The Morgan Resort Spa & Village

The property had an amazing huge infinity pool. Hot tub over looking ocean was beautiful. Staff was great and accommodating.

The is no beach access to the ocean from the resort. The hot tub jets were not working. Bed sheets were “pilled” and slightly uncomfortable. Food and drink is overpriced.

I had an amazing experience at the Morgan, what I really liked was: 1. Staff were very helpful, professional, and lovely to get to know and chat with ( a huge special shout to Hopton and Trinity for their kindness and going above and beyond to make our stay special) 2. Food was GREAT 3. The resort was always clean and felt safe! Will definitely come again!

Hopeton was great the entire portion of our stay. From greeting drinks to getting cabs and driving to the airport. You guys are lucky to have captain Hopeton on your team.

The Morgan Resort is a average hotel and the staff is really really nice, which makes the hotel tolerable. The Salt restaurant based on what I ordered wasn't good at all. The room was decent, but nothing special. The swimming pool is the only main reason why people book a room at The Morgan Resort because it's a big and nice infinity pool. I liked the complimentary free shuttle to and from the airport:) The drinks from the bar and complimentary welcome drink was delicious:)

I enjoy our visit at the Morgan . Ravi and Taj were both very helpful. The pool View is amazing! The hotel staff was nice and the drink s were good. I will be coming back to visit.

This was a great stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool balcony view was just what I needed. The food served at this resturant was top quality with large quanities. The dining staff was amazing. The live entertainment was great each night by the pool. Kimesha was the best pool side hostess, if you know you know ....only at The Morgan! Mckinley was a great server and made us laugh each morning for breakfast. Ravi was a jack of all trades, always ready to serve and help however he can and got us to the airport on time. Devin was so helpful and greated us with a welcome drink up check-in. Carlos and his charm always greeted us with a smile and a compliment. The facilities were clean and up to date. The hotel was located next to Maho beach and next to food and the airport. Great location and I would totally stay here again. Also shout out to management, this was a very smooth stay. The hallways do get a little noisy inthe mornings but it wasn't unbareable. I just didn't need an alarm clock (I am on vacation I can sleep later, lol). The atmosphere was luxury and comfort. I stayed here for my birthday trip and feel my money was well spent. My only regret was not using spa services or adding on a excursion day on day 1. I had a blast!!! Thank you to The Morgan....I miss you already.

I had an amazing stay at The Morgan Resort! Everyone was so accommodating and they made us feel right at home. Ravi was great! He made sure we had everything we needed and always gave great recommendations. From the moment we landed till the time we left, we had a blast. I was so sad to leave but will definitely be back!

I loved this hotel. The views and ambience alone are worth the stay. The food was delicious. I could lay all day in the pool area. The room was clean upon arrival and housekeeping did a great job cleaning daily. I am very particular about lighting. The room was equipped with ample lighting and I really appreciate the lighting near the full length mirror. I enjoyed the live music at night. I think the hotel is worth the price especially when you consider how close you are to Maho beach and other places of interests.

From the moment we landed at Princess Juliana Airport, the experience was seamless. The Morgan’s complimentary shuttle was waiting exactly where they said it would be, and we were checked in and settled within minutes. The King Runway View Guestroom is everything the name promises — watching jets come in low over Maho Beach from the comfort of your own room never gets old. A special mention to Trinity at the front desk, whose warmth and professionalism made every interaction feel genuinely personal. She remembered us by name, anticipated our needs before we even asked, and made us feel like VIP guests from arrival to checkout. At the bar, Nick and Valerie were absolutely outstanding. Their cocktails were exceptional, their energy was contagious, and they created the kind of atmosphere that keeps you at the bar far longer than you planned. They are the heartbeat of this hotel’s social scene and deserve every bit of recognition they can get. The infinity pool with its direct runway view is one of the most unique settings we have ever experienced — there is truly nothing like sipping a cocktail while a 747 skims over your head. The rooftop observation deck is equally spectacular, especially at sunset. The free breakfast buffet was generous, fresh, and the perfect way to start each morning before heading out to explore the island. We stayed twice during our trip — once on arrival and once returning from St. Barts — and both stays were equally wonderful. The Morgan is not just a hotel, it is an experience. If you are visiting St. Maarten and want a property that combines genuine luxury with real character and exceptional staff, look no further. The pool area was lovely

