Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The staff was exceptional and welcoming. Everyone I talked to was great to work with if I needed something. I was bike packing through Portugal and one of the great parts was this hotel allowed me to bring my bike (clean) into the room which really helps me get put at ease. It also helps in the morning when I'm leaving since I can pack the bike up along with the other stuff. Breakfast was great. Pretty good spread overall. I was there for two nights. The location is great and it's quiet at night. It's close enough to the the great areas that a short walk gets to to dinner, breakfast and great food.
No elevator to the floors with rooms but I understand it's an older building.

Dato che la struttura è verticalizzata con poche camere x piano, e non essendoci ascensore, credo non sia adatta a persone con difficoltà motorie.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Habitación limpia y amplia. Localización es perfecta. Hay parking gratuito a 5 min, al otro lado del río. El desayuno correcto para 7 €, pero la sala es pequeña. Ojo, es un hostal con 3 o 4 plantas sin ascensor.
Muchas habitaciones para tan poca sala de desayuno. Hubo gente esperando. Solo hay una persona atendiendo recepción y "rellenando" las bandejas de desayuno. La cama incrustada en un hueco a la que accedes desde el pie de la misma no es lo más cómodo.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Très bon emplacement, chambre pour notre part spacieuse avec petite terrasse au calme apreciable. Gentillesse du personnel. Parking gratuit à proximité indiqué par message avant notre arrivée.
Lit double assez petit (140cm) et oreiller peu confortable selon mes critères personnels, clim assez bruyante et à noter qu'il y a des escaliers . Cependant, n'oublions pas que nous avons payé moins de 80€ avec le petit déjeuner inclu ce qui est imbattable pour notre part, à ce prix là , nous ne pouvons pas demander les mêmes exigeances qu'ailleurs.

I stayed in an apartment with a kitchen so it was spacious, with a big window, it was light, new, modern quiet and clean. The AC and wifi were working well and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There is no elevator but rooms are a good size and very quiet. €7 breakast is a good selection of fresh fruit cereal, breads, juices, cheese and assorted meats. Perfect for a stay in Tomar.

Attention si vous avez plusieurs valises, les chambres sont sur plusieurs étages et il y a beaucoup de marches à monter! Il y a deux stationnement gratuit à proximité, mais les places se remplissent vite.

O ponto menos favorável mas não é um ponto negativo pois é compreensível, é não haver elevador e as malas tem de se carregar por escadas ( o segundo andar no meu caso) , mas tudo se resolveu 😉

Room had everything we needed and check in easy. Breakfast was good value for money at 7 euros. Friendly staff. You can walk everywhere, including to the Convent.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Hotel idéalement situé. Proximité de tous commerces, cafés, bars, restaurants, parc, église....bref tout est à moins de 2 minutes à pied. Nous avons pris l'option studio et nous sommes restés agréablement étonné par la qualité de celui-ci. Spacieux, confortable, climatisé, kitchenette, machine à café, frigidaire. Literie très confortable. Salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet continental est assez bien garni et permet de repartir sans avoir faim.
Rien à voir avec l'hôtel, mais les places de parking à proximité sont rares. Un parking municipal payant est à 5 mns à pied.

It was cosy, comfortable, and a very nice place. The staff was lovely, very accommodating. It's a two-minute walk to the square, so in a great location.
Could do with a few more instructions on how to work the microwave, Nespresso machine, and the bathroom taps! Minor issues, and all sorted with a bit of patience.
