting was attended by mobile internet.

Self and wife had dinner. The layout was fabulous catering for variety of of tastes. All preparations were delicious. Was memorable dinner.

Close to airport, had a layover between two flights so stayed there. Employees Sandeep, Archita were nice. Manager Vibhor was well mannered, unfortunately he didn't train his staff at the Front desk to have good customer skills. Front desk needs training. There was only one employee there for all customers, during check in and out.

I checked in after 7pm, there were 2 people counting money at the Front desk. Though the name of the hotel is Welcomhotel, nobody makes you welcome or even greets you at the Front desk. When they finished counting money, one of them left, another one named Rajesh, non chalantly, doing a favour, with a stone face statrted to check me in. He was so rude, he ignored my questions, he pretended he didn't hear me, I asked him what was the room number I had stayed previously, and if it's available, I requested to give me that room. My request and questions were first ignored and not answered, as if no one is standing there, he is by himself only, he continued with arrogance and stone faced, to check me in. When I asked again, he snapped agressively, started raising his voice by saying they have a big group to check in, so rooms are not available. Disgusting behaviour and attitute, we are not going to tolerate such behaviour from anyone, especially in a 5 star hotel we pay good money to stay in. He has poor manners and poor people skills, zero communication skills, full of agression and doesn't control himslef, zero respect for a guest, especially for a female customer. Who is it to raise his voice at customers? I have never had such experience anywhere, I request ITC hotel management to fire this employee, absolutely appalling and unacceptable attitude, they should be trained to treat women equal to men, with respect, and treat people of other races with respect. If he was behaving this way, it means he had behaved this way before and got away with it. As an Oxford trained psychologist, I studied such peoples' behaviour, it's a pattern, not a one time thing. Cos they get away with it at home, at work, in streets, in shops etc., they feel free to repeat it until confronted and held accountable. All Front desk people are stone faced.

Not worth the money..check in takes 30 mins.breakfast arrangement horrible no body to cater the table.you have to remind the waiters for everything.Same menu every day.lunch has no options for south indians.Bathroom door was not closing at all

Staff on reception a little strange that I was checking into the hotel even though my husband booked the hotel and messaged them to tell them it’s me coming and not him. Other that this everything was fine

Breakfast was good, Met our expectation

Hotel staff did not meet our expectations, there were lot of visitors and only one receptionist, it took 1 hour just to complete the check-in process. Asked for Non smoking room, but thy provided smoking room. It took additional one hour to change the room. It cannot be a 5 start hotel.

The only highlight was the courteous staff. Always smiling and ready to help. Check-in was a breeze. Bell Desk had people who were very quick and courteous. Almost everybody working everywhere had a smile on their face and never looked stressed or exhausted.

The infrastructure of the property is dated. I have stayed at other ITC properties as well, but this one did not once feel like it was an ITC Hotel! Bathroom had fixtures that easily could have been installed decades ago. The panel that controlled AC in the room didn't work. The AC just kept making the room colder. I was tired from traveling and had reached pretty late at night therefore, I did not bother to call anyone. There was even a fire alarm that went off for a minute or so. Breakfast was expansive but none of the items were refurbished at a rate that could keep up consumption. Even coffee and Tea cups were not available at times.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I honestly cannot understand how this hotel is rated as a five-stars property. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The bed sheets, carpet, and towels were not clean, and I even found what appeared to be blood stains on some of the towels. The gym was also poorly maintained. The gym had a very bad smell, and the smell extended throughout the entire floor. It made using the facilities very uncomfortable. Another major issue was that the AC in the corridors was not working. When we mentioned this to one employee we met near the elevator, he showed no concern and did not seem to take the complaint seriously. The customer service was equally disappointing. The morning receptionist had a very poor attitude. When I asked for the hotel's contact number so I could follow up on my refund, he simply replied, "I don't know, Google it." This is completely unacceptable behavior for a hotel that claims to provide five-stars service. Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and unprofessional staff made this one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not recommend this hotel.

The size of the room. They offered a completary extra bed given how small the twoin beds were.

The booking was done through booking.com which this hotel consider it as a partner booking. So the day before my actaul reservation date I got a message from the property that I need to confirm my reservation by calling them. I did, where they were not ready to confirm anything not the room type, non-smoking/smoking (mentioning that it depends on availability). Only after my insistance did they agree to confirm the type of non-smoking room. Then they asked for when I land and I had given a time. Exactly at the time while I was still collecting the baggage I received a message and a call whether I am actually coming to the hotel. All this was very absurd given I have reserved the room. It felt like they were really not ready to hold the room. Between the hotel is under renovation which is not mentioned anywhere. The room mentions twin beds,n upgrade which are rather small (does not fit a family of 4) and in my view the photos are quite deceiving. I had asked the lady during the reservation call whether our family of 4 would fit in this room and she was happy to confirm that it actually does but that was not true. The hotel is dated and needs some renovation. The carpets, rooms and bathroom etc need an upgrade. Our room had some dirt still left behind by the old guests. I expected an ITC level hotel but was disappointed. Atleast the price and service levels did not match.

Ambience and Staff is Excellent

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 10 nights, from 26 June to 6 July, and the experience was excellent throughout. The room is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping team did a great job every day, ensuring everything was spotless and well stocked. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was polite, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request, making my long stay very comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service. The hotel's location was also convenient for getting around Delhi. Since I was staying for an extended period while attending to important work and immigration-related commitments, having such a comfortable and peaceful place to stay (along with food) made a significant difference. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Delhi and would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travellers.
