Etwas abseits des Zentrum in einem netten, normalen Wohnviertel. 15 Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt, Supermärkte und Gastronomie alles in der Nähe. Auch gute Busverbindungen zum Strand, ins Zentrum ab Plaza Espana zum Flughafen. Zimmer mit Balkon. Cafeteria/Restaurant im Haus, so dass man abends noch was Trinken oder eine Kleinigkeit essen kann. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Personalul este foarte amabil, iar receptia este deschisa non stop. Exista parcare la hotel care poate fi rezervata (contra cost). Hotelul este la 20 de minute de mers pe jos de centru, dar in apropriere sunt restaurante si alte facilitati. S a facut curatenie zilnic in camera. Arata mai bine de 2 stele in realitate.

Toate camerele au paturi twin lipite sau separate. Pentru un cuplu nu este foarte comod acest aranjament. Desi curatenia a fost facuta zilnic, cearceaful de pat a fost schimbat o singura data dupa 6 zile.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Bahnhof, von dem man überall hin kommt, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal ist aufmerksam und freundlich, das Frühstück regional lecker. Ich komme immer sehr gerne hierher.

L attenzione alla pulizia della camera, la signora, a seguito della nostra richiesta di più asciugamani ha rimediato immediatamente e ogni giorno facendo attenzione alla nostra richiesta. Posizione comoda.

Il servizio parcheggio abbastanza scadente e mancanza di frigorifero in camera. Per il frigo abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di tenere degli alimenti che altrimenti avremmo buttato al bar e ovviamente per le norme igieniche non potevano aiutarci, quindi abbiamo dovuto buttare quelle cose prima del previsto, ovviamente zero acqua fredda. Per il parcheggio dicevano che ci sarebbe stata una persona h24 per aprire il garage e che sarebbe bastato farci vedere lì davanti qualora ci fosse. Il fatto più grave è stato quando una sera di ritorno da una cena fuori, non abbiamo trovato nessuno, né noi né un’altra coppia che avrebbe dovuto effettuare il check in quella sera, compreso l ingresso al garage anche per loro, a quel punto siamo scese e i ragazzi hanno dovuto cercare parcheggio nelle vicinanze, nel frattempo io fortunatamente ho trovato da sola il pulsante appena dentro al bancone della reception e ai ragazzi lo staff avevano lasciato le tessere per la stanza sul bancone senza dire nulla, gliele abbiamo trovate noi e fatto notare che quella stanza era la loro, assurdo. È successo più di una volta che non ci fosse nessuno o che dopo aver suonato più volte il clacson comunque non prestassero attenzione, quindi mi accostavo come potevo e scendevo e chiedevo la cortesia. Dovrebbero organizzarsi meglio, con qualche telecomando se possibile, tanto nel garage ci sono solo 5 parcheggi, quindi dovrebbe essere fattibile. Consiglio spassionato

The hotel is in a really good location, just far enough from the centre to be quiet and close enough to walk. Super quiet and the room came with a balcony, I was well impressed. It was comfortable, the aircon was lovely in the hot summer days I spent in the city and the shower pressure was good. The breakfast they offer is really lovely, lots of variety and plenty of nutritional options considered, as well as some local food on offer. It was super nice and the staff were quite friendly.

There was a tiny hole in the room through which a handful of ants came in. I was only staying for a couple nights, so I wasn't bothered, there were like a small amount in the corner of the bathroom, but worth mentioning if staying in the room and you notice it. Also some guests were a bit loud opening and closing the doors to the room and the balcony, which did mean a disruption of the peace sometimes, but it stopped at a relatively reasonable time.

Spotlessly clean! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of plug sockets too. Impossible to fault this hotel. We had a delicious breakfast in the cafe, which was exceptionally good value. Amazing coffee too.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, eine Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Ich hatte sogar einen Minibalkon mit grüner Wiese und einer Liege! Die Lage war top, ich bin überall ohne Probleme hingekommen und die wichtigsten Buslinien sind zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war einfach gehalten, aber lecker.

Ich hatte ein kleines Ameisenproblem im Zimmer, es war aber nicht schlimm. Mir hat tatsächlich noch ein kleiner Minikühlschrank im Zimmer gefehlt, um Getränke kühlen zu können. Die Zimmer sind leider ziemlich hellhörig, und die Zimmertür renovierungsbedürftig

This place is really good value for Mallorca. Neat, clean and modern room with good bed, good airco and clean bright bathroom. The staff was super friendly too. After talking to other people staying in other hotels, I'm convinced this hotel is really nice, and it's much better priced. Very satisfied with our stay. The neighbourhood is not amazingly attractive, but it was safe and quiet.

