A reserva pelo booking, paguei o pequeno almoço ao booking, e no hotel me cobraram novamente, falaram que a plataforma não informou o Pg do pequeno almoço . Que tinha que pagar novamente. Enfim paguei novamente.

Location a little too far from the centre of Porto if you aren't fit to walk far, but transport with bus or tram right outside the door. Lack of views from the bedroom. Bathroom had a couple of cracked tiles and moldy grout in the shower

A cama e as almofadas eram extremamente confortáveis. A dimensão da casa-de-banho. O pequeno-almoço, muito bom (pena não ter Champagne ou espumante de qualidade). Os funcionários, ficando difícil destacar qualquer um, pois todos foram de extrema competência e simpatia.

A limpeza do quarto, em geral, pecou sempre um pouco. Pouco espaço para arrumos…O bar do Hotel poucas vezes esteve em funcionamento…Não ter um verdadeiro espaço onde fosse possível manter reuniões. A lavandaria bastante cara.

The historical building and the hotel decoration. Breakfast is pricy but very vast choice. Room is quite design but size wise a bit small but very nice shower etc. I liked the location as it is 10 mins walk to.city center...far away from huge turistic crowds. There is tram 1 just right outside the hotel.

The location is away from the main area and you would have to take a bus or Uber. It would have been nice to have a gym.

The staff at Vincci Porto were absolutely lovely — from reception and the bell staff who helped with our luggage to the bar staff, everyone was kind, warm and genuinely happy to help.

Unfortunately, the main downside was the cleanliness and condition of our suite. The carpet was very worn and heavily stained, to the point that I preferred wearing slippers in the room. My brother is allergic to dust mites and his allergies became particularly bad during our stay, requiring him to take antihistamines regularly. The wonderful staff were definitely the highlight, but the rooms, particularly the carpets, could really benefit from a deep clean and refurbishment.

Tudo foi ótimo! Excelente pequeno-almoço almoço em quantidade, qualidade e variedade. Cama muito confortável. Casa de banho com produtos de qualidade.

O preço do estacionamento é elevado. Apesar de ter pedido upgrade para quarto com vista para o Rio Douro, achei o preço elevado. O quarto ficava voltado para o interior.

Когда идут мероприятия, то набережную могут перекрыть и общественным транспортом не добраться до отеля. Мы как раз попали на такую ситуацию с авиашоу. Однако можно дойти до центра минут за 15. Если концерты на улице, то тоже может быть шумно, но это может быть и плюсом - рядом тусовка)

La habitación estaba limpia, el colchon era cómodo, la temperatura de la habitación era agradable y la ubicación es buena. Y destacar que el personal es muy atento.

The cleaners

Gostámos da adaptação do edifício histórico a hotel, com o seu ar industrial. O quarto era silencioso, pois tinha uma porta que o separava da entrada. As camas eram confortáveis. O terraço bar era bastante agradável para tomar uma bebida ou comer algo. A localização, apesar de não ser mesmo no centro, é junto ao rio Douro, na marginal, e relativamente perto. O estacionamento, apesar de ser pago e pequeno, tornou a estadia mais confortável, devido à escassez de estacionamento na zona.

Gostei da limpeza, da decoração e do ambiente.

Pouco isolamento sonoro entre quartos.

The staff at Vincci Porto were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, though, our overall experience was just decent, mainly because of the size of the room. We stayed for almost a week, and for two people with luggage, the room was simply too small. There wasn’t enough space to properly open our suitcases. We actually had someone from reception come up to remove some chairs and rearrange the furniture so that we could at least move around our luggage without it becoming a safety concern. The staff handled the situation very kindly, but this certainly wasn’t a problem we expected to have during a week-long stay. We also found the hallways quite dark and uninviting, and they seemed to have little or no air conditioning, which made them uncomfortable during the warm weather. Overall, we appreciated the lovely staff, but the room size and some aspects of the hotel itself made the stay less comfortable than we had hoped.

A decent stay overall, made better by the genuinely friendly and helpful staff, but the small room and lack of space made a week-long stay less comfortable than we had expected.

The hotel is facing the Douro in a converted building which was once a fish factory. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the historic part of Porto. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good - meeting all dietary needs. There is a charge for the parking.

It is quite a challenge negotiating the narrow and busy streets in Porto so a better option would be to take a taxi.

Que pedimos parking para dos coches con cuatro habitaciones y llegamos y no había donde aparcar y la recepción no nos da ninguna solución

Дуже стильне приміщення з цікавинкою та історією. Гарний вид, дуже фотогенічна місцина. Є все необхідне для туристів, від мінібару до власного закритого гаражу. Надзвичайно приємний та привітний персонал.

No hay aparcamiento, apenas unas pocas plazas y bajo reserva con pago. No hay ascensor desde la planta calle a la primera planta salvo que bajes al garaje (si tienes plaza) el personal ayuda a subir las maletas pero hay que solicitarlo. Un poco lejos del centro pero en la misma puerta para el autobús y el eléctrico.

