The beds were uncomfortable and I feel like it could’ve been cleaner. I found dust and what seemed like crumbs under and around the beds. The water pressure should’ve been and it didn’t get hot.

Wi-Fi手続きが面倒でした。 あと、チェックインの際に、従業員用のエレベーターで上がらなければいけない複雑さはありました。

First impression already failed because reception was in a small temporary room on the 17th floor that looked discouraging. Next, our room had old musty smell, dirty looking pillows and towels. The room was dated with sad looking drapes, bathroom tile grouting is like an old public toilet. Wifi is slow (had to rent a device, though refundable, for 100,000 Kwon when it should have been just automatically free.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Though the rooms are quite simple, they are incredibly clean and the beds are very very comfy. The hotel is right in the center of Myengdong -perfect location! Despite being so central, the rooms are very quiet. Super clean and attended every day with ftesh towels and a change of sheets if needed. We also had a bath tub! Also free bottled water. We had a quadruple room which was a good size for our family of 4.
It was a little difficult to find the hotel entrance on arrival and the elevators can get busy and take a while to travel up and down. Its a pleasant room in the city, doesnt really feel like a hotel but it was just what we needed.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026最近､利用しています。 以前は同じ建物の別のホテルを利用していました。なぜかと言うとホテルのフロントがよく分からなかったので！ ロケーションは抜群です！ リノベーションしたせいか､まずまずです。 部屋に寄って全然､違います（笑） 今回の不屋はバスルームがびっくりするくらい広くて良かったです♪ 毎回､感じますがスタッフはとても親切です。 いつも部屋で使うWi-Fiをレンタルしますが､外出の時も使って大丈夫と言われて､とても重宝しました。 掃除もきちんと出来ています。
こちらのホテルが良くなかった訳ではないのですが､最近､明洞のホテルが高すぎます！ 数年前の1、5倍以上です。

İnternet yok, otelin acilen yenilenmesi gerekiyor,halılar ve perdeler kokuyor.Temizlik hergün yapıldı ancak havluların yenilenmesi gerekiyor.Resepsiyona bölümü yok, depolama alanına bir masa bir PC bir de görevli koymuşlar, görevliye valizlerden ulaşabilirseniz sanşlısınız. Asansör için acayip bir sıra bekliyorsunuz. Perncere kilitli açıp temiz hava alamıyorsunuz.

1. Room doesn’t have wifi, have to get pocket wifi 2. None of the electric plugs actually work. 3. Carpet is not clean and smells 4. The check in and check out office is small and chaotic. Only has 1 staff handling.

Air con not working , default to 27-30c and automatically shut off . Staff came to fix it and said better off let it centralised , problem was unsolved and still very hot . No wifi available either

オフィスが17階にあるのですが、もう一つのホテルと同じ建物で、チェックインをする時に17階に行くにはルームキーがないと行けない。もう一つのエレベーターを使わないと行けないことに気づくには時間がかかりました。

Śniadań nie ma. Trzaskanie drzwiami od pokoi po nocy. Zapach z ulicy. Dość głośno, ale lokalizacja super, coś za coś. Brudne okno, mogli by je myć choć raz na rok. Wykładzina na korytarzu się wałkuje, trudno jechać walizką.

前に泊まっていた方の髪の毛や髭がたくさん残っており、気持ち悪かった。ドレッサーの鏡に抜いた太めの毛がたくさんついていて吐き気がした。細かいところまで掃除をしてほしい。

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026The location is fantastic, literally 1-2 mins walk from the Myeongdong station and the main Myeongdong shopping strip. Lots of good restaurants nearby and the place is bustling at all hours of the day. The room was spacious enough and there was room cleaning done every day.
The reception area could be improoved as it doesn't give a great first impression of the hotel.

I stayed on summer season. Temperature was 30degc. But at night, the hotel didnt provide AC. They said the temp outside was cool enough. So they provide only one table fan. I travel with my wife and two children. They sleeping with sweat!!! The price was not cheap!!! And no wifi in room. If we want wifi, we need to pay deposit KRW100,000.
