Le petit déjeuner était vraiment incroyable, beaucoup de choix et très bons. Le cadre est magnifique, le site est authentique. Très belle vue sur le Douro.

Problème de chasse d’eau dans notre chambre et les lits trop durs pour nous. Un Rooftop très sympa mais des consommations trop chères.

Beds were comfortable. Reception staff friendly but options were limited. We were offered brownies, welcoming drinks and a bubble drink at 10:00 pm after complaint.

Poor condition for cost: handle in bathroom broken, “massage cushion” tore, coffee maker “broken”

Parking was very Limited and not disclosed on booking. Parking garage is limited to only 20 guests / 20 spots. After they are booked you have to find your own parking so nothing is included. There was an running marathon event during our stay, the entire street was closed down for hours, no info or heads up was given prior to booking otherwise we wouldn’t have chosen this hotel due to limited parking and no Ubers could get into the area because of the event.

The views are wonderful from the delux and higher price rooms that overlook the river It was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

It was expensive to eat in the restaurant and particularly to drink in the Sky bar - consisting the location it was overpriced in our opinion The breakfast was just not at all appetising and was very cheap and bland compared to the one at our previous guest house accommodation. Again lovely views of the river but very poor food. Our last night was marred by the phones not working or the air conditioning- we had to be moved to another room after packing in sweltering heat. This spoilt the end of our holiday.

Decoração, conforto, vista espetacular para o Douro, bom café da manhã, rooftop agradável com vista linda. Ótima localização.

Restaurante somente até 22h30 e pouca opção de serviço de quarto. Fora que cobram absurdos 12 Euros para levar até o apto. Chuveiro cai pouca água até pela pegada de sustentabilidade do hotel.

Prévoir des vélos pour les personnes de petites tailles, car les vélos sont identiques et trop grands.

Simple urn for heat water for tea and similar to save a queue forming at the more elaborate coffee machines at busy times. Grab rails and non-slip mats in the bath/shower

Schönes Hotel nahe zum Zentrum

Leider hat an den Wochenenden ein Club nebenan After Hour bis 08:00 Uhr morgens. Der Bass vom Club ist im Hotelzimmer deutlich wahrnehmbar.

Es gab kostenlose Leihfahrräder. Der Blick auf den Duoro war schön. Die Innenstadt ist nur ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Zimmer ausreichend groß. Bar auf Dachterasse nett aber überteuert.

Die Leihräder waren in keinem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück hatte zwar eine große Auswahl, allerdings gab es bei Wurst und Käse bestenfalls Discounter Qualität. Ein bis max. zwei Sorten Käse, die völlig geschmacksneutral waren. Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist stark befahren, allerdings bei geschlossenen Fenstern gut zu ertragen.

The room, the quietness, the politeness of the staff.

I didn't like the fact that it was impossible to make the coffee machine in the room make any coffee. I just didn't want to break it but it didn't function. You can try make it work and naybe you put a Youtube video online about it. Thank you.

Mit offenem Fenster schlafen könnt ihr vergessen. Es ist laut egal wo. Zur Straße hin fahren die Autos, im Innenhof steht die Klimaanlage und dröhnt. Mit Fenster zu geht es.

Hotel moderno, bonito y muy agradable. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Por un despiste mío no tenía el desayuno incluido, pero tuvieron el detalle de prepararme un café temprano antes de ir al gimnasio. ¡Un detalle que agradecí mucho!

El rooftop bar es muy bueno, aunque el servicio es bastante lento. Los camareros son amables, pero tardan mucho, en servir y recoger platos. Mi suite daba a la calle y había mucho tráfico, por lo que resultaba bastante ruidosa, especialmente por la noche.

The location was perfect, slightly out of the centre so not a busy area, but 10min stroll and you were in the centre, all amenities within easy access! Nice breakfast and the roof bar is a lovely place for a drink. Easy secure parking if needed. Also free city bike hire at the hotel meant you could easily explore further.

