Hotel Four Seasons

I traveled with a group of 8 on a trip with our nonprofit. We were all pleased with our rooms, which were large, clean and comfortable. The wifi was good. There is an onsite restaurant with a good variety. The continental breakfast was limited in choices, but what was served was good - breads, eggs, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. Other options were available. The location was good, easy uber ride to various places to eat and shop, and the hotel is secure and gated. The staff was very pleasant.

Clean room, quiet hotel

The room was very clean, staff very quiet, shop very close by , didn’t use the hot tub but it looked good

Everything was great and I enjoyed my stayed. I love it there!

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the property was beautifully maintained. I truly enjoyed my stay at The Four Seasons.

everything was on point

Parking space are too tight

Good

I recommend this place

The staff were exceptional, warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any questions you might have. From the front office staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff and grounds staff, all were courteous and friendly. I enjoyed the family atmosphere in a smaller hotel compared to a large hotel where you are just a number. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely chose to stay there again, when next I visit. Jamaica.

This is my fourth time and my second home, had an excellent experience !!!

Great central location. Room had everything we needed and a lovely balcony, no complaints.

Its ok.

Private, clean and friendly environment

I was traveling for Business and its ok. You have some touristic stops near, like the Bob Marley Museum and "Devon House", a nice place to Dinner, Ice Cream and fun. Also you have some fast Food Restaurants near the hotel. But always used Uber for Transportation, its safe and chip.

Everything about the property was okay

Mattress uncomfortable

Ac caise me to have sore throat

Decent property, especially for the price

I like that a tour driver is attached to the hotel which is very convenient once he available. The property is surrounded by trees which we really liked.

We vist Jamaica for the local food and fun Why is the continental breakfast American food and we are charge for the local dishes. The jacuzzi is advertised but does work

This is like my sixth stay here. I stayed for 7 nights. I really enjoyed it. I had a slight matter and Mr. Brown (I think his first name begins with T.) was very helpful (and this was about after 10pm). He immediately figured out a resolution to ensure the issue was resolved in the interim. He also followed up in the morning and he really went above and beyond. These level of customer service is always greatly appreciated. Judith and the rest of the kitchen staff are always amazing !!!! Breakfast is always really good. This used to be my go-to hotel but I started staying at another hotel because I do not like the color of the comforters. I really hope they upgrade them to white to give the place a more modern feel. Outside of that, I love this place. It gives a nice outdoor feel as well. I get to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere.

El hotel es bonito, con mucho hardía. Al no ser tan grande es especialmente tranquilo y acogedor

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 3/4 vacationing Jamaica. The staff is amazing. Shout out to the dining room staff that looked after me every day . Also the front office staff that help get me situated in a new room. Thank you all for making my stay wonferful

The only thing no microwave in the room. This was a big disappointment.

Property is nice with great customer service

How does this hotel get away with calling themselves Four Seasons? 😄 I thought it was getting the real deal not the knock off version!

The food was great but it’s not a luxury hotel just a family style homely atmosphere. But watch the mango tree they fall every two mins but overall it was a decent stay

Excellent Service,Great Staff !!!!

I liked the location of the property. Very central to us and also quiet. The room and grounds are maintained to a high standard and there is parking. The jacuzzi was not working which is a shame. Staff were pleasant. The food menu had a lot to offer, and I enjoyed the food including the continental breakfast. Would visit again.

Quiet affordable clean and every one is polite

I was awaken by persons using the pool at 11pm making alot of noise right until 2pm . Also the room was not clean i would reder to get a refund . Seevice poor . Bed uncomfortable

Very clean.

Safe

The entire staff is amazing. Joy in the rest lays has a smile and is professionally attentive. Jada at the front desk is always eager to help when asked. I’ve been to many hotels on stays here Kingston. If staying in Kingston I only recommend Four Seasons for your family, business, or vacation trips. Most professionally managed hotel on the island. May 8th to12th may. First let me say, my stay was lovely I had my daughter with me and we both had a great time, lovely breakfast dining except breakfast was quite repetitive every day if you don’t pay for additional breakfast. The hotel grounds was lovely and well kept the pool was fantastic very clean and fresh every day. One complain my daughter have really sensitive skin and was bitten by bed bugs very badly. I had to take her to the pharmacy and get her medication. Since we returned it has got better but she has light skin and she is now covered with very dark spots all over. This was not mosquitos the way the bites was on her skin was definitely bed bugs. We were in the same room and my bed was fine. I sat on her bed the first night and felt a sting but I ignored it the second day I thought it was mosquito bite then I notice there was hardly any mosquito in the room. Please get this check out. The hotel is beautiful and I wouldn’t want any one else to experience this especially children. Overall the service was great everyone was friendly. I hope I visit again soon 😊

The lady who checked me in was very rude

Microwave would be good more towel

Don’t go to the French restaurant

The friendly staff

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a place to stay. However in the dining room my only concern is after removing the used plates they set the table without sanitizing the table or removing the table cover and just put the utensils down. My suggestion is to wrap the utensils in the napkin which also prevents flys from perching on them.

It was a good stay.

It was a great place to stay

I was sceptical at first but when I got there and checked in the staff at the front counter made me comfortable, great service great location amazing breakfast. Big shoutout to Janet keep up the good work thanks again for everything.

Professional clerk at the front desk

This property was home away from home. I loved the ambiance, it made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely somewhere I would recommend.

Thanks to the good customer service’s from the reception desk, server's, house keeper’s, and security team. Everyone was real welcoming and helpful for the 7 days that I stayed in Kingston, Jamaica. Hopefully the next time I visit Jamaica the Hotel will have bartender’s by the pool side. This is the only request that I have 😎✨

4 Seasons is my home away from home in Kingston. Great Staff, Easy parking, unless there is a major function,. Safe and Convenient. Reasonable prices.