Нам очень понравился этот отель ( мы после жили в 5 звездах Porto Palacio и он уступает по некоторым параметрам), расположение хорошее, номер был хорошо убран, смена полотенец и уборка осуществлялись ежедневно и очень хорошо. Очень хорошая косметика (шампунь, кондиционер, крем для тела, мыло), все необходимое в номере. Завтраки очень хорошие, большой выбор. Машину припарковали на входе у отеля за шлагбаумом и были спокойны. Особенно хочу отметить внимательный и приятных сотрудников отеля Bernardo на ресепшене и Ricardo (внимательный и вежливый) приготовил нам замечательный десерт Pavlova - Рекомендуем вкусно и нарядно !

De cara, já deu para perceber que a localização era excelente. Os recepcionistas sempre foram muito educados e solícitos. O quarto tinha um tamanho ótimo, a cama e roupas de cama era muito confortáveis. O tamanho do banheiro também agrada, com box amplo e produtos de higiene pessoal de qualidade. Só tomamos café da manhã no segundo dia, mas já adianto que foi excelente, valeu muito a pena!

Durante a tarde, o quarto chegou a ficar levemente quente, mas não foi problema durante a noite.

Mould in the shower recess. Sewer smell in the shower recess. No car access at the entry. First you have to drag your bags 50m over the cobblestone road then lift them up a flight of stairs to reception. Room service charge an extra 15 euro for a 9 euro dessert.

El edificio es muy original, parece que su origen era una antigua lonja, así que la estructura es muy distinta de la de un hotel habitual, muy bien lograda, creo que fue galardonado en 2015 con premios como el Prémio Nacional de Reabilitação Urbana. Personal muy amable.

Tampoco es relevante pero la habitación daba a un patio interior, tampoco le di mayor importancia dado que era amplia e iba a pasar la mayor parte del tiempo fuera.

Excellent location right in front of the river, with beautiful views. The historic center is only about a 20-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. If you prefer not to walk, an Uber ride costs less than €5. Overall, a convenient location with easy access to all the main attractions.

Rooftop Bar, Nadia the Bartender was awesome. Cocktails were good, view was amazing.

The hotel is modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding staff. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and highly professional. We were warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift and a lovely message celebrating our special occasion, which made our day. When we experienced an air conditioning issue, the team quickly changed our room and kindly offered us complimentary breakfast as an apology. To make our stay even more memorable, we found a lovely surprise waiting in our room every evening.

It’s not very close to the city center, so I recommend taking a taxi. The air conditioner is set so that it can’t be lowered below 22°C, so it might feel too warm during the summer

Sehr authentisch, super Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, tolle Lage am Douro. Man kann in die Stadt laufen, zum Meer mit dem Bus, der Tram oder mit dem Leihfahrrad.

Cama muito grande e a tv ali pertinho apesar do quarto ser pequeno, mas eu gostei

Mooie ruime kamer, mooie ligging aan de rivier en vlak bij bushalte. Vriendelijke ontvangst in hotel, fijne service en de kamers werden iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. Ook de lakens vh bed werden iedere dag vervangen.

Het is wel nog een flink stuk lopen van het hotel naar het oude gedeelte van Porto.

We had a wonderful stay at Vincci Porto that exceeded our expectations. After mentioning that we were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary, my husband’s birthday, and our first trip to Portugal, the hotel surprised us with a thoughtful room upgrade and several celebratory touches that made our stay feel truly special. The hotel has a contemporary design with well-appointed rooms and was impeccably clean throughout. The breakfast selection was amazing and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner. The location was ideal - close to Porto’s historic attractions while allowing us to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the Douro River, away from the busiest crowds. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout our stay. We would highly recommend Vincci Porto to anyone visiting Porto.

La pantalla que adaptaron para ver la final de un mundial era ridículamente pequeña y la zona no estaba acondicionada para tomar ni una cerveza 🍺

Fabulous and quirky hotel. Really inviting rooms, spacious and air conditioned. Hotel staff were all so lovely but a special mention to Linda (I hope that's correct). She was one of the breakfast staff in the hotel who went above and beyond to make my daughters 25th birthday special. She arranged a bottle of fizz and a brownie cake with a candle for her. Everyone was lovely and wished her a happy birthday. Such happy staff - well done 👏

La habitación confortable, aunque nos dieron una con vistas aun callejón bastante feo. Estaba muy limpia. La terraza en la azotea muy bien, el camarero de allí encantador.

En general un poco descuidado, carente de mantenimiento, los muebles de la habitación golpeados por ejemplo y los asientos de la terraza no estaban nada limpios.

Colazione molto curata ma più attenzione alla parte dei dolci

Desde a arquitetura industrial, ao conforto dos quartos e casas de banho, cama muito confortável, pequeno-almoço excelente. A localização junto ao rio Douro é muito conveniente para passeios e de acessibilidade muito boa. O rooftop é muito agradável para uma bebida de fim de tarde ou uma refeição ligeira. Uma nota muito elogiosa para todo o staff, de uma simpatia inexcedível. Recomendo e espero voltar a repetir.

A casa de banho tinha apenas um conjunto de toalhas (éramos 2) mas rapidamente repuseram a falta assim que solicitado.

Las camas y la insonorización, la cama comodisima y no se escucha nada hasta que abres la puerta. El chico que está ayudándote en la entrada en la recepcion es maravilloso. La ubicación para pasear por el río.

El desayuno, ya no por calidades o cantidades pero demasiados huéspedes difícil de gestionar, nos cuadró mal.