When I checked out I paid for the room charges by cash. However 3 days later I realised they have taken the same amount of money out of my credit card. I have raised a dispute and also contacted the hotel to check their CCTV as believe the receptionist has pocketed the money !!! I am reporting the matter

I had a wonderful time! The staff was amazing! Thanks to Trinity (front desk), Luke (greeted us with rum punch and provided us with a list of must try restaurants), Shermila (served us amazing dishes with a beautiful smile), and Chelsey ( sharing tips and referrals for visiting the French side). An amazing time with wonderful and pleasant staff. The at the resort was delicious, rooms were clean, and the view by the poolside was breathtaking. A must visit

From check-in to checkout, the service was great! Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, including the pool staff. The pool area was so beautiful and had such a relaxing, aesthetic atmosphere. The woman who checked us in (I believe her name was Perla) was so kind. Our room felt very clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job. There was one older housekeeper in particular who was especially sweet, but I unfortunately can’t remember her name. We were sad to leave, but Carlos made our departure just as pleasant. He was very helpful with our luggage and wouldn’t even let us lift a finger. The service from everyone truly made our stay memorable. One thing to keep in mind when booking - if you reserve a pool-view room, it will be on the first floor. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Hotel service is prompt , the staff are nice and pleasant, the manager to the gift shop (TRINITY) is AMAZING and will help with anything you need, the clerk (CARLOS) is funny and helpful. The ambience at the hotel is top tier. You will not be disappointed! BOOK MORGAN RESORT !!!

I had an amazing stay at The Morgan Resort & Spa. The property is absolutely beautiful, cleanliness, with modern rooms, breathtaking ocean views, and an incredible infinity pool that made every day feel like a luxury getaway. The staff was warm, professional, and always willing to help, and Carlos in particular was especially helpful and welcoming, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Our stay at the Morgan was wonderful. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Our housekeeper Melonie did such a great job on our room. Everyday our room was clean and fresh. The guys were very friendly and accommodating. They were nice enough to stop at the store on our way in. Not to forget about how beautiful the hotel is especially the pool area. 10/10 would recommend!

The Norgan was a wonderful escape for my family! The pool is heavenly and each staff member is helpful and attentive. Our room was serviced by Prchelto Roselone and she did a fantastic job. The room had ample room and storage for my family of three!

We were grateful for you and your amazing drinks! Carlos!!!! I asked Carlos top three LOCAL places to go, and his recommendations did NOT disappoint! Last, but NOT least, Aaliyah (I may be spelling that wrong, I’m sorry girl). Talk about an angel on EARTH! I wanted to keep her and take her back to Miami with me! She was so kind to set up a birthday surprise for my friend, and she’s just THAT girl! If you want a fun, lively, and vibey place to enjoy pool side food and true island hospitality, you won’t be disappointed with The Morgan or any of the staff I listed above! And please remember, tips with this staff are ALWAYS encouraged! They work REALLY hard out in the sun all day while we lay out! Before the end of your trip, you’ll consider them all family!

I stayed at the Morgan and absolutely loved every employee that I encountered! The service was excellent and the food was amazing! Perla and Lidie were two employees that I can’t forget! The staff at the Salt restaurant were also amazing! I will definitely be back!

Great pool, close to airport.

Room was not ready at check in time 4pm instead we had to wait 2hours while constantly asking for updates. Front desk staff was extremely rude to us and other guests who were also waiting for their rooms that were not ready at check in time. There was no wifi in the room until the next day when we were leaving (I have pictures for proof). When inquiring about it we were told by reception that servers were down and it would be up and running momentarily (we were told the same line at 7pm and at 10pm and 12am. Also the rooms were falling apart not up to par for the $600/night.