En general todo estuvo bien, incluso estar a sólo 105 minutos del centro andando. También la situación privilegiada al lado del río Duero.

La doccia della stanza richiedeva qualche accortezza in più (le fughe erano nere e la guarnizione della porta è da cambiare, infatti si apriva con difficoltà)

Las vistas del río desde la ventana de la habitación son muy buenas. La ubicación del hotel es buena porque el centro queda relativamente cerca caminando.

La entrada al parking del hotel es nefasta. La puerta del garaje es muy estrecha y no hay visibilidad ninguna al salir. Además es carísimo. Deberían bajar el precio. Al llegar al hotel es difícil encontrar sitio para aparcar y encima el tranvía pasa constantemente por delante. Muy peligroso.. .

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist grauenhaft

Die Lage ist super und an der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich. Man kann kostenlos Räder ausleihen

Die Duschwand ist nicht richtig montiert, sodass das Wasser ausläuft und man bekommt Wasser ans Zimmer, das aber sehr nach Chlor schmeckt. Die Fahrräder bräuchten regeömäßig(er)e Wartung (uns ist z.B eine Kette rausgesprungen). Einmal kamen wir "erst" 45 Minuten vor Ende zum Frühstück und aufgebrauchte Sachen wurden da schon teilweise nicht mehr nachgefüllt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, direkt am Fluss. Die Zimmer sind toll, groß und komfortabel. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Shower was not functional, no wear to put your things. Water was not replaced the next day. Hotel floors were stained and dirty.

The location was fantastic with a beautiful view of the river. And the room was exceptional. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were amazing.

Although not related to the room, I regularly had dinner on the rooftop bar/restaurant. It would have been nice if some music was played in the background over the speakers. With many people chatting, a little background would have been nice to set the ambience.

La boîte de nuit à côté le samedi et le dimanche matin. On entend un peu les basses !

Struttura esternamente molto bella. Non è possibile prenotare il parcheggio all’interno: cosa molto scomoda e negativa dato che non ci sono molti posti auto disponibili nelle vicinanze. Abbastanza scomoda soprattutto all’arrivo per scaricare i bagagli. Personale abbastanza preparato ma un po’ freddo. La stanza che dire.. era meravigliosa! Con la presenza di tre grandi finestre direttamente sul fiume. Lo staff addetto alle pulizie ci ha bussato molto presto. Una volta usciti e rientrati dopo ore non era pronta la stanza cosa che ci ha lasciato un po’ esterrefatti. Presenza di massaggiatore in stanza molto gradito! Per quanto riguarda la colazione: nulla di particolare. L’aria condizionata era veramente altissima! Cosa che ci ha dato fastidio. A 10 min a piedi dal centro. Nel complesso, per un 4 stelle, ci si aspettava di più.

Gostei da amabilidade de nos terem oferecido uma suite. Gostei do atendimento e da disponibilidade que nos demonstraram tornando-nos em hóspedes especiais. Quando voltarmos ao Porto, regressamos ao NEYA Porto Hotel. Obrigado a todo o staff.

Mooie locatie, weg uit de toeristische hectiek.

De weg langs het hotel is erg druk en lawaaiig.

Un hotel muy moderno a orillas del río Duero, con espectaculares vistas y una terraza-bar en la azotea. También tiene SPA y gimnasio (no los hemos usado). La cama es muy cómoda, la habitación muy limpia. Todo muy moderno, nuevo. Hasta hay un "robotito" que acerca los pedidos de comida desde el restaurante (planta baja) al bar de la azotea... divertido!

Está un poco alejado del centro histórico de Oporto, y no tiene comunicación por metro. La parada del bus 500 está a 2 min del hotel, te lleva hasta la estación de metro/tren Sao Bento en unos 15 min, de ahí se puede llegar a cualquier punto de interés turístico. La única pega es que los buses no son puntuales y el tráfico en el centro de la ciudad es realmente caótico. En este mismo bus, pero cogiéndolo en dirección contraria, se puede llegar a las playas.

