Outstanding service from the office staff - I forgot some personal items in the room and the hotel staff made sure it'd be found and then kept for me to arrange a pick-up. Direct beach access, super laid-back vibe. Perfect place for an over-night layover. Helped arrange transfer back to the airport.

Location and rooms with walk out beach access were newly renovated.

The location was convenient and the property itself was clean and functional, which we appreciated. However, our overall experience was overshadowed by a serious concern I have detailed in the section below, so it is difficult to focus only on the positives.

However, our overall experience was overshadowed by a serious concern I have detailed in the section below, so it is difficult to focus only on the The property advertises itself as "pet friendly," yet during our entire stay we were confronted daily with what we can only describe as animal cruelty. Several beautiful birds were kept in extremely small, cramped cages, far too tiny for animals whose very nature is to fly free. We passed these cages up to four times a day, coming and going, and each time it was distressing to witness. These birds are clearly kept on display for the admiration of guests, but keeping them confined in such minimal enclosures is neither ethical nor acceptable. It deeply disappointed us and cast a shadow over what should have been a relaxing stay. I have attached photos as evidence. I want to state clearly that I intend to follow up on this. If nothing is done, I will be contacting the relevant authorities and pursuing every avenue available to ensure these birds are released or relocated to an appropriate facility, such as a bird sanctuary, one of which exists in Saint Martin. This is not a threat but a commitment: no animal deserves to live like this for the sake of decoration, and I will actively monitor the situation until it is resolved.

Great location on the beach with fun plane watching opportunities. Loved the bar and friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

The food quality was average for the price. Was hoping it was a bit better. The view from the restaurant can't be beat though.

The location was perfect. It was easy access to the airport and it is literally on the beach.

The room needs an upgrade.

De ligging en mooie tuin. De bedden waren goed. Vriendelijk personeel. De service die ze bieden. Shuttle vliegveld. Wij hadden probleem met warm water. Dit werd perfect opgelost.

Kamer is wat gedateerd. Maar ze zijn druk met renovatie. De menu kaart voor diner viel wat tegen. Houd rekening met het vliegveld. Na 21uur is het rustig maar om 7uur in de ochtend gaan ze weer open.

Iedereen is erg vriendelijk en behulpsaam. De sfeer is lekker relex en ontspanne. Alles is schoon en opgeruumd.

Als je langer in het resort bent is de menu kaart voor ontbijt en dinner erg beperkt.

The hotel is really close to the airport and a beach

The owners dogs bit my dog in an unprovoked attack.

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. The resort is right on the beach with lovely views. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

The Garden View room had no view, but there was a beautiful garden area we walked through to get to the room. We didn't spend much time in the room.

Die Lage war absolut traumhaft,direkt am Meer. Von der hauseigenen Terrasse aus hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Rollfeld der Flughafen und den Sonnenuntergang. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und preislich top. Das Personal war sehr bemüht Wünsche zu erfüllen und immer freundlich und herzlich. Die gesamte Anlage war wunderschön,gepflegt und vermittelte ein tolles Urlaubsfeeling. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

We booked the Deluxe Loft, it's literally 10 steps from the beach. The beach bar is great, Cornel does a good job in serving cold and affordable drinks, food is good. The runway is close, avgeeks will enjoy, the noise is ok since only short per t/o and landing. Airport closes 7pm-7am.

All good. Service in the restaurant could use an additional smile.

Location right in the beach, walk out of your hotel room into the sand! What more can you ask for! Room was updated and very clean. Great value 5 minute ride to the other side of the airport great location!! $10.00taxi ride. If you want to use their shuttle to get around $15.00 for 3 ppl fair price

Most everything was great! Food was good, bfrst you order coffee and if you ask for more than two cups you are charged for the third cup of coffee. I thought this was a bit much for a hotel to charge for additional coffee. Although I paid for a third cup, I got over it! Good was fair but pretty good overall. Tv can be tricky two different remotes had to ask for help. Over will stay here again .

I love this property, trust me is 10 times better when you there in person. You guys should improve the pic of the place because this place was amazing and beautiful I didn’t expect that, the view at the restaurant was incredible, friendly staff, the cats and the dogs are so friendly. It was super chill and the beach was amazing too. The location was great as well !!! 🫶🏽 hopefully I can come back soon.

Das Essen war sehr gut, das Hotel lag direkt an einem schönen Strand. Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort verbracht . Hotel ist direkt am Flughafen, das war von Vorteil

Das Souterrainzimmer entpuppte sich als muffiger Kellerraum, der Boden war schmierig. Das Frühstück war um ein vielfaches teurer als bei booking angegeben. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir abgefertigt, dass das Hotel keine Zimmer mit Frühstück anbietet und dieses immer individuell a la carte bezahlt werden muss

A lovely beach hotel with incredibly friendly staff

Chambre choisie était simple, en demi-sous-sol, spacieuse. L'hôtel est très bien situé, l'alimentation est très bonne, le bar très bien équipé et la plage somptueuse vraiment à quelques mètres.

Nice beach, chairs on beach were great, staff was friendly. Close to airport if you don’t like hearing airplanes this isn’t the resort for you. Room had updated washroom.

Everything! Wonderful location, staff went above and beyond every day, food was unreal, bar was awesome, beautiful beach, super clean....

We liked the size of the room, access to the beach, the "nature preserve" type of facility (fauna and flora), the on site restaurant and bar, the AC units and the proximity to the airport. Lastly, my daughter forgot her expensive shoes after we checked-out. We called several days later and they still had them and put them off to the side for us. That was a huge relief for us!

The proximity to the airport means you hear and feel every jet that takes off and lands. There were some ants in our child's first room, but the staff were able to switch rooms for us.

The second room I got was a basement room and the sewage backed up into the shower and made the entire room smell all like a sewer all night long until I was able to checkout as early as possible.
