BREAKFAST SUCKS EVERY MORNING IT WAS BROWN STEW CHICKEN LITTLE OR NO FRUITS BUT OVERALL THE STAFF AT BREAKFAST WAS VERY POLITE AND EFFICENT. SOME OF THE HOUSE KEEPER DO NOT CHANGE THE BEDDING OR MOP THE FLOOR.

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms with good air-conditioning. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Nice pool, perfect for a morning swim.

I found the lack of power outlets in the room a bit of an issue when it came to charging mobil devices, especially if there's 2 guests in the room.

Great locations, check in took a long time due to one guest, nice protected parking area as it is a gated club. Breakfast was good. Room was large and A/C worked well. Easy to find and drive around to.

The room was a little dated and bed was hard as a rock, but overall good for a short stay

The history of the club and pool

It was very old fashioned it needs to be modernised. The shower rail was rusty, settee in bedroom was full of stains.

The property is cosy and the staff are super friendly.

Loved the Jamaican breakfast. woukd return just for this. Staff was incredible polite and so helpful.

hair dryer was broken, continental breakfast (eggs and toast took long time to prepare) so just be aware if children do want this.

The location was convenient staff were helpful and The room was clean.

I think they could have had a little bit more hot beverages choices apart from tea and coffee and the room needed a little bit more renovation of keep like the door to the balcony.

La piscina era una charca caliente sin ningún sistema de limpieza, no era muy seguro el baño. El restaurante deja mucho que desear, a la hora de cenar no tenían ni la mitad de la carta, son muy lentos. Avisamos si íbamos a tener algún problema con el desayuno porque somos vegetarianos y nos dijeron que no, que era buffet… el buffet eran cuatro ollas de pescado, ternera y un verduras hervidas sin sal, la única opción que tuvimos para desayunar. El personal tampoco es muy atento y parece que les moleste.

i like that its near everything safe area easy to get an uber and a rental office is around the corner and a park is also near the hotel the employs are nice and accommodating i like the old style of the building

the breakfast range is not that great, the room is clean but everything is worn, walls are dirty shower drain floods requires repair toilet door wont close the room door is not sealing properly and can hear everything outside like they are inside the room especially in the morning when gardening work is done and a little bit of ear will keep the door moving and slamming

Excellent location in a very safe neighborhood in Kingston closed to Devon House and Bob Marley Museum.

The breakfast was all Jamaican food and nothing else on offer and you we finally found out that you had to ask for a cooked English Breakfast.

Very Disappointing Experience at The Liguanea Club My experience at The Liguanea Club in Jamaica was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The bathroom had visible mold, the sink was leaking, there was a period when we had no running water, and the cable was turned off. These are basic things that should be properly maintained when guests are paying to stay at a hotel. A clean bathroom, working plumbing, running water, and the amenities that are supposed to come with the room are not too much to expect. I reported the problems and asked for a refund because of the condition of the accommodation, but I was told no refund would be given. That made the experience even more frustrating. I did not receive the quality or comfort that I paid for. I’m leaving this review so other travelers can be aware of my experience before deciding to book The Liguanea Club. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.

I booked a four-day stay, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I left after the first night. The bathroom had visible mold, the sink was leaking, there was no running water for a period of time, and the cable was turned off. I reported these problems and asked for a refund for the remaining days I could not stay, but my request was refused. I was extremely disappointed with both the condition of the property and how my concerns were handled.

The staff was very kind ,pleasant and made you feel overly welcomed . A very special things to Jermaine Malcolm , Roxanne along with the other front desk associates and Brianna from the kitchen There was so much more to the place than just a place the rest your head. The food was delicious swimming , tennis and handball. Playing . I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again.

The pictures on the app appeared to make the rooms seem and bigger than they actually were. TV in our room didn't work, and despite asking to have it fixed it still didn't work.

Location is central to where we needed to get to. The Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Facilities are good for a short stay.

