住宿價格便宜，早班機住一晚，沒什麼可挑剔。

建物、ファシリティーは古いが、立地は抜群。快適さを求めず、立地と宿泊料を重視する旅行者なら選択肢の一つとしてよいと思います。

I booked a room, with very little notice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Always trying to help.

Room need refurbished, furniture is old, wardrobe without door and expecially the air-cond doesn't work make our room very warm. We stay in two different room for 2 night the air-cond got same problem. Our room door can't lock properly make us fell unsecured. Good thing is the counter staff is nice and friendly they try to solve our problem. Hotel location is prefect

Tempat yg strategik, dkt dgn area bndr senang cari mkn dan harga hotel pun berpatutan..

Location. Malls and markets and cafes all within easy walking . Grab ride only 10 minutes from anywhere. Traffic noise at night might upset those who think quiet at night is best. Rooms have a slight odour. Not offensive . Water kettle tea and coffee provided. Beds comfy and clean. One floor is smoking rooms. Disgusting smell. Reception. Staff all very friendly and helpful. No language problems.Check in speedy. Stored our bags securely between check out and flight. Notices warn of penalties for smuggling Durian and other pungent fruit into rooms. Durian delicious at the nearby waterfront night market.

위치 정말좋아요~ 직원분들 친절하시구요! 시설은 쫌 그렇지만 엘리베이트도 있고해서 좋았네요~ 저희는 공항가기전 잠시 짐때문에 이용했네요. 가격대비 가성비도 최고인듯요!

공항가기 전 잠깐 머무를 호텔로 위치도 좋고 가격이 싸서 예약했는데 오래된 느낌이지만 대신 관리를 잘해놓았음. 약간 방이 눅눅한 느낌은 있지만 에어컨 틀어놓으면 괜찮아짐.. 직원들이 친절하고 문을 열어주는 아이(?)도 있어 신기했음. 로비에서만 무료와이파이가 되기 때문에 여러날 묵을 정도는 아니지만 첫날 새벽도착시 이용하거나 마지막날 잠깐 쉴 정도라면 이용하는데 큰 무리가 없음. 따로 요청한 적 없지만 수건으로 백조 1쌍도 만들어줌. 위치는 센터포인트몰이 매우 가깝고 웰컴씨푸드도 가까움. 이동하기 편리한 위치..

저렴한 호텔, 낙후된 호텔, 주변시설은 나쁘지 않음, 화장실이 특히 별로, 엄청 친절함, 새벽도착하고 잠시 잠만 자기에는 충분함 (저렴하기때문)

The hotel is in a strategic area, easy for food hunting, shopping mall is nearby and all the staff are friendly. Just the room facilieties were prepared with old stuff. But overall everything is good.

Rooms are very noisy and are in desperate need of refurbishing, value for money wise ok though. There was some broken glass in the carpet I stepped in and when I informed the receptionist he handled the matter incredibly professionally and empathetically, the manager ultimately apologized also and offered me a free nights stay, valid for a year. Now that’s what I’d call customer oriented service. Would stay again.

The most annoying thing is the lack of outlet socket to charge my phones. Lobby is nice but they decide to make the lobby good rather than remaking the rooms. Wardrobe placement is a weird one, in front of the door. Toilet and the floor is dirty.

feels like home. The staff are friendly, the room that we book are comfortable and clean. the surrounds are quiet. suitable for a quiet person like me. so far so good.

A great staying experience. It's a budget hotel, but the service is the best. The staff from the front desk are the loveliest people I've ever met and very helpful. They went beyond their standard task to give me directions in where to go, brought my luggage to my room and even lend me a local charger when I told them mine wouldn't work. I'm definitely staying with them again the next time I come to Kota Kinabalu.

covenient as it was located near shopping mall. For those who enjoy walking, u can walk from centrepoint to Sinsuran to KK plaza to Wisma Merdeka to Suria Sabah

Front staff were amazing. So kind ever. Room cleaning was so so - found hairs on the towels, others are fine. It would be greater if room wifi was available.

So-so

The hotel was nice. The staff were friendly, it's in a great location (close to waterfront, malls and good restaurants). The room was big, had a fridge and bed was comfortable enough. The only cons were: Wi-Fi was very weak and slow in the room, the ac worked but it took all night to cool off the room and the shower never got hot, warm but not hot. All that said, it's still a good value because it's cheaper than most! And they did a stellar job cleaning up the room during our stay!!!

It was amazing stay. Really comfortable & hope once I come to KK afain I'll stay at DeLeeton again.

TV was big enough flat screen LCD and consider new but there is a problem with it operation. Suddenly blank in few minutes or few second of watching and repetitive. Need to manually switch off and on again and again. Volume suddenly became loud without u touch the remote. Room 218 if i am not mistaken.

it is easy to get taxi services, all restaurants and food courts are within walking distance - with various of food choices, shopping malls within walking distance as well. It is very convenience!!!

The hotel is a budget hotel with small rooms that are great for sleeping but not much else. The rooms were clean, have AC and the staff was friendly and responsive. The hot water runs on solar power so it was lukewarm at best but acceptable in Sabah's heat. It is located near the "Chinatown" area but it is a bit of a walk or a short ride to the jetty. Overall it was a good stay.

Highly recommended to stay in this hotel if u are in vacation at kota kinabalu. Very nearest to the jetty and shopping centre. Very warm welcome by the staff.