Carlos was amazing! He was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the resort and island. I would recommend the Morgan to anyone. Be sure you ask for Carlos!

My family and I traveled to St. Marteen in 2024 and recently and stayed at the Morgan Resort Spa June 2026 & Village both times. We would like to acknowledge Gabriella and from the first time we met Gabriella “Gabby” in 2024 she was attentive, professional, and personable. We were very excited to see her when we were recently there from June 13-June 19 2026. She remembered us and she provided excellent customer service! She’s hard working and takes pride in ensuring we the guests have an amazing experience at THE MORGAN! We also we’re glad to see Carlos again helping us with our luggage. Getting us in and out of our taxi and always being pleasant. He always looked out for us ensuring we were ok! He gave us honest food reviews for the best local places to eat! We stayed at the resort for a birthday celebration and from the jump they were very welcoming. Even with a delayed flight the team welcomed us with open arms. Trinity is such a sweetheart and pivotal person in our trip. She helped us with local food recommendations and shopping areas and constantly checked in on us, which made our experience 10/10. Carlos was a pleasant and prompt employee, he cracked jokes and made conversations with us and ensured our wait times for our vehicles were not long at all. Overall, this was an amazing resort and an amazing staff that makes you definitely book again!

Perla provided amazing customer service! She was very personable, friendly and professional. She made our stay feel extra comfortable after a long day of traveling. The manager on site working with Perla also provided great customer service. The local of the hotel was great as well and easy to navigate other spots.

The property was really nice. Beautiful decor when entering the property, amazing view of the pool and ocean. Good food and majority of staff were friendly. They also have a welcome drink which was nice!

Staff took longer than expected with providing room key. Requested a possible high floor but was told nothing was available without checking the system for validation. The bathroom was not fully clean. Leftover floss pick which was gross to see and the ceiling tile was moved which gave creepy vibes. It almost made me think the room hadn’t been checked in a while.

Salt restaurant bar was amazing food and service. The views were magnificent just from sitting at the tables. The front desk staff were very attentive. Nyell checked me in very quickly and helped me extend my stay as well. He made sure my stay was problem free and perfect. My room was gorgeous as well. My hostess Louisina was so kind and patient. She offered any requests I had. Made sure I was doing well throughout the entire service. I will be asking for her every time I eat here during lunch hours. I would recommend this resort for solo travelers if you want to have the perfect experience. Very clean and friendly.

In English: After staying at Morgan Resort, I cannot recommend it to travelers who are looking for a hotel or resort experience that matches its price point and advertised standard. The property is modern, the rooms are attractive, and everything looks great in the photos. Unfortunately, once the initial visual impression fades, it becomes clear that the service falls well below what should be expected from a 4-star hotel. The biggest issue is the staff. With the exception of the valet attendants and one waitress who were genuinely friendly and professional, the service throughout our stay felt cold, indifferent, and at times uncomfortable. I am not expecting luxury-level pampering or excessive friendliness. I am talking about basic hospitality standards that should be normal at any hotel in this category. The overall impression is that there is a significant lack of customer service training and a weak service culture throughout the property. What disappointed me most was the poor value for money. Our stay cost approximately USD 3,500. At that price point, I expected a genuine resort experience. Instead, it felt more like renting a modern apartment in a condominium with a pool. Nice to look at, but lacking the service, atmosphere, and hospitality that justify premium rates. I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels around the world, which gives me a solid basis for comparison. For the same budget, I would have much rather rented a high-end Airbnb or private villa with more space, greater privacy, better amenities, and ultimately a more enjoyable experience. If your only priority is staying in a modern property close to the airport, this hotel may be sufficient. However, if you are looking for a true resort experience, quality hospitality, professional service, and a stay that feels worth the money, I would strongly recommend exploring other options before booking.

No access to the beach Swimming pool is old and the water is not clean…..water marks on the walls which have not been cleaned. Disappointing outdoors. Restaurant food expensive and not good. The arugula and pear salad was awful with cheese that was too ripe and the pear was a mash (not fresh/ compote in a jar instead). Breakfast baguette was uncooked inside.