Breakfast choice is limited. The shower was lukewarm even at it's maximum level. Perhaps longer shower curtains would improve the shower experience.

It was close to restaurants and Emancipation Park. The room has an iron and ironing board. There was warm water to bathe in. A continental breakfast was provided.

Overall, I was satisfied. Nothing sticks out as so.ethung I disliked.

I had provided flight and time of arrival information, however, when I arrived at 10:30 PM no one was in reception, they had gone home for the night. I had to round around trying to find some. I finaly spoke with a guard who asked me to wait while he found out information. I was left in the lobby waiting for about 45 min. guard came back with a key to a room. Breakfast did not start until 7:00 AM if you have ever been in kingston, Janmaica you need to be out by 7:00 AM to beat the traffic and get to your meeting on time, therefore, I could not have breakfast.

Breakfast need to be available at the time specified. Management need to pay attention as when I stay at the hotel it’s usually because I have tournaments and so breakfast is very important or at least coffee need to be on time.

The location is fantastic. Close to all the necessary amenities like shopping centre, pharmacy and food places.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, amazing WiFi connectivity, comfortable beds, tennis court available if you wanted to use and a great gym that opened up really early. I enjoyed the real Jamaican food! Fresh tasting yellow yam and sweet potatoes. The best in a long time!

The patio door seemed frail, and the first night I was a little nervous….can someone enter from there while I sleep? However, I prayed and trust God for my safety. I slept well every night after that. A little improvement on that door would be good.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were really friendly and acted on feedback given. Very good value for money.

A little gem in Kingston town, a lovely space to relax and explore the locality. Polite and friendly staff, close to local amenities and popular tourist attractions.

The staff are exceptional. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful with any local queries that I had. The grounds and public areas are beautifully kept, a good onsite gym, lovely swimming pool. The room was comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect, in the heart of New Kingston with easy access to restaurants, banks etc. I went for my early morning walk at Emancipation Park which is barely 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Just a 10 minute walk to catch the Knutsford Express to my next location or the airport.

The room could do with some updating including having two working bedside lamps. There was one bedside lamp and it wasn't working.

Excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Meals are 10/10.

The place is like vintage, and very quiet. The room was comfortable with a lot of space and a desk for remote working.

The breakfast is very simple. For bread they have only bagels, and not toasted.

No juice. Only one server, she was never at the table. Kept on walking away as if she she did not want to work; not approachable, appears you're bothering her. had the same experience for 3 mornings, same server.

Nothing....not a satifyiing stay this time. Was totally disappointed with my overall stay. Started from the room. Shower dirty with hair in the shower. Empty dispenser in shower. Hair was seen on the 2 lotion bottles sitting on the counter, one was half empty, no shampoo, no soap. Jamaican breakfast was ok, but constantly told you can't get this plus that, we don't have enough. Continental breakfast was never ready. Breakfast late, was always cold, no fruits, except a whole lot of mangoes that one that picked up. No juice. Only one server, she was never at the table. Kept on walking away as if she she did not want to work; not approachable, appears you're bothering her. had the same experience for 3 mornings, same server. On one occasion the receptionist had to go inside the back area and got individual glasses of juice for each guest present. TV did not work, per staff they are in the process of changing out the boxes. A/C stopped working, maintenance had to reset it.

The location is always a win. In the heart of new Kingston so you can't lose. Excellent service as always.

The television was down most of the time, which was an ISP issue. But, that creaky bed was a challenge.

I would like to start off saying it’s a calm and peaceful environment. your staffs are well mannered and helpful but the person that stood out for me was a female called mekada she’s a life saver throughout the entire booking to appearing journey and I would love for you guys to help me commending her for her excellent customer service.

Although the food isn’t bad there have been many changes in the restaurant . The continental breakfast is average at best and you should have the option of ordering what you want and not be forced to eat the buffet . I know the Liguenea Club will figure this out .
