Nothing really. We had a lot of luggages so it’s was a bit of an effort heaving up the staircase. But that’s really on us.

El desayuno ya que no había fiambre ni pan sin gluten. El zumo era de botella y no había leche sin lactosa. Esperábamos algo de buffet ya que valía 7€ por persona. No hay ascensor

Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia tranquila; A localização é excelente, bem no centro de Tomar, perto dos pontos principais da cidade.

O café da manhã e básico (pão, frios, café e suco artificial) e poderia ser mais variado pelo preço. Tem estacionamento em frente mas se estiver de carro não é tão fácil achar vaga. Um frigobar no quarto faz falta, principalmente se tratando de cidade turística

Poderia ser um quarto um pouco maior mas nao me incomodou pois so fiquei uma noite . Não tinha sabonete nem outros apetrechos habituais mas eu an do sempre com eles na minha mala e portanto nao fez diferença

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Zeer eenvoudig maar gezellig pension, heel netjes en heel vriendelijk personeel. Heel goed gelegen. Het ontbijt was zeer correct. Mooi park aan de overkant van de straat.
De receptie is niet altijd open, maar na een telefoontje (nummer is duidelijk aangeduid) is de uitbater er binnen de paar minuten. Hij is zeer vriendelijk en spreekt vlot Engels. De andere personeelsleden spreken enkel Portugees, maar gebruiken een vertaalapp zodat communicatie mogelijk is. Voor ons geen probleem, maar er was geen lift.

A bit noisy in the evening, as other guests made noise, but somehow during the night it was silent and it was good to sleep.

Wo soll ich anfangen? Das Zimmer viel zu klein, und ein großes Bett reingequetscht. Ein viel zu kleines Badezimmer, ohne Lüftung aber mit ordentlich Schimmel das auch noch stinkt. Ein Lichtschalter der nicht richtig funktioniert: man kann den nur halb betätigen, dann geht das Licht aus… Morgens beim Frühstück die Diskussion das ich gerne frühstücken möchte. Die Dame wusste von nichts. Warum wurde diese Info nicht weiter kommuniziert? Man kann nämlich beim Check-in das Frühstück dazu buchen. Ein Chef der sich mehrmals entschuldigt am Tag nicht anwesend gewesen zu sein, aber am nächsten Tag, selbst um 9 Uhr nicht da war… Absolut furchtbar.

Eu não soube utilizar o ar-condicionado. Deixei frio em vez de quente.

Lo más destacable ha sido la limpieza diaria de la misma, cambio de toallas etc. Felicito al personal encargado de estas tareas. En cuanto a la Recepción, Mario, en el trato, fue siempre muy amable y simpático, además de eficiente. Por último, destacar la buena ubicación y las magníficas vistas.
Sería interesante un arreglo de la fachada y de la zona de la Recepción, para mejorar la primera impresión de la Pensión.
