Reviewed Aug 31, 2026My wife and I stayed here last Friday to Sunday, Shaz is so accommodating and so friendly. I booked this for a short break to celebrate my wife’s birthday, the location is excellent so close to all shops,bars and restaurants. The room was first class clean and comfy bed.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Sharon was exceptionally lovely. Really helpful and nice. The room was really clean and a great space to be in with great facilities. The hotel was in a fantastic situation for the sea front, the Blackpool Tower and the town. We had a really nice time and the hotel and Sharon were the perfect place to return to after a day out. Sharon also has a small shop at the front of the hotel which we loved.

The room was very well equipped, cleanest I've seen in Blackpool, and had little touches in the bathroom which showed a lot of thought. From now on we will only ever book The Carlton and have found our happy place there. 😊

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026I liked everything, I can’t fault our stay at all. Sharon and her family are so friendly and welcoming, from the moment I got out my car they couldn’t do enough for us. The property was spotlessly clean, smelt so fresh, the rooms had everything you could need, the beds were comfortable and we felt safe and at home. I have been staying in Blackpool for 15 years for dancing and I can honestly stay I have never stayed in a nicer place, we will 100% be returning. Thank you Sharon 😍

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The property was central for the town and any attractions. It was clean everything worked as it should. Sharon and her mum were lovely and chatted to us on arrival. There is nothing bad to say about this little hotel.
There was no parking but the car park was only a short walk away and £20 for 48hrs. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. No complaints from us, it was cheap and cheerful and definitely worth the money. I would 100% stay there again.

The hotel is clean and smelled lovely the minute you walked in the front door. The rooms were small but adequate and again very clean. The overall stay was excellent, good location to the winter gardens which was about a 2 min walk and within easy walking to the promenade. If we visit from Glasgow again I would definetely stay here