El hotel es precioso. Nosotros teníamos vistas al río desde la habitación, lo que era una maravilla. El gimnasio está muy bien. Llevamos coche eléctrico y cargamos sin problema en el parking del hotel. Está muy cerca para ir andando al centro. Tiene una terraza con vistas al río y a la ciudad para tomar algo.

Creo que el desayuno podría ser mejor. Los zumos industriales eran bastante malos. Solo había huevos revueltos y poco embutido de calidad.

Konumu iyi ama yine de temel yerlere minimum yarım saatlik yürüme mesafesi var. Ancak nehir kenarı oluşu büyük artı… Kahvaltısı başarılı. Oda kalitesi yüksek idi.

Konum bahsedildiği kadar iyi değil, yürüme mesafesi ama direk merkezin içi değil, yarım saat yürüme süresi var. Geldiğimizde 3. yatak hazır değildi, istediğimizde destek sağlandı. Havlu eksikliği yaşadık. Otopark için ilk gece yer bulamadık, ikinci gün yer açıldı. Otopark kapısında arabayı sürttüm zira kapı zaten dar iken bir de çöp kutuları dönüş manevrasını iyice darlaştırmıştı.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Nowy hotel. Jakość bez zarzutu z jednym wyjątkiem.

Przy śniadaniu obowiązują jakieś dziwne procedury. Jeden człowiek tworzy kolejkę do kolejki pomimo że wolne są stoliki. Absurdalne procedury.

The hotel was very modern, the room was lovely and comfortable, the gym facilities were good. THe location was great, walking distance to the centre.

An espresso machine in the room would have been great, also I had to pay £2 for a biscuit, usually there are some complimentary biscuits in hotels.

Struttura moderna, pulitissima e personale davvero gentile. Colazione top. Camere spaziose. Vista bellissima sul fiume Douro da alcune camere e dalla sala colazione.

Un po' fuori dal centro, che però è raggiungibile con una camminata di 20 minuti in zona tranquilla, di cui una parte lungo il fiume.

The view is iconic! The courtyard is fantastic. The staff is helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. Very nice stay.

The only minor problem was the spa staff was never available. Staff says they arrive at 10 bet several days nobody was there. I was out on tours and stuff and when I came back they were closed. No massage.

I like the view of the river and the size of the room. The breakfast buffet was decent and convenient to have.

The shower wasn’t pitched properly so the water pooled on the floor and wouldn’t drain which caused a smell and didn’t feel sanitary. There was mold all around the edges of the shower and above the toilet. The light switches were weirdly located and not labeled, and they made a loud sound when in use. There was no separate shampoo and conditioner in the shower

Fantastisch hotel, schoon, fris en goede hygiëne. Perfecte liggen (10 minuten lopen naar Ribeira)

ONTBIJT : Brood bij het ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gemogen. Nu mini afbakbrood (5x5) en geen brood om bijvoorbeeld zelf plakken te snijden. Wel "tostibrood". Verder top!

Amei a vista para o rio, os espaços interiores - em especial, o quarto e a sala de pequeno-almoço -, a simpatia dos funcionários, a localização.

The location is quite central, and you can walk to nice restaurants by the River Douro. The view from the rooms facing the river is lovely. Breakfast was complete.

Un poco lejos del centro

O Hotel está na frente do Rio Douro, distante o suficiente do borburinho do centro e perto o suficiente para ir a pé até a Ribeira e se deliciar nos restaurantes da região. Ficamos em um quarto com varanda de frente ao Rio, paisagem maravilhosa e a estrutura do hotel bem estruturada e aconchegante. Voltaremos!

Poucos dias para curtir mais a estadia em Porto. Nao consegui visitar o bar que fica no último andar do hotel a vista deve ser deslumbrante.