It is a little further from downtown but still in walking distance, and there are plenty of busses to choose from at the nearby main station (10min walk).

The reception and restaurant were beyond excellent! They were more than willing to explain everything, the service in the restaurant was great, and the receptionists were extremely kind and welcoming.

I honestly don't even know where to start. From the mold in the shower and ants on the nightstand, to the slanted sink that looks like it's about to fall off the wall. On top of that, my boyfriend got hit by the elevator doors multiple times because as soon as someone presses the button on another floor, the doors snap shut at an abnormal speed. Hig

Excellent for the price, staff could not do enough for you. Great, especially for a two star place. Air conditioning, shutters on the windows were a godsend as well. Felt safe. Was also a 10 minute walk from a main road and a bus stop/hub, plus the subway station though we didn't use it.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, dem 2 Sternekomfort entsprechend. Die Lage in einer Einbahnstraße und Zimmer nach hinten war natürlich super. Bis zum Platz de Espanol, dem Train de Soller und der Altstadt sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Frühstück war okay. Personal und Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich. Für 2 Tage würden wir wiederkommen.

El personal del hotel fue, en general, muy amable y atento durante nuestra estancia. La ubicación también es un punto positivo, ya que está aproximadamente a 10 minutos en coche del centro de Palma, incluyendo la zona de la Catedral, por lo que resulta bastante cómodo para visitar la ciudad. Además, el hotel cuenta con algunos servicios que están bien, como un pequeño gimnasio y solarium. La cafetería/restaurante también nos pareció bastante bien de precio en comparación con otros hoteles.

Lo que más nos ha decepcionado ha sido la relación calidad-precio. Pagamos 413 € por tres noches, sin desayuno ni ningún tipo de pensión, únicamente por la habitación 3 noches y 3 días de parking y nos parece un precio bastante elevado para lo que ofrece el hotel. La habitación nos pareció bastante básica: la cama, una mesa pequeña y poco más. El espacio para guardar la ropa es bastante limitado, ya que en lugar de un armario convencional hay principalmente un perchero. Por ese precio, y teniendo en cuenta otros hoteles de cuatro estrellas en los que nos hemos alojado, esperábamos unas instalaciones y unos servicios más completos. Por otro lado, el parking es bastante pequeño y resulta algo complicado aparcar. Las plazas son limitadas y hay que solicitar previamente una, por lo que maniobrar y encontrar sitio puede resultar incómodo. En general, el hotel no está mal y tiene algunos puntos positivos, pero consideramos que el precio que pagamos es demasiado elevado para las prestaciones que ofrece, por lo que esperábamos bastante más.

This hotel was just perfect! Sure I had to walk 15 minutes from the bus stop (coming from the airport) to the hotel, but the staff handed over my room key even after 23:00 because I couldn't arrive earlier due my flight, I used online check in and told them I will be arrive after check in times which was no problem at all. After receiving the room key and going up with the elevator to my room on the 4th floor, I noticed the room is very spacious, it has air conditioning, a window, blinds so there's absolutely zero sun or light coming in from outside, a television/radio, shower, toilet, sink, drinking cups, towels, hair dryer, hand-body soap/shampoo, trashcan, a chair with a desk, 2 small desks on the bed sides, small reading lights on the bed so you are able to read a book in bed for example, extra blankets in the cupboard and hangers for all your clothes. The cupboard was large and spacious too!! And most importantly, everything was spotless clean! Even in the middle of the nights there are still snackbars/fast-food restaurants open around the corner. This hotel has a gym too but I'm not there to workout, I'm there to explore the island :)

Just missed a small fridge in the room, especially in summer this would be a nice thing to have. That's it!

Rooms are fine. Food (breakfast, lunch,…) are exceptionally good.

2 Nächte zum Eclipse gucken. Reines Übernachtungshotel, spartanisch ausgestattet. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Sauberkeit top. Dito Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Betten behaglich und bequem. Klimaanlage sehr leise. Außenrollo für komplette Verdunklung top. 11 Fußminuten zum ZOB, 30 min. zur Kathedrale. Check-in flott und unkompliziert.

Bude sehr sehr hellhörig. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Peak-Season nur semi.