You're met with gated security to enter the premises and that was the 1st ✓ The staff is super courteous, professional, and accommodating! ✓ I'm a woman going through certain changes lol and AC is imperative! It took a short while for the unit to kick in but the young ladies at the desk came to check on the room to make sure it was cooling off and I appreciate that so much! Only here for 1 night so I didn't get to indulge in breakfast or dinner. Overall I would stay here any time I'm in Kingston!! Bless Up!

The staff were pleasantly warm and welcoming. The food and wait staff was impeccable . Definitely going back. Miss Earl and her entire staff were amazing.

Upon arrival the safe was great, for check in to dinning and at breakfast, everyone was pleasant, and greet us with an professional approach. Full of smiles 😃

The hospitality at the hotel was excellent.

Older property, and it's age shows in the decor and furnishings. AC didn't work well at all. Clean and well maintained grounds. Food was good in the restaurant and service a great. Overall, a decent hotel that could be a great hotel if some updates were made.

Very quiet and clean

The property is beautiful....the staff and guests are friendly. I felt safe because security is always there

Hotel Four Seasons is always a great choice for a wonderful stay in Kingston.

The compound is quiet , nicely kept and beautiful..l love the fact that the security routinely checks the property…l think the bathrooms especially the baths need some repair …the staff is very nice

Spaciousness and parking

Very satisfied. Value for money.

Fair price quality for the price. Pretty property

&

Location and parking on-site

Nice place very quiet and nice staff

Friendly supportive staff. Hotel is centrally located close to everything.

I love everything

Hotel Four Seasons is in private grounds in a quiet, relatively secluded area in northern Kingston. The hotel is good quality with nice rooms, a small swimming pool area, good dining facilities and excellent and friendly staff. The dining facilities are extra important since we were told you don't go out at night in Kingston and there didn't appear to be anywhere else to go in the neighbourhood. Evening dinner was good and reasonable value (though very slow service) and breakfast was good also. Did I say quiet area? Yes at night - but not in the morning. There is a school next door with a very loud drill master addressing the schoolkids with an extra large loudspeaker - so don't expect a sleep-in in the morning. Anything else? The hotel is located within a 10 minute taxi ride of the Bob Marley museum - a must-see in Kingston (in fact, I don't think there's anything else to see!)

The room was outdated and had cobwebs .

Safe and quiet- wonderful breakfast!

Easy check in process, dissapointed that the room did not have king bed requested in the booking process.

The staff were ver friendly and

I enjoyed relaxing in the oval pool near my room. Food in the restaurant was excellent, although a few items listed on the menu were unavailable. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit too firm and dense for my liking. Landscaping was amazing, especially the large tree near check-in. The porch had been built around it, from the floor and through the porch roof.

Very lovely staff and beautiful property grounds. Will be back!

We had a great stay at the Four Seasons! The staff is amazing and incredibly friendly and helpful! While we found the rooms a bit outdated, everything was kept neat and clean. It was also a bit disappointing that the poolside bar was not actually usable. The food was also very good and would’ve loved the option to have all meals inclusive not just breakfast.

The hotel is very quiet, clean, the staff is very friendly and the food is very good

Safe Area good workers

It is an affordable option for a short stay in Kingston.

Some staff are not attentive to guests needs. I would recommend additional customer service training. Facility is dated, updates needed. Room was horrible the AC leaked all the nights we stayed. Bed kept sliding, mattress was uncomfortable. Updates are definitely needed.

Clean, central location

breakfast and lunch staff not nice!

I booked this Hotel because their website said breakfast included but was told by the receptionist AFTER check-in that continental breakfast is only toast and eggs and that I have to pay extra for Jamaican breakfast. DECIETFUL practice. The bar by the pool was not open during my stay. They will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. You have to pay extra for a microwave in your room too. The housekeeping staff is very pleasant and kept the room clean. Convient location but it is not worth the price and I WILL NOT book here again.

Not much variation re continental break fast.

The staff are polite and friendly.

The main problem was that the complimentary breakfast was very poor with the same thing every day and no provision for a vegetarian diet. There were no laundry machines, and high expense for the laundry that was done. $78.00 US for 12 days.

Everything

Very nice property. Good food and spacious rooms. Wonderful architecture and furnishings. Will definitely go back

It very quite, clean and it close to shopping area for food.

Hotel was clean, quiet and staff was professional.

Very clean and friendly.

Quite

A little tired but comfortable. The food was good value with friendly service; wide range on menu. Gym non existent and pool service was hard for others to arrange. We slept well and there was tea and coffee in the room which was better than other hotels z

Clean and convenient

clean and nice

A very homely feel

Loved Everything

The property makes no provisions for reporting an accident / incident. If this property has none, as was asked of the Night Manager, or no policies when a guest is injured due to neglect, that may lead to legal actions being lodged when they do occur.

Generally the staff was good, but for the life of me i i just couldn't and i still can't understand why their guest can't leave a ckearly address package at the front desk for someone to collect. Why, why and why?

It was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good.

In the heart of New Kingston that there was this tranquil place with great staff and food. Can’t wait to come back. The food was absolutely amazing. Thank you for making this a memorable experience.

I liked that the property was swept and common areas kept clean throughout the day. Did not get to enjoy the pool and spa facilities because of my hectic schedule. Guest/dining experience was good. Overall I was very pleased with my stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. Next time I anticipate my stay to be longer, so I will have more to say

No bar open, restaurant had very limited menu, no entertainment on a Friday night.