Very nice and super helpful staff at the reception. Cosmetic products (head and body shampoo) in bathroom. AC worked well in room. Enough storage place for clothes. Convenient location, 10 minutes walking to old town. Better than what I expect from 2 stars. Facilities are older, but maintained.

Very thin walls, one could hear everything from every room around us. Tiny bathroom, that got flooded every time we used the shower.

Bardzo fajny hotelik w przystępnej cenie. Czysto, śniadanie przyzwoite. Cena adekwatna do jakości. Duży plus, że w hotelu można kupić wodę i inne napoje w przyzwoitej cenie.

buen aire, buen servicio, limpieza. Sobre todo el servicio en general me parecio muy bueno, todos muy atentos y a ayudar.

Mi habitacion era muy pequeña, con cama pequeña, y la de mi amigo era grande con cama grande, por el mismo precio, esto no me parecio justo. Las almohadas no me gustaron.

Brasileiros passando... Ótima localização, restaurante barato, quartos confortáveis, recepção muito boa, precisamos de uma geladeira para medicamentos e eles cederam a deles. O café da manhã custa 9 euros e valeu muito a pena. Camas e toalhas muito boas, com shampoo e sabonetes.

Sem frigobar, estacionamento pago e parar na rua não é fácil, a sacada podia ter um varal.

Hotel de 2 estrellas renovado, la habitación cómoda, con buena conexión al hospital, ya que íbamos a visitar a un familiar, personal agradable.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la camera era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Staff davvero gentile! Non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio a pagamento perché ci siamo arrangiati parcheggiando nei dintorni. Colazione a buffet buona e varia; su richiesta ci hanno fornito anche il latte vegetale. Tutto perfetto.

Si trova a circa 25 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale ma lo sapevamo e per noi non è stato un problema. La doccia era comoda peccato che aprendo la porta si facesse acqua su tutto il pavimento.

La struttura è comoda, pulita e offre tutti i comfort di cui si ha bisogno. Lo staff era accogliente e super disponibile 24h su 24h. Le pulizie venivano effettuate ogni giorno, e si poteva usufruire di bar e ristorazione anche senza prenotare. Utilissimo il parcheggio (che va prenotato prima) perché le vie di palma sono piccole e piene di auto parcheggiate perciò era stupendo non dover trovare parcheggio. Anche il cibo della colazione era eccezionale!! Ci siamo trovate davvero bene, non vediamo l’ora di tornare a Palma anche perché la posizione di questo hotel era davvero super comoda!

Os quartos eram muito bons, camas confortáveis, toalhas boas, funcionários super prestativos e atenciosos, restaurante muito bom, vizinhança super tranquila e silenciosa.

Reservamos dois quartos iguais mas um deles era muito inferior ao outro. O hotel não é tão perto do centro mas da pra ir andando numa caminhada de 20 min ou de ônibus bem tranquilo. Não foi informado que para usar o estacionamento do hotel deveria ter reservado vaga, mas conseguimos parar no estacionamento próximo.

Bottled water is available for purchase at the reception. The property is located approximately 30-35 minutes from the airport, a 15-minute walk to the city center, and a 10-minute walk to the bus stop for routes to Soller, Valdemossa, and Deia. The air conditioning is good.

The soundproofing is bad, you can hear every noise from the rooms around. It could be cleaner. The room is very basic.

Excellent accueil et très bonne ambiance. Très bon rapport qualité prix/prix : chambre confortable, climatisée. Petit déjeuner buffet, restaurant avec menu du jour à 13,50€. À environ 30 minutes à pied de la cathédrale, quartier agréable (mention aussi pour un restaurant proche : Idilio )

Hotel accogliente con possibilità di parcheggio riservato (attenzione però: 52 stanze ed 8 posti auto.), comunque con un po' di fortuna , essendo ad una distanza dii circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, qualche posto si trova lì intorno. Molto utile all'arrivo il suo ristorantino a menù fisso ed il bar per una colazione veloce (è anche possibile avere una colazione continentale a 9€ p.p).

Avevamo un'auto grande e non sono riusciti l'ultima notte a mantenerci riservato iil posto da noi prenotato con molto anticipo....

The staff were all amazing. Helpful with the area, food suggestions, taxi. Really just anything you asked for the guys on reception went over and above for service. For that I would give 5 stars.

The mattresses were stained and either needed cleaning or throwing. The floors and bathrooms were fine but bedding wasn’t 100%.
